Worked with 4 different front desk clerks and all were courteous and proficient. The problem was when we got to the first room we were assigned, it was not ready--door was ajar, lights on, towels weren't ready, bathroom vent cover open, insulation puffs from ceiling vent in toilet, etc. We were assigned another room and then hauled all our stuff to it. After we got settled, we found the TV did not work which the desk clerk said they had had previous problems with that TV. By the time Maintenance could not fix TV, but by the time they had rechecked TV, all the other rooms were filled and so they couldn't move us again. Also the water in the hotub was so loaded with chlorine we couldn't stay in it for only a few minutes, because our eyes were stinging so bad! The pool also had an overly strong concentration of chlorine. The pool is very small. Again I emphasize the staff was excellent and did their best to help us. We ended up working through our Expedia booking for refund.

We booked through hotels.com two rooms. I assumed the rooms would be side by side as we were having a little birthday party for our 12 year old. Check in was a mess. The rooms weren’t going to be connected or even close by. The bathrooms are hideous, definitely not expected. Hot tub jets didn’t work. They were short on housekeeping so literally the first and second floor were the only room options. The hotel smelled like an old kitchen. The gal helping at breakfast was so kind when we came down at closing. Check out was seamless.

The under construction of this property is unacceptable. If I would’ve known it smelled like this because of new construction and having to deal with plastic on the carpet and walking 4 flights of stairs because of a down elevator, I wouldn’t have booked here

Bummed the hot tub was closed for cleaning but besides that, we had the most amazing experience here. Delicious continental breakfast with lots of options, beautiful and spacious room, fantastic staff, and prompt service when requested. Would definitely stay again!

I generally like Springhill Suites, and I enjoyed our stay here too, for the most part. The room wasn’t as clean as I like, however. I should mention that the breakfast area, reception, pool, etc were all pristine! The room, not as much. Carpets were VERY dirty in the room and hallways. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Tub was dirty and required cleaning before use. Had a couple other minor issues, but staff rectified. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and professional. I’d stay here again if it was a good deal, but I’d love to see just a few things sharpened up a bit.

Very good overall Everything excellent except the restroom, had some sort of substance on the light switch and inside the shower looked as if it had like dark soap scum smear in one small area Other than that, near excellent!!

Location is perfect for my trip. However when we got into our room we noticed a few odd things, like no hand soap, only three pillows per bed, found a dirty sock, I feel like when they “cleaned” all they did was haul the trash out and make the beds. Just kinda made me feel like my room wasn’t all that clean. 12/28/20203

For the most part the hotel and room were ok. The part we really disliked was the sofa bed mattress had multiple visible urine stains. Since it is a pet friendly hotel it was hard to determine if they were animal or human urine. Regardless very unpleasant and for the nighty price this is unacceptable. The staff was friendly at all times and checking in was easy.

This place was pretty good, the rooms are getting a little bit dated but the location is convenient. It’s not your typical Springhill suites but it was still a good stay. The breakfast is subpar and needs some more options.

This was a nice stay. Room was clean and had plenty of space. Couch was nice to sit and relax after along day of running around. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was in a great location. The room was not what was expected and much smaller than I thought. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Worst sleep I’ve had in a long time. The room was fairly clean, but noticeably used.

Great breakfast, good location, and very clean. Staff is very kind and friendly. Property is OLD and a little worn out, as far as the walls, furniture, fixtures, carpet, etc. Loved the extra trundle bed for our kiddos though and room was clean!

The room was large, spacious and clean. The pool was nice and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was that there is a lot of light in the room at night we tried to pin the curtain shut and put a towel under the door but there was still light underneath the curtain and along the side of the door.

It was clean and convenient but that’s about all the good I can think of. Hot tub didn’t work. Bed was hard as a rock. It was really noisy with cars going by. It was really bright which made it hard to sleep. The remote for the tv didn’t even work.

I always like staying at this property when coming to events at Thanksgiving Point. It is clean and convenient. This stay the air conditioning was a little loud and the lights from the parking lot were lighting up my room all night but I’ll ask for the other side of the hotel next time. They breakfast is a plus too.

We got there and found that there was no hot water and wouldn’t be for several days. The clerk found us a room ( the last one available) at a sister property and didn’t charge us for our room at Springhill Suites. That was terrific customer service while she was fielding calls and complaints from other customers. We are grateful after an 8 hr day on the road.

Staff was not very helpful. Hotel is older. Rooms are plenty big and bedding comfortable. Heater in the pool was broken and breakfast ends at 9:30 which is early when you have little children. The staff was in a hurry to end right at 9:30. Breakfast selection was very minimal. After our stay we were charged a "Parking Recapture Fee" per room. They did remove it after I called and complained. That was never disclosed.

We found the staff VERY helpful. When I asked for help with the TV remote, the woman 'dropped everything' and went to get a new remote for me and it worked great. The gentleman at the desk was very gracious when I told him that the coffee table was out of half & half creamer. He, too, 'dropped everything' and ran off to get it. And more stuff like that. We've been before, and will come again.

We just found the configuration of the room not to be user friendly. Lighting was poor in the living area and the bathroom area was annoying. Beds and pillows were excellent and the thermostat was easy to use and regulate. Breakfast during the week was inadequate but the weekend was very good. Definitely clean and well maintained.
