Room is clean and comfortable, staff are helpful and nice, they provide me an extended plug, so I can use my hair straightener in the bathroom. Just the internal lock is too hard to open and I hurt my finger and bleed, else everything is good.

The hotel has a relatively small entry compared to other hotels we stayed in on this trip. The checkin desk resembles a passport checkpoint where they use scare tactics to upsell breakfast. We went upstairs to our assigned room and were shocked. The room was small and really dirty. The floor had food crumbs, the tiles appeared they hadn’t been mopped for a while and had what we can only guess had drink splashes. Most importantly, the toilet seat had pee and feces stains. We immediately called the front desk and they assigned us a different room, which wasn’t as bad but much smaller than the one before so we were not able to move around with our suitcases overing the floor. Interestingly, the vacuum cleaner was permanently parked in front of our room, and I never heard it run or see it most slightly to another spot. I don’t think it’s being used. The area around the hotel is very rundown and looks rough. Area across the bay is much nicer. We relied on the hotels ratings when we booked and after seeing the condition of the hotel my initial thought was that the ratings are inaccurate because somebody’s rating the hotel 10/10 right after there’s a bad review. I would not recommend this hotel in good conscience to anyone. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself.

Sehr nettes und freundliches Team, immer hilfsbereit. Zimmer HK-typisch klein. Ich hatte ein Zimmer in der 12. Etage zum Hafen, leider führen da. Ich 10 Fahrspuren unter dem Fenster entlang, daher etwas lauter. Um die Ecke gibt es in einer kleinen Gasse eine coolen Milkshake-Burger Laden, Sir Berwick. Unbedingt ausprobieren.

A very convenient location and functional. Friendly and efficient stuff. Slightly off s’entre but public commuting is easy if necessary. No complaints except if very small rooms (and everything). We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Marriott Hong Kong. Everyone was extremely professional, welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious, and we had a beautiful view. The breakfast was excellent. It was easy to get around Hong Kong with buses and subway very close to the hotel. I definitely would stay at the Courtyard Marriott again and would definitely recommend to family and friends who are traveling to Hong Kong.

Das Hotel hat gute Lage , Zimmer sind in Ordnung, Frühstück eintönig …wir waren 8 Nächte da im Oktober , Nicht zu erwartend Negative Erfahrung gemacht . Mir ist aus dem Koffer 400 US Dollar gestohlen wurden , unsere Vermutung ist , das ist passiert nachdem wir an der Rezeption einen Mitarbeiter nach dem Weg nach Macau gefragt haben , also die wußten das wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren (Richtung Macau ) . Wir haben auch die Örtliche Polizei kommen lassen . Da der Diebstahl im Hotelzimmer war . Des Weiteren sind wir vom Hotel enttäuscht , es kam keinerlei Entschuldigung. Es geht hier immerhin um 400 ,-US Dollar . Auch per E-Mail. Gab es keine Stellungnahme. Für Marriott ein Glattes No Go .

This hotel was fantastic, the staff were all so helpful, polite and professional. Nothing was too much to ask of them. All staff had a good level of English which was very helpful for us with no level of Chinese! The room was so clean, and with amazing views (we booked harbour view). Vegetarian food options were prevalent here. The only thing I would say that wasn’t great was that there was tea and coffee available in the room, but no milk, so we had to call room service for milk which we were then charged for by the glass. Otherwise, this was a great stay.

The Courtyard by Marriott in Hong Kong is in a excellent location for exploring HK and Macau. Perfect for the MTR, Hop On/Off bus and jet boat to Macau and rates are very reasonable for the quiet location. The Hotel service is excellent especially the Sr. Concierge who looked after us as we explored HK our last day before flying home. Highly Recommend!

When making a reservation, I attached a link to a representative photo of that grade room and left a message that I’d like to stay in a room with the same look and view in the picture, and I was told that it would be determined based on the on-site situation. However, when I arrived at the site, she informed it was not a photo of a room of the same class, but a higher one. If I had known that in advance, I’d have canceled the reservation. The staff member was also unkind since it was a reservation thru third party. The male staff members who helped me during my stay was very supportive and friendly, and the facilities were clean.

the hotel is in sheung wan, far from the crowd and so the streets quieter. Traveling to central and beyond is also easy because of the tram service. Thumbs up to the concierge team who were welcoming when we arrived and when we left, they helped us manage our luggages in the cab. The single bed is big, 120cm wide. Very pleasant stay.

とても良いホテルでした。エグゼクティブルームシングルベッド 2 台ハーバービューの部屋でしたが、海がきれいに見えて心地よかったです。ラウンジのカクテルタイムも美味しかったです。強いて言えば朝食メニューが毎日ほぼ同じで、もう少しバラエティーがほしいと感じました。コスパも良いため、次もぜひ使いたいと思います。

We had a gorgeous Victoria Harbor view from our room! The staff were so helpful to assist us with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and quite extensive and for New Year we were surprised with Bubbly and wine in our room! See you next time!
