Hotel was okay. Bed was broken down and uncomfortable, hotel in general was a little outdated. For the price I would consider it to be alright. Wouldn’t stay again unless traveling and needed to lay up for the night.

Clean room, fresh linens. Though the property is dated (bathroom fixtures from 80’s), it’s very clean. The hotel allows pets and there was a very energetic husky upstairs. It’s an older building with thin walls/floors so there was a lot of noise from our husky friend, but otherwise my stay was nice. Ice machine, refrigerator in room, microwave in room and lobby. Average water pressure. Cable-no options to stream on TV. Free wifi. Beds and pillows were ok. My door didn’t close automatically so make sure you check that when you leave. Great place to lay my head and take a shower for a night. I was pleasantly surprised. A burger/ice cream stand and farmer’s market is across the street. Fairly close to other restaurants and shopping. Nice staff. Will definitely stay again.

The front desk lady was helpful and reminded me that I booked a soking room, which was by my own mistake. She was very kind to switch us to non smoking room. However, the hall way has a smell of beer and urine. My bedding cover smelled like pee. The hotel did not have elevator and we had to carry our luggage up two flight of stairs. There was no breakfast provided when the website stated it would serve breakfast.

While it was generally clean, areas that don’t get much use (such as behind the desk, where we had to plug chargers in) were very dusty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. And there were few options for plugging in our chargers. A number of things were broken/missing: the plug for the sink, the vent for the hvac unit, and the towel hook in the bathroom. And the floors are bare (no carpet). The beds were comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom, so despite the issues, it’s decent enough to spend the night if you need to.

The room stunk, the window wouldn't close, the toilet is too low to the ground, the tv didn't work well and we paid for accessibility for a disabled and were stuck On second floor having to climb stairs and they said that's what we get for booking through a third party

Terrible experience, got eaten alive every night, not sure what type of bugs, most likely NOSEEUM bugs. I couldn't see anything under the sheets but woke up throughout the night itching, large welts, just Terrible. When I complained at the front desk, they didn’t seem to care. Even showing them the bites....

I had the room near the reception desk in the middle of the night I woke up because of the noise and loud talk . That was the receptionist , right in front of the my room . Unbelievable . Disrespectful. The guests above my room jumped like they r outside playing . Never again in this motel

Charged a $100 fee on top of the room stay. Didnt find out until check out. Toilet leaked all over the floor. Beds were still spring style and had to be 20 years old. Tv was maybe 32" and power kept cutting out. "Breakfast" was a joke.

First time staying in Norwich. It was a bit old. Blankets were stained, cigarette burns in it. Pot smell in the hallways. Clerk was VERY nice and friendly when we got in though which was after midnight! Have stayed at the Super 8 in Oneonta and that was is much nicer.

The staff was great and the property is very clean, but be warned it's old and clearly was a formerly smoking hotel. The linens are quite threadbare and the rooms (including the AC/heating unit) have an unmistakable smoke smell. There's very little in the area (we were there because we just needed a place to grab a few hours of sleep on a road trip) and the motel certainly tries. But if you're at all sensitive to smoke this is not the place for you.

Canceled reservation 2 months prior to going, still got charged for the room????? I called multiple times talked to manager Travis which obviously had no idea what he was doing and hung up on me! Trying to get in touch with the GM Dana but jyst like Travis has NO customer skills!!!

The positives were that it was quiet (my stay was on a Saturday night), the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room temp was good. Check in and out and parking were all convenient. The only real negative was the 'breakfast' which was just coffee, juice, and granola bars. That was it. Yet, it advertises free breakfast included. So, beware.
