We were visiting our grandchildren and got this hotel to use the swimming pool. Unfortunately the pool was unusable for our entire 9 day stay. When i spoke to management, the manager was rude and had absolutely no customer service skills. She even suggested i was lying about the front desk people telling me every morning that the pool would be ready "tomorrow". The rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. But the one manager ruined our stay with her attitude and condescending manner. I wish I'd gotten her name.

We came for a one night stayvfor a funeral. The room was clean and beds comfy. It does feel a little in the hood, and the pool was closed for maintenance although it looked swimmable. They have a pretty good breakfast too

Overall not terrible, but hotel has a weird smell to it. The elevator sounded like it was going to break and shook weirdly. Breakfast wasn’t great but tied us over until we got out. Hotel doesn’t appear to be in the best area.

Met our needs for an emergency, low cost boarding with breakfast included trip. The entrance from the highway is very tricky and easy to miss - when they allow especially 18’wheelers to park at the parking lot entrance

The first night my sisters room was damp. Me and my husband room was as well but not as bad. During the night on the wood table the tv was on I saw something move got up a bug not sure what kind think I killed it. Next night we in bed seen something out myneye a brown roach crawling on the cup.When I say I lost it I have never been so disgusted and felt like I was dirty. I did not being any critters there and pray none left with us on the cruise. This hotel say it is good and there were so many people staying there but no BE AWARE and do not stay here. It needs to be fumigated..I seen them cleaing it and amelled bleach but it needs RAID...also the elevator does not sound very safe and seems to get stuck between floors...this needs updating..sorry no pics because the roach was demolished and my husband got rid of it..so glad we only had one night left.

I booked a room for 2 nights while my husband was in the hospital. On the first night, to my horror, the roaches began to come out of all directions. I saw them crawling out from under the bed, from behind the tv stand, and on the curtains. Within an hour, I saw at least 10 to 15 roaches, killing them as I go. I actually had a roach crawlling on me! At 4 am, I went to the front desk and told them that i am checking out and explained why. The staff member on duty, offerred to put me into another room on the second floor. Given that it was 4 am and i would have had to sleep in my car, I reluctantly agreed. I checked out after the first night and could not get reimbursed because i booked through Expedia.

The place smelled of horrible chemicals, floors were damp, the sheets were stained and the under sheet didnt look like it was even changed, there were what looked like bed bugs crawling on the bedside table (I killed 3 or 4 of them) pool was out of order and breakfast was not a breakfast. If I could of given -stars I would have. The pictures are very very deceiving to say the least. Horrible experience:(

"Mixed Experience at Comfort Inn" During our stay at Comfort Inn from January 23 to 28, the hotel's convenient location made our check-in process smooth around 9:00 PM on the 23rd. The toilet seat was always loose and the cover came apart. These issues detracted from what could have been a much more enjoyable stay. Wanted one more night! Pay for it Thu hotel . Com the front desk refuse it cause ! He wanted me to pay him 236.00 n hotel . Com offers was 163.00 he refused my stay even after I pay for it! My elderly mom, uncle and aunt were guests here on a reservation I made for them. When they got to the hotel they were told that they didn't have a reservation and they ended up giving them 1 room with one bed when I had paid for 2 separate rooms. They asked why only one bed and were moved to another room with 2 beds; again, the payment was made for TWO ROOMS NOT ONE. These are elderly people, they took what they got and when they came back and told me about it, I tried to get the reimbursement through Expedia and Expedia said they contacted the property and my request was denied, even though now they admitted that their records did show the original reservation but had one of the rooms as no show when my relatives were told initially that there was no reservation on file.

A good place to stay for a visit to NO. Take the ferry from Algiers Point for 2$ and your land in the French Quarter. The plastic issue in the USA is a horror for an european!

We stayed in Marrero for the Taylor Swift concert weekend to save some money. Our stay was pleasant. Not problems, and it felt safe. The property was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was typical. Coffee was not great. I was disappointed that the lemon water disappeared after the first night. Not a huge deal, but it is a nice perk. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.
