Nice room, comfortable and stylish. The staff were polite and efficient. The only down side is the very tiny and cramped gym. I ended up doing a body-weight workout in my lovely room!

Hotel did not reflect the actual stars given on the website. I did not receive the VIP benefits for both rooms. Didn’t receive my request for the rooms I asked for. Lobby staff were very welcoming and good. Hotel is very clean! Good location and very safe. Restaurant staff were decent but during this the breakfast below average with a bit of an attitude. Gym was below par. For the price of the hotel I guess it would be fitting for the review I gave. All in all, not bad at all for the price once again. Most importantly safe and clean, I must say. Housekeeping is very good.

The hotel is really modern and the rooms are large and well maintained. The restaurant has good food options and really cool views. The only downside is that the streets are really busy and honking/sirens are an issue. Also we had a concert near by and it was quite loud but fortunately it ended by 11 pm.

Amazing from start to finish. A very chic, small boutique hotel right in the heart of it all. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived, all the way through. We had room 903 and the view of the Bosphorus was mesmerizing! Breakfast was delicious (the tomatoes are the juiciest, and yoghurt with spinach dip is divine), room service was the fastest we’ve ever had and the quality of food was 5 star. Would highly recommend and we will stay again in the future. I didn’t use the spa but my friend said the jacuzzi was a little on the cold side, but I cannot comment. A great find if you like a cool, chic, modern hotel, but not the crowds

In researching Istanbul hotels, I read a review for Gezi which said “Don’t think about staying anywhere else. I’ve stayed here twice and it’s the best”. I’m so glad we stayed at Gezi because the view of the Bosphorus, delicious breakfasts, and helpful staff made our trip special and memorable. Top notch housekeeping and beautiful gym. Very special Turkish Delight treats and excellent attention to detail. Thank you, Gezi!

Our stay was fantastic. The room was very modern and spacey and clean. Sauna and steam bath and Turkish bath also very good. The location is fantastic for walking into Karaköy. The restaurant and bar are stylish and have a great ambience. Although if you want to have a perfect view to the Bosphorus you need to take one of the suites to the seaside on the upper floors. From the restaurant you have a limited view.

Comfortable stay. Close to main attractions and tram train and ferry stations. Istiklal street was right around the corner 5mins walk. Clean rooms and courteous staff. Sauna facility was good. Breakfast had a nice spread however few options in hot food section for vegetarians.

This boutique hotel is perfectly located on the European side of Istanbul, just a short walk from Taksim Square, Nişantaşı, and many other must-see spots. Whether you're here to explore or simply relax, the location makes everything incredibly accessible. The rooms are modern and well-appointed, with beautiful views of either the garden or the Bosphorus. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the entire property is maintained with great care and attention to detail. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from the reception and concierge team. Halil, Ohan, Serkan, Jerry, Cihan, and others whose names I, unfortunately, can't recall, were all incredibly warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and offered excellent recommendations for places to visit and things to do. The hotel’s management should be immensely proud to have such dedicated and passionate individuals on their team—their efforts are nothing short of commendable. Gezi otel her zaman olduğu gibi müthişti:) Taksim meydanı kalabalığının kenarında, muhteşem boğaz manzaralı odaları ile oldukça sevimli ve kaliteli bir otel. Hizmet, temizlik, kahvaltı, kısacası herşey 5 yıldız almayı hak edecek seviyede idi. Bütün çalışanlara tekrar teşekkür ederiz:)

Great room at good prices with a lovely balcony some view. Only issue was that the rooms a floor below the lobby (floor 4) hear the base of the music quite notably. Would avoid that floor if noise sensitive. Otherwise, great room and hotel.

Location is excellent. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Overall service was very good. Food was also good. We enjoyed our stay . Unfortunately there’s a lot of smoke coming to the room. As a non smoker it was uncomfortable. I was in a non smoking room but you can smell it through the AC ventilation.

My 3rd year staying here and always liked therefore returned. This time was a total miss from the check in staff that did not even greet and when asked questions about public transit options the person was totally unhelpful and borderline rude by denying help. I had requested a quiet room months ago and was first given a room on first floor overlooking the street! and right away asked to change. Then I was given a room that on the first night found out it’s below the lobby and could hear all the noise and suitcases being rolled in and out all night long. The shower did not work properly. The heating system didn’t not work and had to call in on both days to have their technician look into it. Except the bell man Mr. Murat others just don’t seem to have an understanding of a service oriented post! And unfortunately even worse, rude with condescending attitude.

My 3rd year staying here and always liked therefore returned. This time was a total miss from the check in staff that did not even greet and when asked questions about public transit options the person was totally unhelpful and borderline rude by denying help. I had requested a quiet room months ago and was first given a room on first floor overlooking the street! and right away asked to change. Then I was given a room that on the first night found out it’s below the lobby and could hear all the noise and suitcases being rolled in and out all night long. The shower did not work properly. The heating system didn’t not work and had to call in on both days to have their technician look into it. Except the bell man Mr. Murat others just don’t seem to have an understanding of a service oriented post! And unfortunately even worse, rude with condescending attitude.

Nice stay at Gezi hotel, for three nights in October. The hotel decor is nice, restaurant with a nice view. Location near Taksim Square. The staff was very service minded. The only down side was a very, very noisy concert right in front of my room balcony on Friday evening (there was a cultural event that weekend). The staff did not inform about this on check in - I learned that a second concert was scheduled for Saturday evening, I asked early in the day to change rooms and they did with no issues. But of course would have avoided a noisy Friday evening had I known, or at least had I been informed it advance I could have planned to be out of my room. All in all I would go back for the nice decor and location near Taksim - plus the nice staff in spite of the concert issue :)

In researching Istanbul hotels, I read a review for Gezi which said “Don’t think about staying anywhere else. I’ve stayed here twice and it’s the best”. I’m so glad we stayed at Gezi because the view of the Bosphorus, delicious breakfasts, and helpful staff made our trip special and memorable. Top notch housekeeping and beautiful gym. Very special Turkish Delight treats and excellent attention to detail. Thank you, Gezi!

Our stay was fantastic. The room was very modern and spacey and clean. Sauna and steam bath and Turkish bath also very good. The location is fantastic for walking into Karaköy. The restaurant and bar are stylish and have a great ambience. Although if you want to have a perfect view to the Bosphorus you need to take one of the suites to the seaside on the upper floors. From the restaurant you have a limited view.

One morning the water in bathroom didn’t work (shower, cink, toilett). After 30min light brown water came out. It was fixed later the same day. When I departed I asked if the breakfast (1 morning) could be credited for compensation they told me NO.
