From moment we arrived it was apparent that the hotel was very clean, very well presented and staffed by people who cared. Our room was, large, well equipped, spotlessly clean and quiet. We ate a very good dinner in the restaurant, had a drink in the warm and cosy bar beforehand, all excellent. Buffet Breakfast was top quality as well. Breakfast staff were also very warm and welcoming. Location for a short walk to the beach is convenient and well worth it. Upon arrival, we were first met by Jody, who was very helpful and informative, all the staff we met were excellent, so to stand out Jody made a great effort. We will certainly return and have already recommended to our friends.

We have stayed here many times and it has never disappointed. It is well located near a bus stop where you can get the Coast Hopper bus service. Car park is big and rooms comfortable (Room 3). Breakfast staff are efficient and friendly and breakfast itself is satisfactory. Restaurant is pleasant. Layout of complex is charming and very welcoming. We will stay here again - I expect many times. Price is slightly higher than we like but all prices for all hotels in the UK seem to have jumped recently!

Great stay visiting family in the area. Very comfortable and quiet room, spacious and really nicely decorated. Lots of parking. We had supper there and the food was good, breakfast was also good and the staff were lovely and so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

Our room was lovely. Bed very comfortable and bathroom had bath and shower. The bar area was cosy and plenty of comfy seating with a log fire. We had breakfast and an evening meal which was excellent. The meal was one of the best we had both eaten. The staff were all great. Friendly and helpful. We are definitely returning along with our dog next time. The hotel caters for them and we was impressed how welcoming they are to the dogs. Couldn’t fault the hotel, had a lovely break and will be back for sure.

A lovely hotel that seemed a little different with the design of the room we stayed in being in a courtyard. The area around the hotel was really well laid out with tables and chairs so lots of options for sitting outside in the sun. The restaurant was exceptional with the food and the staff being very friendly and helpful with a great full English breakfast. The bar area was also very attractive. Everything was really clean. It was easy to walk 5 mins approx to two other places to eat and drink and the beach was also easy to get to. It may be a lot busier in the summer but it was nice and peaceful and would definitely recommend this place.

The accomodation was kept well cleaned and maintained. Only slight issue was that woodlice kept appearing from somewhere, probably 6 or so over the three night stay. All the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good and we used the restaurant for evening meals twice. Again very good. Would visit again. Thumbs up

Lovely hotel, perfect for a weekend getaway! Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and lovely restaurant to dine in, we'll definitely be back for another visit. Only criticism would be a few rogue hairs in the shower tray on arrival, however the cleanliness other than this was fantastic.

Property was in a nice quiet location. Rooms clean but we had an issue with Woodlice in the bathroom which wasn’t good. We did report it on check out. Breakfast was self service a choice and well cooked.

We have stayed at the Caley several times and it is always a pleasure to spend time there. The hotel is immaculate in all areas. The staff are very friendly and always polite. We had a superior double room and the decor was very nice. Pkently of space and so quiet. The breakfasts we had were amazing, quality ingredients and cooked to perfection The Caley never fails to impress us

Very nice property in a great location, staff were excellent. Room was nice, the facilities were good, bed was comfy but the only minor things, was that the chairs are beginning to look tired and faded plus the bathroom needs a refresh as well, would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a shower/bath combo

We stayed during a heatwave and while there was no air conditioning, we found the room had been considerately prepared with a big fan and blinds down which was a big relief. The room was large and well presented. The breakfast was delicious and the eggs were cooked to order well.

We booked a SUPERIOR DOUBLE for one night , o that we could try it for future stays. We are regular visitors to the area. We are in our late 70s and were looking forward to a restful stay after my illness. We were not offered help with luggage, nor told that it was a long walk to the room. Worse of all, the room door opened directly onto a flight of steep stairs. Difficult to get luggage up, and even more difficult to lock the door while standing on the 2nd stair. The room had only one easy chair, no surfaces in the bathroom, and mattress too big for the base. However the bed was comfortable and the breakfast good.

Managed to book a room for an emergency stay. Room was bright, clean even if a little small, but it was the "economy" room. Disappointed that there was no bottled water in the room, (5am return to room after an horrendous night and nothing to drink available. Allegic to tea and coffee.) Would stay again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Caley. Staff were excellent especially in the bar and restaurant. Breakfast was ok but food was not always as hot as it could have been. We had one evening meal which was excellent. The bedrooms were large and comfortable but were very hot at night- the fan was not sufficient to cool the room. Expected a bath from the advert-however the shower was top class.

