Liked: room, lobby, etc. updated, clean, well done. Pool was very nice, perfext temperature. Disliked: hot tub by the pool was yellowish brownish and smelled bad too. Text interaction at first seemed cool, but then apprared to be automated when no follow-up came about the hit tub, ine of the main amenities we had hoped to use. "Free" breakfast should just be skipped. Items were $10-$17, paid $26 for 2 up front, tax and tip not included unless you just got the buffet which was underwhelming. There were different levels of breakfast depending on points etc., and no staff member could tell us whuch items were "free".

The rooms facing the interstate are not very well insulated. You can hear the traffic all night. Overall appearance is good. Comfy chairs in the lobby. The water in the hot tub was disgusting on a Saturday morning after it was full of kids.

Filthy beat up elevators with graffiti on the doors. Room had bits of masking tape and some sticky material on the bathroom door handle and walls. Located yards from the I 40 with traffic noise all night. Safe area although deserted, restaurant next door closed. Surly and unwelcoming front staff.

When thinking about the “Hilton” you would think the hotel would be super nice and 5 star. But this place is old and run down. The elevators were nasty, the room was small and smelled weird. We rented the hotel mainly for our son to go swimming, but the pool was freezing cold. When we told the front desk if they could warm the pool, they said the “heater” was broken. Again, if your thinking the Hilton is supposed to be top notch, this place isn’t it. We were super disappointed in the hotel’s accommodations. Also, they barely served any food for breakfast, but yet they charged $13 per person. Save your money, go some place else.

Nicely remodeled. Comfortable rooms. Secure parking. Requested service was slow at times. Convenient location - access to shopping, dining and I-40. Very close to Park and Ride location for Balloon Fiesta.

Typical Hilton only two luggage carts for the entire hotel because they think they look shoddy. So it’s better to inconvenience us with multiple trips and keep our vehicles parked longer. Hours after check-in carts are still not available because people keep them in their rooms. I could hear other guests asking for them as well. Also pool door access doesn’t work so front desk has to let people in each time

This establishment doesn’t offer a free breakfast. They also charge a 5 dollar parking fee. The pool area was overrun by under age kids. There was graffiti in the elevator.

This hotel didn’t quite live up to the cleanliness of other Hilton Garden Inns. The property is getting a bit run down. The elevators have been trashed. The front desk associate was outside vaping and his face was glued to his cell phone when we arrived. He gave me the creeps. The associate the next morning seemed much more professional.

The hotel reeked of Marijuana when we checked in. The lobby area was nice, check in was smooth. The room was clean, the bed was firm, pillows nice. Next to a Duca De Beppo restaurant which was average but convenient. The location was right off the highway.

We checked in on Wednesday afternoon and did not have any housekeeping service until Sunday. We had to ask several time for things that wee needed--coffee, cups, dry towels, and body wash (which we never got). Our two trash cans ("junior suite" had only 2 in the entire suite) were overflowing. The walk-in shower is poorly designed--the water leaked out of the bottom of the doors and the result was water all over the bathroom floor, spreading out into the common area of the suite (hence the wet towels). In general, the staff was helpful, polite, and professional. However, we would probably not recommend to others and will not stay there again.

Hotel is under remodel. Wish Expedia made it more obvious in the search results when I was booking. I would’ve never booked it had I known. There was construction equipment, materials, dust and debris in common areas and elevators. Construction equipment and trucks took up a good amount of parking spots so we were told to park in a nearby parking structure - which is fine but they didn’t have any luggage carts for us to use so our family had to schlep to and from the hotel, up and down the elevator a few times. Unacceptable at over $200/night. We left immediately before construction work started at 7am the next morning.

The front office staff was very welcoming and hospitable. The location of the hotel does impact sleep unless you are a heavy sleeper. Right next to the interstate where them “Euro-exhaust” can be heard at all hours of the night. Nonetheless, great place.

My main issue was the heaters in the room. The first room, the heater was very loud, and the TV didn’t work. The second room, the heater was still loud, but at least the TV worked. The price was a bit high for the hotel. Staff was great.

If you can't get a room on the parking lot side...you're going to listen to even loud exhaust on the I40 side. We stayed here twice...once on the parking lot...the other on the I40 side... Night and day difference. Its a clean amazing place to stay...but always request the north side or go somewhere else.

I was checked into a room and given room entrance cards. I left the hotel to go pick up my bf at the airport. When we got back to the hotel my room cards were not working. They were not working because they checked in another hotel guest into the same room they had earlier checked me into! Incompetent front desk person. He didn’t even apologize for his error. This hotel is under a much needed renovation. Rooms are run down, old stinky carpets. I had to go out and purchase room deodorant because the room smelled so bad. I would choose another hotel. There are better choices in the same area.

Overall our stay was good. The only real issue/concern was no being acknowledged when walked up to check in. The person at the desk was on the phone. Other staff walked up and spoke with the front desk person and they still didn’t acknowledge us. Had to walk up and ask to check in. Again, overall our stay was good.

The staff was rude and not helpful. Way over priced. If charging $300 a night need to have better service and breakfast provided. Elevators slow and small. Shower head in showers had barely any water pressure. If the hotel is listed as a recommended hotel for the balloon fiesta it needs to accommodate more and be friendlier. We drove 6 hours to stay there and I will never recommend this hotel

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food from the kitchen is outstanding; better than some restaurants. The only detraction from the experience is the unfortunate closeness to the construction going on in the property adjacent to the hotel entrance.

Wasn’t thrilled about being nickel and dimed for breakfast. Reservation was for four yet they would only provide breakfast for 2. Every hotel in the area offers it to all guests. This will be a deciding factor for the future.

Oernight stary and passing thorugh. Staff was very nice both front desk and dining. There is some remodelling going on especially in the lobby. Our room was a quiet King Suite and the bed was comfortable. Like that there was a restaurant on site because we were exhausted. Thought that breakfast should be free at the price point of the hotel and the remodelling.
