Friendly staff. Quick check in. Reduced parking for guests £3.50 for 24 hours (pay machine inside the reception area). Clean, well equipped room. Huge bed. Plenty choice at breakfast. Cooked breakfast was great. Great overnight stay.

Lively stay and friendly staff. Not an issue for me but an elderly couple struggled with the stairs due to the lift being out of order and I helped them with their bags when they were offered no help from the desk staff

Room was clean apart apart from the toothbrush left from previous guest and the menu had fallen over knocking the glasses over. Beds /room very comfy , . Ironing board , iron , safe, hairdryer . Bar was lacking, needs cans of soft drinks and maybe some chocolate bars. Only has pints to take to room (soft drinks) and crisps

Only short stay in readiness for early flight from Manchester Airport. Nice hotel, comfortable rooms. Only downside was the outsourcing of parking charge. As close to Airport, no issue with a charge - and actual charge was very low, just would be easier to pay with the room rather than have to log on and put CC details into another app.

The hotel has great access to main roads and is within walking distance to Hanforth with its restaurants and shops. Wilmslow and the airport are about 10 minutes away. The parking now costs £3.50 when previously it was free, however for 24 hours it isn't a deal breaker. Staff are friendly but not intrusive. The bedrooms are comfortable but could do with the furnishings being upgraded.

A quiet and comfortable hotel minutes from shopping and the airport. Offering a break from "highrise" hotels, this hotel is surrounded by greenery. Rooms are clean, restaurant and bar on site, buffet breakfast available and lots of parking, well lit at night, with a nominal fee which has recently been applied. I have used this hotel a few times and will continue to.

I would recommend this hotel it was great and the food good as well. My only issue as an electric car driver is that the charger is very slow. With only 2 charging points cars are plugged all night so no one else can use them 👎

Stayed as part of a work / leisure trip with family. Last minute booking, and for the price we cannot complain. Other than the hotel being slightly dated, we were very happy - spotlessly clean, comfy beds, quick check in and easy parking. Easy to recommend!

As expected a very noisy airport hotel. The bedding was flimsy and the sheets smelt of fried food. The bathroom had black mould around the bath and is elevated so you had to step quite highly to get into it. Rubbish nights sleep!

Stayed prior to early morning flight from Manchester. Good value for money at the hotel, spacious room, free parking, great access to the leisure facility even if it's a 10 mins drive. Would definitely use the hotel again. Rooms are a little tired and windows very drafty but the radiators kept the room very warm.

We booked this hotel because we were flying from Manchester airport at 4am. They put us on a room above a function room the noise was so loud we could feel the vibrations. We asked to be moved but were told the hotel was full. The function didn’t finish until midnight and the people were banging doors, got virtually no sleep

The management strategy at this hotel is at best, questionable. Booked a room to rest after a day of travelling with a view to having an early start to collect visitors the following day for a full on day of travelling and meetings. Checked in at around 6.30 to be informed that my room was directly above the function room where there was a wedding disco taking place & that no other rooms were available so there was no possibility to change. I was offered a free drink & an apology by very apologetic staff with the assurance that it would finish at midnight. Looking at other reviews, it now seems that this is a common occurrence, this was also confirmed by the duty staff who were helpless to do anything. Completely unfair to staff who are made to deal with this and customers who have to pay. If a good night sleep is important to you then I’d think stop & think before booking here, a complete waste of £150.

Probably the hottest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Window only opened 1 inch. Asked the desk for a fan, they didn’t have any. Woke up on top of the sheets in a pool of sweat. Good job the cold shower worked.

I requested not to be placed by elevator prior to arrival and I was placed directly beside the elevator. Elevator noise very loud and unable to sleep. Fire alarm went off late at night and then turned off, but no communication from Desk Mgr until I went down to ask why? Desk Manager appeared overwhelmed and not helpful.

From the start the staff were friendly, our rooms wasn't ready but they gave us a free drink. The lobby was clean, and inviting. The rooms where clean, spacious and we had a lovely balcony view x my own thing is the room was hot but you are given a fan. Definitely recommend this hotel

The bedrooms are tired. Cushions on bed dirty.2 people booked in, only 1 shower towel.Had to ask for another towel & fan. Noisey, so had broken sleep.When we questioned the parking payment,the receptionist changed from being nice to slideing us a complaints card over the reception desk to Best Western quite rudely. We used to stay at this hotel for some time, few years ago. So we thought we would give it a go again.. £17.80 for a small glass of white wine & pimms & lemonade was very exspensive.However our exsperience on 6th May,we will not return again.

Welcoming reception on arrival, and friendly staff throughout. Clean, comfortable room, and a lovely meal in the restaurant too. Breakfast was lovely, good quality food and specific dietary needs met by attentive staff. A lovely stay before we headed to the airport the next day.

The hotel is described as an airport hotel, but is nowhere near Manchester airport. Public transport options are minimal and convoluted, and non-existent at weekends, especially Sundays. For the final part of the journey, walking directions to the hotel were wildly inaccurate on Google Maps and Apple Maps. One directed me through a housing estate into a forest, the other to the rear of the property where there was no access to the hotel itself. Hotel itself was average, would not stay again because of the difficulty in getting to/from the airport.

Totally adequate. Perfectly comfortable room. Bathroom showed signs of age. Breakfast wasn't the best, even for a buffet. But I had a nice night if sleep in a very comfortable sleep so price was fine. Reception staff were very welcoming.

Very dated hotel and room, mould in the bathroom and the bed room was well over due a touch up, room was very warm and they did provide a table fan which was nice however there were no plug sockets near the bed to have it on the bed side table, the only plugs were near the window for the coffee machine and near the door, we also had a meal at the restaurant and service was appalling but the waiting staff didn’t seem to car when we voiced our concerns other than that good location as we were flying from Manchester the next morning and good bar

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly / professional. The hotel was noisy in the early hours of the morning due to it being an airport focussed hotel and people waiting for taxis talking / moving luggage etc outside. Food in the restaurant was expensive and not great. I paid £14.50 for what appeared to be a microwave cottage pie. I personally wouldn't choose this hotel again, but like I say the staff were friendly and the room was clean.
