Overnight stay with family and 2 kids. Hotel was great to provide a crib for 9 month old. Pool was great and water temperature was warm. Staff was great and very pleasant. Breakfast buffet was amazing and well attended to keeping everything restocked as needed. Tables were cleaned quickly.

This hotel is a dump. I’ve never stayed at a Holiday Inn this poor. The breakfast was terrible and closed early, the air conditioning in the room didn’t work, the sink was clogged & the shower, moldy, and the pool didn’t open until 10 in the morning—long past the start of anyone’s normal workday!

We had a good stay. Clean, quiet, staff friendly, descent price... etc. My only complaint would be the pool hours. I loved it was open until 10pm but it would have been nice to have time in the morning before checkout. It opens at 10 and checkout is at 11.

The hotel is at the end of a cul de sac and feels secluded from the city. Parking is close and well lit. The counter and breakfast attendants were helpful and friendly. Each person from the staff we encountered was willing to interact and help if it was needed.

Great for short trips. Plenty of space for the 4 of us in standard 2-Queen room. Bed was a little hard. Breakfast was good. Indoor pool was small but not cold, so was great!

From check in to check out everything was excellent. Free on site parking, plentiful. Welcomed by friendly staff. Lobby to hotel room was clean and spacious. Used the hotel pool which was warm and clean. Free breakfast in the morning was prob the best I ever had at any stay. Tons of options plentiful and just great.

totally filthy room that smelled like cat pee and they refused to give a refund. it was so bad we had to leave to go to another hotel at 10:30 at night because everyones eyes were burning. horrible hotel, incompetent management. dont stay here, lots of other options in that area that don't smell like dead animals and cat pee.

The hotel itself on the outside looked clean and nice. The room was disgusting. There was blood stained pillows and couch. There was even even dried blood on the wall. Thermostat did not work and refrigerator was filthy, dirty floor and when I spoke to management, they didn’t do anything about it, and said I had to speak to Expedia.

I recently stayed and didn’t notice that the rug had a lot of blood stains and as my 6 year old daughter woke up in the morning and I started to pick up the bed I notice dry blood on the quilt and the blanket disgusting and after I spoke to front desk all she told me was that she couldn’t do anything for me because I booked on a third party she send new blankets up that were even more stain this time yellow nasty

The staff was polite. The hotel is close to shooing plaza’s which was great. My biggest concern was cleanliness the first room that I had when I walked in. There was a trail of ants all over the desk, as if there was several spilled that hadn’t been cleaned up. I did have two rooms booked one for myself and one for my parents. In my parents room there was like an uptick of spiders, but we didn’t have an issue with it because spiders are common in my parents bathroom there was pink residue all around the tub which normally happens if a bathroom has not been cleaned. The bed was comfortable. The bed was clean. I just think the staff needs to do a better job at making sure that the common spaces are clean .

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Our room was missing the curtain so sadly we had the street light shinning in our faces all night. We needed to plug in the refrigerator so we could use it and realized why it was unplug because the buzzing noise it made was hard to sleep through. I let the desk know when we checked out and she said I could have got another room but we were getting into bed when we realized these issues and wouldn't have wanted that option. I got 3 free bottles of water- and still paid $300 for my room.

This was one of the best hotels stays I have had and I do a lot of traveling. The front desk was so friendly to start and very helpful. :) At almost 60, comfort is huge for me and this room was wonderful! What stood out was the cleanliness from the second I walked in the door. For me, the comfort of the bed/pillows/blankets is everything and my bed was perfect. :)

This was my 3rd time at this hotel — the first 2 times I had excellent sleep, and realized only this time that this was because of the side of the hotel on which I was placed. This last stay I was on the opposite side of the hotel, which is directly on a highway with 24/7 traffic including large trucks; it was so noisy (even with earplugs) that I didn’t sleep at all. Ask for the quiet side!

It was overall a good stay. the front desk were very welcoming and the kitchen staff were very cheerful. the major discomfort was that the beds were too soft as well as the pillows. Ive been in other hotels where they offered a variety of pillow firmness. There was nothing I could do about the mattress. Also did not have a hair dryer. but the refrigerator worked well.

Decent place. Fair breakfast. Only complaint was having to wait for the front desk person to return for at least 15 minutes when we were very tired and just wanted to shower and sleep. During this time another employee showed up at the back of the lobby amd just said one minute, one minute. I didnt understand why he couldn't just go let her know that there were 5 people waiting in the lobby. Three of them were other guests.

Christina was so kind and hospitable at the front desk. She made check-in and check-out a smooth experience. I was rushing out and locked my key in my room. She gave me a replacement key card with no issue. My room was quiet and clean. I loved the mini fridge and microwave. I was able to save my leftovers from a restaurant and have them later in my room! The common spaces were clean and other guests were also friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a reasonable price for the best quality.

I stay here almost every week for business. The staff are really nice and very supportive if I need anything. Check-in is super quick, the room is always comfortable and a good mix of business needs furniture for computers and other electronics. I feel safe and homey here!

We thought We reserved a "handicapted" room but upon arriving it was obvious that room 318 was Not! Insted of a flat floor Shower there was a foot hight step-over tub?! Bringing this fact to the Attention of the person on duty when We checked out We \were "Informed" that We should have requested a "Roll-In" Shower..!!?? Some Customer "Service" eh??

So much wrong. From having a the late checkout of noon after getting in at nearly two AM and being woken up by housekeeping multiple times, not including one time at 10:30 AM they entered the room with no knock when i was in the bathrooom and my Do Not disturb sign still on the door. Breakfast was left empty so my hunger wasn't quelled. The room was filthy and some towels were used prior. This is as bad as it gets. I actually informed the manager and she didn't seem shocked. Do yourself a favor and pass up this place.

Great location within walking distance to restaurants. Quiet area, very clean and comfortable room. Great shower pressure! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Just wish the breakfast was served at an earlier time on weekend as it is during week. We unfortunately had to be somewhere and couldn't take advantage of the breakfast. Short drive into the town of Easton.

The property was amazing staff was awesome clean quiet family friendly the pool was definitely a plus. One thing that did happen was the oven for the breakfast was not working so we weren't able to get breakfast but that is just a minor problem staff was still great and still accommodating.

Jordan in check-in was very helpful and friendly. Stay was 1 night and comfortable. Liked the walk-in shower and amenities. Breakfast was leadt favorite part of stay. We have stayed at other hotels where its done better.
