Te weinig en erg krappe parkeerplaats. Er werd dubbel geparkeerd ivm ruimtegebrek. Nette en schone kamer, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

i wouldnt chose that hotel for pleasure stay but as a stopover for one night in A'dam it was ok. Staff friendly, rooms ok, bathrooms and room clean, neighbourhood is boring, plenty of space for parking space in a fenced area

The receptionist was really nice and I love the since of security the property has.

A sido el peor lugar en el que me he hospedado. Estaba cochino, todo el hotel olia a cigarro. En mi cuarto el detector de humo estaba tapado con dos calcetines, si la limpieza no se dio cuenta de podrán imaginar lo sucio que estaba el baño, los pisos, hasta la cama se sentía cochina. La peor experiencia de mi vida en cuanto a hospedajes. Cero recomendando.

Para mí fue un hotel del "no". Cualquier cosa que se solicitaba era no se puede. Las habitaciones no son muy limpias y la limpieza diaria no era completa o buena. Las alfombras roidas. Ayudó mucho la amabilidad de algunos de sus empleados que ayudaron a que fuera menos desagradable la estancia.

Chère pour ce que l’hôtel a à offrir. Petite salle de bain et propreté à revoir ! Nous avons trouvé de la poussière sur le frigo, en dessous du lit et sur la tête de lit. De plus, nous aurions aimé avoir des bouteilles d’eau a disposition. Le mini-Bar était vide. Nous avons rencontré des difficultés lors du chek-out. En effet, le personnel nous a demandé de repayer la chambre, prétextant ne pas avoir reçu notre versement alors que nous insistons le contraire en montrant la facture. Heureusement, le service client de Hôtels.com a était très réactif. Très mauvaise expérience avec le personnel, désagréable voir insultant. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

Clean and beautifully designed rooms. Comfortable mattress and pillow, which allowed a good night sleep. Kind a helpful staff.

Nice staff, clean rooms

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad afgelopen weekend(jan.2025)en er werd tijdens het uitgebreidde ontbijt ter plekke een eitje voor je bereid zoals je wilde. Erg fijn! minpunt: op elke vraag die je stelde wisten ze geen antwoord 'ze werkten normaal bij een andere lokatie dus wisten niet hoe het hier zat'. Ze gingen ook niet iemand halen die het wel wist...ook onze beloofde koffiecupjes zijn nooit gebracht. de rookvrije beloofde kamer was niet rookvrij.

Only third room worked. First one toilet was running noisily, second smelled from cigarette smoke. Third was ok but shower didn’t drain and caused a half flooding of the bathroom. As I arrived late they couldn’t change the room key anymore. Had to get a new one next morning. The front desk person didn’t know how to do it though and had to get assistance.

Onze kamer nr. 21 lag net aan de inkom/uitgang waar de andere hotelgasten moesten binnenkomen/buiten gaan om naar hun kamer te gaan. Zelfs 's nachts werden we wakker van hotelgasten die aan die deur nogal rumoerig waren.

Les lits sont TRÈS confortables et le personnel est courtois

Good property overall. Nice and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. My only peeve was (baring in mind I arrived very late that night) housekeeping came to clean the room at about 9am, it was no later than 9:30am. This is fine for some but if not ready at that time then you miss the opportunity for the whole day.

Stayed during Ade festival. Staff where lovely and beds where comfortable however getting in and out of the hotel?!…. You have to walk all the way round the back of the hotel to get in and out of it! It’s right next to a motorway currently being built so it was quite inconvenient

It was good, and comfortable, but the heating was very laud.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I stayed at this hotel with my friends on June 21st, booking three rooms in total. It was an extremely hot day, and unfortunately, none of the air conditioners in our rooms were working. We reported the issue before going to bed, but nothing was done. It was unbearable—like sleeping in a sauna. When we brought this up the next morning, the response was beyond disappointing. Instead of an apology or a fix, we were mockingly told to “take a cold shower.” Seriously? After a completely sleepless night, we demanded to lodge a formal complaint. Our names were written in a register and we were told someone would follow up with compensation. I even followed up via email, but no one has responded to this day. The complete lack of accountability and basic customer service is appalling. If you care at all about comfort, responsiveness, or professionalism, do not stay at this hotel. I sincerely hope this review saves others from the miserable experience we had.

I like this place but some of the staff is not probably trained well. Breakfast in the morning is very good. I expected a little more because this place was more expensive

This hotel is on the outskirts of zanndan but a 2 minute walk to the bus.the staff were all excellent, thank you

Prima hotel alleen weinig personeel drankjes duurde lang en geen kok aanwezig dus konden niet eten in de avond!