Really lovely, well kept hotel. We went for a "luxury room" (allocated room H1) and the bathroom was amazing and huge with a big bath and large walk in shower. The super king bed was comfortable, although could have done with some firmer pillows but I know that's personal preference. The description did say there would be a double sofa in the room, which there wasn't. But there were two arm chairs. Plenty of free parking for guests and there were a few restaurants in walking distance. Only took us 5-10 mins to walk to the beach. We did find that the menu provided in the information pack in the room was outdated and it was a completely different menu currently, and as there wasn't anything we fancied, we ate off site. But we had our breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was spot on, really lovely. Staff were all really lovely and friendly. Grounds were immaculate and so we're all areas of the hotel. One negative we had was that right outside our window there was an area where dogs that seemed to belong to the owners were. And there were at least 4 of them and they were quite noisy at times and were barking anytime we went in or out or room, and at various times when they were let outside. They were quiet at night though to be fair. The annoying thing is we didn't bring our own dogs as we thought they maybe noisey and disturb people! We would definitely return if the occasion arrises. Worth noting that check in is from 4pm rather than the 3pm stated on here.

We stayed overnight as we were attending a concert at Sandringham. The hotel could not have been more organsised, communicative and lovely to deal with. Absolutely super service offering earlier check-ins and rooms with late access without having to ask. They saw issues and planned accordingly. On arrival all staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast the next morning was fresh and delicious. Again, staff were very friendly and everything was very calm and organised. Would highly recommend and would definitely seek to stay here again in the future!

Upon arrival, we were first met by Jody, who was very helpful and informative, all the staff we met were excellent, so to stand out Jody made a great effort. We will certainly return and have already recommended to our friends.

From arriving, we were greeted by a very helpful young lady at Reception who showed us around and told us where we needed to go to our room and where we would have breakfast. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Ladies at breakfast really welcoming and friendly. Great food choices inc gluten free cereal and croissants, so that was pleasing. Rooms are extremely lean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of shelving in the bathroom to put all our toiletries. Short walk to beach. We Will return.

We stayed in one of the luxury rooms, which was outstanding. As always, the staff were kind ,friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and we had one evening meal which was superb. The Caley Hotel has a lot of history in the buildings, but the rooms are fresh and modern, with all the necessary details. We were in a room in a small courtyard away from the bar and restaurant and it was very quiet. The staff were all lovely and helpful. It would be nice to see even more of the local seafood on the menu, but the sea bass and rock bass were both very good. They seemed a tiny bit short-staffed, but everyone was clearly doing everything they could to keep things ticking over. My only tiny gripe is that I don't like the half shower doors that allow water to spray all over the bathroom no matter how hard to try not to let it, but that is a VERY minor point. I would definitely stay again if we visit North Norfolk in the future.

We stayed here for one night and thoroughly enjoyed it. From the welcome on reception when booking in right through to checking out in the morning every member of staff who we interacted with was friendly, attentive and welcoming. We had a delicious 2 course meal in the evening and one of the best breakfasts we have had. The buffet breakfast was top rate with amazing sausages and bacon. We have stayed here many times and it has never disappointed. It is well located near a bus stop where you can get the Coast Hopper bus service. Car park is big and rooms comfortable (Room 3). Breakfast staff are efficient and friendly and breakfast itself is satisfactory. Restaurant is pleasant. Layout of complex is charming and very welcoming. We will stay here again - I expect many times. Price is slightly higher than we like but all prices for all hotels in the UK seem to have jumped recently!

A little out of the way ,you do need your own transport . Saying that you need to be early to check in to grab a parking space as the hotel seems to be very popular.especially with the older generation.

The staff were so friendly and helpful The property was well maintained and the parking was easy. Only downside was the walk to the beach along Waterworks Road which has no footpath for quite a while, but we found the walk up to the village and down a side road was safer and quicker ( also a grandson could play on the playground both ways)

The Caley Hotel was an excellent choice. We only stayed 1 night but wished we had stayed longer as the whole experience was superb from start to finish. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. The food in the restsurant was of a high standard, the best sunday roast was amazing and tge breakfast realky good quality. Our accommodaton was very stylish, clean and extremely comfortable. Parking is on site and the hotel is only 10 minute walk to the sandy beach. Perfect location to stay and explore the surrounding area.

We stayed at Caley following a house move and needed a restful time. We were made to feel welcome from the outset and the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful at all times. It was a joy to find a hotel which understood the needs of a celiac like myself who must have a gluten free diet - something that is not common. Our room was clean and comfortable and the food generally excellent. Especial mention must be made of Maria who could not do enough for us and who is an asset to the hotel. We shall certainly return to stay at Caley so that we can continue our exploration of lovely Hunstanton and North Norfolk more generally.

This was my second stay. Friendly, helpful staff, good roast in the restaurant. We had a nice room which was an upgrade as the hotel wasn't very busy so that was a welcome surprise. I'm sure we will return as we enjoy Norfolk and this is a good base to explore further.

Wonderful hotel. We stayed one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer. Food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast and the staff are very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely book in to the Caley Hotel again.

Amazing stay at the Caley. Great room which was spacious. Staff all so attentive and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Great to have bus stop right outside so was at the seafront in 5 mins. Highly recommend.
