This was the ninth time we have stayed here. There was definitely a change in the ambience and not for the good. There was two black marks on one of my pillowslips, it should have been changed when it was put on. The heating was not working. We tried all the different combinations, in the little instruction notice, but gave up and went to bed. When I mentioned these items, on leaving, the girl did not seem to be that bothered, merely asking me if I had contacted anyone. Which as we were in our nightclothes, then no we had not. Perhaps if it was the settings that we had mis-interpreted, new ones fully explaining the how they work, would be an idea.

Hotel was clean and just what we needed for an airport hotel, staff were friendly and great location for a 2 minute walk to the airport. A bit on the pricey side but that’s to be expected at an airport. My negative is that the food was average at best and ridiculously overpriced for what you get. I got fish goujons with fries and peas which was £17.50, the goujons were not big at all and it was a small portion of fries and it was just generally average and dissatisfying! I actually think my 2 year olds kids meal of chicken and fries had more on the plate!
