We found this hotel to be very well ran, Clean very 5 star. Great well trained staff, don't take room service this was very poor. The room was perfect with every amenity. Cleaning on request, very comfortable VERY WHEELCHAIR UNFRIENDLY STEPS AT EVERY TURN, NO RAMPS OF ANY KIND. WE HAD TO ENTER BY THE BACK DOOR. THIS WAS VERY Disappointing.

The warm welcome from check in , delivered to our well appointed room, we enjoyed a delicious dinner served by very professional staff , and again a delicious breakfast , there was nothing to criticise, thank you .
