The hotel is showing its age and rooms are tired. Room 123 was a nice size room but bed has lost any spring and bathroom door sticks so hard to open. The worse thing was the load noise that the taps made when running water, next doors taps woke us at 6.40 each morning. Location is good but breakfast is somewhat pricey at £18.50 each and my wife doesn't eat sausages, bacon or eggs.

A really nice hotel in a great location. The staff were very helpful. The room had a lovely sea view. It was a short walk into Hunstanton, but there were buses available to Kings Lynn and Wells next the Sea.
