Room was very clean and the man (owner) was extremely friendly. Room was nothing fancy. Did have small fridge and microwave. I liked the fact the shower and toilet were separate from the sink. Main thing was room was CLEAN.

Pleasantly surprised. Was expecting a Schitt’s Creek type of operation. It’s a simple, clean motel. Nothing fancy of course but did the job. Desk person eas lovely. No -smoking room was actually a no -smoking room (which I was feeling skeptical would be the case).

We reserved here because this listing shows that they have a pool, when we got there we were told that the pool has been down for 6 years! We were very upset about this because we got the room during the recent heat wave! And we wanted to stay somewhere with a pool! Our room was decent but house cleaning should check the drawers, there was left over food in one of them from a previous guest. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless it’s just to sleep for one night as you’re passing through!

Room was clean, AC worked perfectly. Was a bit dated, but at the price point was exactly what I needed for accommodations. Convenient drive up parking right outside the room door made for easy on/off loading. The owners are delightful, prideful people who wanted to make sure my stay was a good one. Would stay again for sure!

The Big Y supermarket was very close - could walk to it. Bought food to cook in small microwave, but had to buy cutlery to eat it No tea/coffeemaker in the rooms just at reception area in morning only

The sheets, pillowcases, blankets and sofas were all very dirty, the kind that is hard to clean even if you wash them. It is hard to imagine that I paid a high price for a very cheap hotel, which I have only stayed in a few very poor countries. Don't waste your money!

Clean, fresh and updated. We checked in late and had no issues. The neighborhood seemed nice. Rooms seemed updated. Better then I expected for a motel and better then some hotels that I stayed at.

Only reason I'm not doing a great rating is because it would have been nice if the blankets were on the bed, not folded up on the clothing rack and there was also a hole knocked into the shower soap dish.

My wife & I had a great stay here. Room was clean, had new king mattress on bed which was very comfortable, the owner was a great host, and it was only 7 miles from the Big E. Will stay here again for sure.

My stay at the Wilbraham Inn was ok. Hotel is in a safe part of town and wad near family. Room was cozy but outdated. My only complaint was how hard the mattress was for the King bed. Room was clean and everything else was fine.

This property would not have been my first choice but it should have been!! The place was clean with update beds and was very quiet. The owners was very nice and willing to do anything to make our stay good!! I would highly recommend this place!

Do yourself a favor and "DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS YOU READ ABOUT THIS PLACE" First, they asked us to pay with a card other than American Express so they could save a few dollars on fees (very weird). We had a reservation for 3 days but were told by the owner (Mallah/Patel) we have to check out a day earlier because they had accidentally over booked and needed this room on our last day for someone else. After and "ONLY" after we were checking out, he told us that another room just became available and we could stay, but it was too late since we have already packed and made arrangements to stay somewhere else. He told us to contact Expedia for a refund since this was a third-party reservation. We contact Exp and they call the property to verify, and they lied in order to deny refund. Expedia said that there was nothing they could do. I Will Never Stay in this dump again. Walls are paper thin so you will hear everything that goes on the next room and outside since it is located on a very busy road. Room was very smelly, and the surrounding area looks very sketchy.

Wonderful Inn, do not pass this up. Great owners, wonderful well done rooms that made you feel at home, close to great restaurants, activites, quiet, felt very safe. Nice relief from chain hotels. Will stay in the future for all trips close by. Excellent so happy I tried it.
