The hotel and rooms are very dated. Carpet on main stairwell is threadbare. My room was very hot, a fan was provided but not adequate. Windows did not open properly as secured together, due to opening onto a flat roof. The flat roof was covered in debris along with a large set of ladders! I was emailed on the morning of my stay asking for all my details snd car reg. on check in reception did not ask for car reg (I assumed they had already taken the information from my email). Later that evening on having a conversation with a member of staff , they told me I would very likely get a fine as you have 15minutes to register your car once you have entered the car park. As yet not received a fine!

Our room was generously sized ,with 2 chairs and a desk with chair. Thankfully had a fan as our room was on 3rd floor. Room had a new carpet so it made it extra warm. Plenty of USB ports as well. Had breakfast, one full English first morning and cereal the next. You could have had both. We ate out as on the weekend there was no evening meal option. Parking was easy as there is a large car park at the rear accessed from the front of the property. £10 a night, more if reserved. A comfortable traditional hotel in the heart of Worcester, with very pleasant staff. Would go again.
