The room was great. It had a musty smell, but that was the only thing that gave our stay a ding. Everything else was perfect. Not only did they have free parking, they also had free charging for our car. The staff was very friendly and super accommodating. We will definitely stay there again

The employees were really terrific.the poor rating overall is because we stayed at your property because of the location and the pool. We could only use the pool the day of arrival. We went to the pool the next day and could not gain access. When I asked the front desk they said it was closed for the next 3 days due to tiling inside the hotel- nothing near the pool. Apparently, it was the only way to walk to the pool. No future notice. Nothing. Very disappointed

From the property amenities on Expedia, there should have been a microwave in the room. Restaurant on site was not open the entire time during our stay, i'm taking into account the holidays as well. With that being said, there should have been someone there to receive guests for food, drink.

First room stank really bad and it wasn't obvious as to why. Switched rooms because the sofa bed mattress was stained and terribly worn out. The hotel staff was super helpful about it.The new room also stank really bad. The next morning we saw the A/C vent was covered in mold which explains the smell in both rooms. I explained the issue to the hotel staff. They were sympathetic and helpful. Hotels.com gave me a full refund after I provided pics of the issues. I was expecting something back so I'm happy as far as that goes.

The hotel itself was okay; cleanliness is the area that needs improvement. There was hair all around the bathroom and there was a mildew type smell in the bedroom (maybe from the carpet). The staff’s friendliness & service is what made our stay pleasant. Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance workers were very friendly & helpful.

Free parking was good, there was a cleaners rag in our room when we checked in. The couch in the room had a few marks on it, and our tv was very dim. It was difficult to see the image.

We booked a room for 3 people. It was too small. With the sofa bed pulled out, there was barely enough room to walk around. The sofa bed was too lumpy that all three of us had to share the king size bed. The water kept getting hot and cold randomly. Overall, not an enjoyable stay at all.

Nice room however the roar of the 210 freeway made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Ear plugs should be given at check in. The bed was also very hard. All staff members were great and very helpful.

Lovely room, just what I needed for this trip. Several concerns: (1) You ARE right next to the 210 freeway. It's loud at all hours. The windows do a good (but not perfect) job of dampening that roar. (2) April 2023, I have heard that security-conscious Apple (we like that, and yet...) has made it harder to access networks that use low security. The WiFi in this hotel requires no password. Low (dangerously low) security. When I connect to the local network with my Apple devices, I don't always get an Internet connection, or I get one for a few seconds and then it drops out. It is likely that either Apple or the hotel will fix this problem by the time you read this!

Room was extremely basic, didn’t even have art on the walls. Light switch and wall surrounding them was dirt. Tv credenza was dusty. Very basic toiletries, not even lotion. HVAC was extremely loud and it was either too hot or too cold.

Victor and the staff are very helpful. Check in was a breeze and overall our stay was great! Only issue which in no way is a reflection of the staff is that only one elevator worked. That minor mishap made our vacation stay very tiring, having to go up, down, and even to the basement multiple times due to so many people staying that weekend. Love that my Bonvoy membership was honored with my Expedia stay. Definitely will stay at this location again, just hope they get that elevator fixed.

I had never been received so badly in a hotel on the entire planet, to make matters worse the person who treated me BADLY said he was a supervisor, David or Daniel, he did NOT care about my Expedia reservation number and I gave him my New Jersey ID. , I waited a while and told him you have it, answering that he is not looking for my reservation that I have nothing there, we were all tired, my wife and my children, I wanted to go somewhere else but it was not fair. . I would never, but never recommend this hotel because of the poor treatment of that person.

Nice and clean room. We stayed one night Dec 16, 2024. Newly remodeled, comfy sofa and king mattress. Just needed a firm sleep pillow option. The pillows were very soft and squishy, too soft for my neck. I always bring my own small pillow to sleep on top of the hotel pillow, but it was still too soft. The restaurant has friendly, helpful staff and delicious food. We ate the Bistro Burger and Fries combo, really great! Very, very filling. Overall a very nice stay. Would stay here again.

Good location and great staff. Room was a little cramped due to big furniture and a bit dated, but it wasn't bad. Restaurant/bar on site is always great. My only real complaint was that the hotel is located right next to the freeway, so it was noisy at night. Even then, we would stay here again.

Out of LA but accessible by tram in 40 minutes. Overall good but the standout is the staff; very friendly and lots of great advice especially Tom and Victor on the subject of how baseball games work! Only downside is the nonsense bar opening times. People on vacation are often alive after 10 pm.
