Americas Best Value Inn-Painted Post

Checking in was not a good experience. Desk attendant was a little rude when we tried to check in 15 minutes before 4 pm. The exterior of the property is very run down. Our room was between two rooms that obviously have residents who live there full time. When we got to our room it was spacious and clean. We did sleep well and the price was very reasonable. It gives credence to the old adage, "You get what you pay for." I probably would not stay there again. It served it's purpose for a one night's stay.

Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy. Nikki, our housekeeper, was excellent, checking everyday to see if we needed anything

This is a nice budget friendly hotel. Clean towels and sheets daily. The breakfast was foods you could take away and fresh fruit like apples, bananas and oranges. Free bottled water daily. It looks like they are working on refurbishing. It is a large motel. I was disappointed that the laundry was up a flight of stairs, and the step from my room was a little high. I would have liked a railing.

Staff was helpful, this is a budget hotel but need some improvement technically. If you consider the price, the expectations should be low. Parking is widely available. A tiny breakfast is available as well.
