The room backed up to an electrical room that constantly emitted a loud hum. Security locks on the door and room joining doors were in disrepair. Internet was UNUSABLE. Even when notified, it was not fixed. The fitness room had broken machines. I nearly was thrown off the one, supposedly working treadmill, twice! From a full-out run, the belt abruptly stopped. I would not recommend this hotel. It is a disappointment for a Hilton property. The night desk person was very nice which was the only bright spot.

The room and one bed had a dog odor. Not real strong, but a bit unpleasant. Bath hair conditioner dispenser (both) was empty. Same dirt on the lobby floor (middle of the tile walkway between check-in and elevators) remained for 2 days Parking was very crowded and spaces were very tight. Lobby furniture is worn.

The parking spaces are so narrow that it is hard to get one's belongings out of the vehicle without contact with the car next to you. Plus, you have to squeeze your body to get things out of the front and back seat. The mattress in our room was like sleeping on lumpy marshmellows. No ice machine. Pool closed - "permanently" They charge you for every little thing. Like the "complimentary" water bottles in the room. Read the fine print.

It was amazing, check in was easy, in fact they let us check in early. The room was great and big, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was gorgeous. Only thing let me us down was the pool and hot tub was closed

This was a beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was that the pool and spa were broken when we arrived and were not repaired until the day we were departing. Room service was not available when we wanted to eat.

Our stay was a nice stay and I'm sure it will be better once they've finished their remodeling. Currently their pool and fitness room are closed because of the remodeling. Had I known that I would've booked elsewhere. Nice area, lots of restaurants in the area.

I would absolutely choose this hotel when travelling to Clarksburg West Virginia. The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the entire property is very clean including the rooms. The rooms are very soundproof and we could not hear noise at all. The beds are extremely comfortable as are the pillows! I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in room 316 for two nights and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, room was cleanest I’ve ever seen, beds were super comfy, and everything you could want is right around. Best experience ever! Highly recommend!

Our room was ok. No fridge in room though. Tried using business center...none of the computer terminals worked. There was no breakfast included in cost of the room. You could order breakfast but it was an additional charge. Had I known this (not mentioned in listing) I would have booked another hotel, gotten breakfast, AND paid less.

They were renovating but it was almost done so that didn't affect my opinion of the property. The one thing that bothered me is the air conditioning unit which I've seen in other hotels aside from Hilton. When it cycles on it's so loud that it's like an alarm clock. No matter the setting, even at low fan, it interrupts your sleep! The room was very clean and I had not much else to quibble about. If you value your sleep and the air conditioning needs to be on I hope you're not a light sleeper!

Upon checking I overheard another guest asking for help using his tv controller. It left me wondering if I was going to have a problem. And I did ! I called the front desk and they had to send someone to my room to fix the problem. Whoever told Hilton that their tv and controller was user friendly was not truthful. It’s hard for me to understand why an instructional pamphlet wasn’t provided. Otherwise it was a very positive experience.

This hotel is very nice. The entrance to the hotel and the spacious lobby were both impressive. It has a nice dining area if you choose to pay extra for breakfast, as well as a bar. Our room was very clean and large enough for two people. The only negative I have is the person at the reception desk was very curt when answering a simple question. Maybe it wasn't a good day for this employee. I would stay there again, though.

Lobby and room was very clean. Justin at the front desk was very helpful. Due to the weather(snow) several staff members couldn't make it in. Justin was patiently, calmly, helping and covering the jobs. The cook wasn't in due to the weather so the restaurant was closed but Justin was making sandwiches while supplies lasted.

Trying to get checked in at this location is horrible; I have stayed here 2x and both times i rang the service bell 3x and then ended up calling the front desk just to get someone to come check me in. I wont stay here again. 3x I tried to get coffee in the lobby and they were either out or it was cold. The bed was comfortable but that is about the only thing i would give them kudos on

The hotel was in a convenient location with plenty of dining and shopping options close by. Very convenient to downtown Clarksburg or Bridgeport. Close to I-79 as well if you are passing through. I would highly recommend this property.

This property is right off 79 and has lots of restaurants, shops and gas stations close by! We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

I usually stay at the Hampton Inn and got used to stopping by the lobby for a cup of coffee or tea after dinner. Rude shock that the coffee in the lobby is only available in the morning. How hard is it to keep ONE container to use only for hot water (it is even labeled Hot Water). The coffee residue makes the water taste funny.
