Overall, disappointing experience. The staff is nonresponsive, lack seriousness. I booked for 13 days and there was no room service and toilet paper or tissue box were not provided, when I asked for 3 to 4 times they have given me a towel. The worst experience was with regards to room keys card, which was getting disabled on a daily basis and I need to go to the reception to activate. When you’re in urgent need to use the room and I was given a room on 15th floor going back-and-forth was really frustrating and every time when they activate the card I used to remind them that I have checked in for 13 days why I need to come in activate the room card on a daily basis. They have not sorted the issue until my last day. I have to do that.
