Cosy 3 BR cottage in the heart of Appledore

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is lovely & very comfortable with everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. We were really lucky with the weather & the view from the front of the house is gorgeous

Sanibel is a beautiful home from home. It has a great view of the estuary and sea and has everything you could wish for to make a special holiday - we even had sunny, warm weather, yay! Thank you so much Viv for the very welcome treats that you left for us, they were delicious! There are some lovely walks, including walking to The Burrows across the beach. We would highly recommend The Royal George for Sunday lunch and The Royal Plaice for fish and chips. Viv was extremely helpful and friendly to deal with and answered any queries promptly. We hope to visit this gorgeous property in this lovely spot again and have already recommended it to friends. Many thanks.

This is the second time we have stayed and the property is fabulous. Such a great location, amazing views and the house itself is so welcoming. We will definitely be back for a third time I think 😊 Nothing is to much trouble for Viv - such a great trip all round.

Sanibel is a beautifully decorated home, with all the facilities you could think of for a great holiday in Appledore. Viv the owner communicated very well with advice on the local area and eateries. Great morning and sunset views from the house across the estuary and a convenient coast walk starts almost outside the door! A very dog friendly area, we enjoyed walking along the front at Appledore, having fish & chips from Sylvesters, John's deli worth a visit, can also recomend the Seagate and the Royal George for food.
