My room, needs to be updated. Bathroom sink and shower, the drains are very slow. The stool needs attention, it wobbles when you sit on it. There was no dead bolt on the door, just a chain. The Super 8 sign on the road is dark, which made it hard to find the motel and the parking lot is too dark. Just not a good experience.

This property was unique for many reasons. We checked in - total of 6 rooms. Several rooms has stained bedding and towels they "replaced them". We had one room that reeked of smoke, so they moved us - the new room had bugs in it. We left, then my athletes let me know how bad things really were. One room has seaman all over the covers/down the side and on the bed skirt. One room had a sock found as well as money, paper and other things stuffed between the headboard and bed. When we returned to gather out stuff and let them know we would NOT be staying - - Asked for our money back, we were told the manager would call us the next day, he did not. When we pulled into the parking lot of the hotel, we witnessed a fight starting, then it moved across the street and back into the parking lot. The cops were called. At this point, this hotel was not a safe place to be staying. There were also older gentlemen in the hotel hitting and barking at our college athletes. We did not feel safe here, this is a hotel that should be shut down.

We tried to check-in but there was no one at the front desk. There was a gentlemen who said he had been waiting for over 30 minutes. We went back to our car and dialed the local number. A woman answered and said she was at the front desk. Went back in and no one was there, but in a few minutes a woman came to the desk. I gave her my name. She really did not say anything....handed the key cards to me, and that was it. She did not say where our room was, where to come in, where to park, nothing about breakfast. Was very odd. Hallways still have a very strong smokey smell.

I had reservations for 3 days, paid for 3 days, stayed only 2 but didn't qualify for a refund because I didn't get the insurance. The lampshade was crunched, towels were stained. The ad said they had a fitness room, they did not. The soda machine was locked after 10PM in the office area, never did find the ice machine. At 9:30 AM, a guy came knocking to clean the room, checkout is at 11AM.

The room was nasty. Air conditioning didn’t work, stains on floor and in bathroom. Parking lot was dirty with broken glass and trash. The lobby was hot with no airflow and the staff could barely speak English. They couldn’t understand what we were telling them about the room. Will never stay here.

Outside doors were locked closest to the room. It had snowed and none of the sidewalks had been cleared. Sink was stopped up, the radiator clanked all night -- something wasn't working right. Only one tiny trash can which didn't hold the trash from a one night stay. Debris under the bathroom sink.

This hotel was dirty. First room they gave us was not clean. Sheets and trash everywhere. Second room was better. Dirty socks in the corner. Pillowcase dirty. Comforter cover was so thin. The blankets were very itchy. Just overall bad experience. Wouldn't recommend and won't be back.

This was one of the most dirtiest places ever. Stains on the sheets, stains all over the walls, stains on the floor. Run didn’t drain fast enough while showering. There was what looked like mildew in the shower curtain. Dirt/dust still all over the lamps, hair dryer, & facet handle. It’s like they don’t even care about the place at all. I would never stay there again and for sure 100% would not recommend that place This place should be around $10 a night. Very Very Sad

Do not stay at this hotel. Went to check in and the people running it were playing in the “lobby” and took forever to come help us. Then when we got to the room it smelled like something had died. The walls looked like it has stuff wiped all over them and the sheets were extremely stained. Was in the room a whole 5 minutes and left. Then to top it off they refused to give a refund. You would be better off sleeping on a park bench then stay here.

The carpet was disgusting, used bandaids, pills, crumbs. Bedding and towels stained. Chairs looked like they were taken out of a dumpster. Never again will I stay at a Wyndham hotel.

Comforters slippery and fall off bed at night. Room and hallway smelt of cigarette smoke. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable. When checking in there were a lot of men sitting behind the desk staring at us and it felt a little intimidating.

The air conditioner/heater would not switch from the air conditioner to the heater and it wouldn't shut off. We finally had to unplug it. The tub was peeling and the faucet in the sink was leaking. There was no microwave in the room.

I arrived at the hotel at 10:35PM and the front desk area was locked. A note on the door said the front desk closed at 10pm. I was never notified about this ahead of time. I tried multiple times to use the phone on the wall but nobody answered. I also tried to contact Super 8 Customer Service hotline but nobody answered that either. I would like a refund for the night I was unable to even be able to stay at the hotel I booked.

When I arrived the person was sitting on the couch messing with there phone. Was not greeted in a professional manner. Then when I received the key card to the room and enter into had a musty smell AC was not on then there was a dead bug on the bathroom floor and were the trash can sat under the counter it looked like red in color like someone threw in trash and it splashed. Then I turned on the water in the shower, it would not drain. I personally pulled out black thick wavy hair and I took a picture of it. When it came to showering was left 2 towels. When there was my 2 kids and boyfriend. Then as I was out for the day on Friday assisting my sister for her wedding that took place on Saturday someone came and removed the cable box. I called the front desk then was told could be moved to another room but would be fixed on Saturday. Check out was Sunday and still no TV. Last but not least checked my bank account and had 2 pending charges for this motel. What you see per there posting on website does not even match what I walked into!! If at all possible I'd ask for a refund very very displeased with my stay there!!

Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Very dirty. Stayed 3 nights & carpet & stairs outside our room were never vacuumed. Clumps of dirt on the stairs. Free breakfast available on day one but not on day 2 or 3.

Breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, corn flakes, Raisin Bran and waffles. The waffle mix was gone and coffee creamer was out “until next week.” I went to McDonald’s for breakfast. Also the toilet in my room was not secured to the floor

Room smelled like smoke when we arrived, had no cups for water (taking pills at night), or coffee cups for the morning. Somebody had killed a fly and the smashed body was on the wall above the bed. Several stains on bed sheets and towels. Breakfast was sketchy as waffle batter seemed sour or spoiled. They don't charge much, but it was overpriced.

The breakfast had waffles and cereal but there was no bread and this was two days for sure. We just stopped trying to eat breakfast there and went out to eat. The air conditioner worked well and the refrigerator too.
