We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The hotel is attractively set in large grounds. Our room was large, spotlessly clean and had a small balcony. Every single member of staff we met was welcoming. They went out of their way to engage with us and help -this included the reception, bar & dining and housekeeping staff. The breakfast area was calm and well managed with a good range of options. We chose to take our evening meals in the Terrace Bar. There was a large range of options to choose from and the staff were very helpful - especially Amy who served us very professionally most nights.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our check in was good, only small point, there were 2 Men on reception, one being very helpful to a guest, another looking at a screen and didnt acknowledge us or other guests waiting, was a bit awkward. Breakfast was amazing! Everything you could wish for. Bar staff very helpful.

This hotel is located in a very good spot - I had a suite with a hot tub and roof garden it was awesome! The breakfast where amazing and the staff were very helpful - I would recommend and will be back

Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel set in lovely grounds and clean . Bedroom clean and housekeeping every day . Breakfast was really good. Evening meals in the bar were fab and delicious. So was lunch. We didn’t have a car so we used the local buses which were on time and a good way to get into town centre as well as visiting local beaches on the island and the fare was reasonable £2.00 to anywhere . Would like to mention one staff member the Conceirge Darlington who was most helpful . Very friendly and advised where to visit etc
