Elevators the slowest you’ve ever experienced. Expect to wait 2-3 minutes when you call for an elevator and for the elevator to be packed with people every time. Also, $100 early check-in fee even though there’s plenty of rooms ready. Staff was great. Rooms were clean.

Our room was missing several key items, like hand soap, washcloths, shower mat, ironing board. We requested these items on multiple occasions. The bar lounges are very limited in food options and the breakfast buffet was very good but quite expensive. The concierge was very helpful with restaurant options. The hotel was clean, but definitely shows wear and tear and needs to be refurbished.
