Rundown hotel that was probably great in the 70s. Doesn’t have the most essential amenities like the option of ironing your clothes

On check in we were upgraded to a suite which was nice until we figured out it was an accessible room, extra space was nice but would have been nice to have been told/asked first. The hotel in general needs a revamp. We asked about the 4 restaurants but were told they were booked out, they clearly weren’t. The buffet is mediocre, the quality of food just isn’t there and no tea available in the evenings. The stir fry was very nice though! The limited machines in the gym are worn out, handful of free weights is all that’s useful there. Pools were nice, like most hotels sunbeds are held with towels even though it clearly states this is not tolerated. Hotel is a 3 star at best but to be fair so are most of these places, it’s a pity considering the cost.

We were a group of 15 young adults on our Christmas party (in April). The team at the hotel were super helpful and were able to accommodate name changes on rooms and supply us many drinks for our award ceremony. The different bars and private adult area was also a nice touch. Will definitely look to book again when coming to Tenerife.
