The hotel is nice and all but the pool had really high chlorine levels where it burn my eyes and expect to pay a $100 security deposit plus $15 a day for parking

Great location to the airport and the Mall of America. Shuttle is provided for both. Friendly staff with everyone we encountered. Bed was comfortable. Grab and go options were availably before our 4:00 am shuttle to the airport. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

You can't go wrong with this hotel. The shuttle flexibility was a HUGE PLUS. It will take you from/to airport AND from/to Mall of America. No need to rent a car. Shuttle runs 24 hours. Staff was awesome. We ran out of conditioner in the bathroom, and staff brought it to our room within 2 minutes of calling and letting them know. Breakfast was very balanced. Kids loved the options and taste. I will definately come back with no hesitation.

Amazing staff. Very responsive. Driver (Derek) beyond amazing. Hotel close to everything (airport, mall of America, restaurants and stores). Hotel offers shuttle to/from airport and to/from mall of America. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was awesome. Great selection. Nice proteins, gluten free, fruits among others. Our flight cancelled, so we didn’t think it twice and came back for one more night.

We really enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again. The Buffett for breakfast was amazing! The property is quiet and was close to anything we needed. My only complaint was that our shower needed a good cleaning. There was a lot of dirtiness around the metals connections on the shower. Everything else was great.

New hotel close to MOA. We loved the shuttle service to the mall. It was very convenient. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was really clean. The carpets could be cleaner. Breakfast was average.

close to Mall of America. Parking convenient although was chatged $15 and held a $100 deposit that won't be credited for a week. Also, our room was on the freeway side of the building and it sounded like a racetrack all night.

Why the there was a sliding door for the washroom and no locks? So weird. Me sitting in the washroom kids opening washroom door. Please put washroom doors, we are not white washed. Multicultural families co.e and visit so we don't have no wish to show our secret body parts to our families. So please consider this.

Always a wonderful stay! However, the recent change that isn’t so great is no coffee in the rooms. When my husband and I travel (and do so on a regular basis), we enjoy having coffee in the room while getting ready. I travel without him at times, and if he knows that there is no coffee in the room, he’d rather stay elsewhere. Might I suggest cutting costs somewhere else??

To turn the lights on in the bathroom you had to turn on the bright hall light first. Going to the bathroom without waking everyone up was not an option. Room was next to highway and noisy.

The hotel and room were very nice and the bed comfortable. Also very friendly staff including the shuttle driver. We arrived late and left too early to enjoy breakfast but we were able to grab a fresh cup of coffee before returning to the airport at 4:30am via the hotel shuttle.

First, I had to wait in a line over 30 minutes just to check in and the front desk rep was not that nice. There was an unexpected parking fee. Why? They also charge a deposit. I wish these places would disclose these fees. Now I have two charges on my credit card for the deposit and room and the final charge. Literally tying up $300 which I would like to use for other things. I’m not rich and I can only travel cheap. The room was average. I’m also an IHG member and I should have gotten at least a couple bottles of water at check in. Nope. Do not stay here.

We had a great stay. We used the shuttle to go to the mall it was very convenient and Gary Lee was great! He gave us so much history and was very personable. We had a tornado watch that scared us in the middle of the night but the staff handled the situation well. They kept us safe and calm. Thank you!

Everyone we encountered from the front desk to the shuttle drivers to the breakfast lady were so nice! Clean room, good breakfast, friendly service. Can’t beat it! We were in the cities for a concert, and the shuttle/blue rail combination to US Bank Stadium was excellent! Would definitely stay here again!

I did not avail myself to daily room cleaning service so I have no comment on that. Breakfast was a typical cheap skate fair but the sausages were good. However, the plastic ware was so flimsy I broke my plastic knife trying to cut a pancake. You can do better with a bit higher quality plastic ware. Loved the coffee machines and the 24-7 availability of coffee.

From a few days prior to arrival to after I checked out this hotel was always checking to see how they could be the best! At check in the line was short the front desk agent was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the property was immaculate. The room was spacious the bathroom had a big shower and plenty of room. Checkout was easy and the breakfast had their oh so great cinnamon rolls and the automatic pancake machine Holiday Inn Express as a brand is usually pretty great but this one was outstanding! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
