Brightly colored floridian beach themed rooms, extremely clean room, clean quaint and convenient salt water pool, easily acess on site free parking, very friendly staff. Great front desk customer service associate (Helen), and friendly harworking house keeper (Dena). Easy walk to beach, area hot spots/restaurants.

The location of this hotel is perfect! A 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops and an 8 minute walk to the beach. An 18 minute drive to see Inter Miami and a 5 minute drive to the Lauderdale water taxi. The pool was great, heated and clean with umbrellas and lounge chairs. The air-conditioning was not working in our room, so they moved us to a new one. Rooms are spacious and bed was comfortable. We would stay here again. Great place for a family, quiet and clean.

I was here with some friends for 3 nights. The location could not have been better. Nearby convenience store, drugstore, and just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants of Lauderdale by the Sea. Also just a few blocks walk to the beach. The hotel also has a heated pool and provides pool/beach towels. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is ample outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. The housekeeping staff is friendly. Valentina at the front desk went out of her way to assist us. I absoulutely would stay here again.

Very short walk to beach and to the square that’s full of shops and restaurants and outdoor fun. Only two stories but does not have an elevator so if you have a wagon/stroller you’ll have to carry up. My room did not have a coffee pot or any type of coffee machine which was a huge bummer for me.

Convenient to the beach within walking distance, great food nearby, staff was very friendly. Gave 4 stars due the refrigerator smelled and needed to be defrosted and the ice maker was broken. Otherwise great property for stay.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was clean and functional. The pool was nice and clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The property was cute and clean. It's so close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent for the price, very clean and a great location. Valentina at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. Not the Hilton but a great stay for anyone wanting to be close to the beach. Great shower and comfortable bed and pillows!

A great location for a reasonable price! 2 blocks from the main restaurant/bar strip of Commercial Blvd, 1/2 block from the beach. Nothing fancy but spotlessly clean. A little noisy at night w traffic on N Ocean Dr but nothing terrible. Would definitely stay here again!

NEVER AGAIN! I have never in my life written a review but I feel the need when it comes to this Inn. When we first arrived we asked the woman at the front desk for late checkout (our returning flight did not leave until late). She was very accommodating and said we could stay as long as we needed for a fee, which we willingly paid. When we got to the room... it was dirty and extremely outdated. Someone elses socks were still in the drawer, mold in the windows, and an empty soda bottle under the bed. However, we did not say anything. We were just happy to be there and were grateful that they allowed us to stay a couple extra hours at the end of our trip. Flash forward to our checkout date... it was mine and my husbands anniversary. We were in the room at about 11:30am when someone knocked on the door. I opened the door to find the manager telling us we needed to leave because they booked the room for the night. I explained that we had paid to stay until 6pm. She did not want to hear it and, with a terrible attitude, offered to give us our extended stay fee back but told us we had no more than an hour to pack our stuff and leave. Needless to say we will never be going back here! If you are looking for somewhere to stay check out the Blue Strawberry across the street. While this was all happening the manager from that establishment came over and offered us a place at her Inn free of charge. She also offered us a future discounted stay!

We enjoyed our stay veryuch. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds which is important to us. Not fancy but they have a nice outdoor area which we finished our night at. Only 2 blocks to downtown action and 1 block to the beach which is why we chose it.

First impression is not good. Door to office is very dirty. The attendant could not register us due to flaky internet. Attendant had to telephone her boss to assign us a room. We went to the room and barged in on someone already occupying the room. Once in another room we were generally satisfied except the bath was very dirty and the bath drain does not evacuate water properly. The property is in a great location, close to restaurants and beach. Why is there a «\xa0resort charge\xa0» for this place. There’s no resort. Just a small pool

if you need a clean bed, close to the beach, then this is fine. We stayed 10 days, had a unit w/kitchen. The bottom kit cab was hanging on 1 hinge; the ac was SO loud; hasn't been updated from the 1970's; the internet was more out than on and very weak; the tv was a joke. The staff was great, esp Dina and Helen.

Nice motel with great proximity to the beach. Walls are thin and you can hear tv in neighbouring rooms. Also, if your neighbour smokes, your room is gonna smell. Beds are comfy and lots of closet space. Some peeling pain from the ceiling and the bathroom could use some updating. Would stay again.

We loved staying here! We had two efficiency rooms. Valentina treated us so well! My a/c wasn't cooling properly, so I was immediately moved to cooler room. I then saw them changing the a/c in that room. The rooms were walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. They even had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Thank you for great visit.

Fabulous location. Very short walk to the beach ! Lots of restaurants within walking distance . Room was clean. Very basic rooms but the location totally makes up for it . The office is only open 10-6 , so if you need something after those hours it might be an issue .

Place was great! Comfortable bed, good water pressure, clean, but the best part was Helen at reception. Had a little emergency and she went out of her way to assist. She was extremely pleasant at check in too. Very accommodating.

While the hotel was a little dated, it is in an ideal position in Lauderdale by the Sea and it has a pool. Free coffee is available for the room's coffee machine and the room also has a microwave. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good and there was plenty of space. We liked the fact there was no restaurant or catering but some people may not like this. There is a supermarket a minute walk away and it's only two minutes to the strip. All in all an enjoyable five days.
