Hotel should have emailed customers directly in advance that the pool was out of service so that we could make alternate arrangements. Being advised that it was noted on the website is absurd as many of us book thru 3rd party sites and never see the website anyways. To review the site after booking and enroute, would be highly unlikely for anyone to do.

Decent hotel. They have a nice pool and jacuzzi. The staff is very nice and they have a decent breakfast. Plenty of parking and right off the freeway. Waffle House across the street.

Why do properties advertise a pool when there isn't one functioning? This is a major amenities consideration for southern summer travelers! It is causing this and other hotels to receive poor ratings. The front desk clerk said we could use the pool at the hotel next door. When I asked what time they would close she had no clue. It was 8:00 at night. She had been on duty since 3:00 p.m.? How could she not know?!? Very poor customer service.

On a very nice day upon arrival I went out to pool area. Pool water was cold, but understandable that it was not heated. Hot tub water warm but it was not working. I inquired at desk and was told the same. Next morning I asked another desk attendant about it. She said she would contact maintenance person. I checked throughout week and it didn't work. On Friday, Feb. 16, the day before our departure, I asked a manager-type at the desk if it would be working He got back to me to reply what was wrong. I told him I had switched hotels from another in Tucson to take advantage of pool and spa and was disappointed. He said he would speak to the manager and see if there was anything they could do for me. Never heard another word. Once home I contacted IHG Hotels. The service person apologized and said I would get a phone call from the Tucson hotel. Two weeks later, I haven't Disappointing experience when a hotel doesn't provide what's advertised and doesn't follow through.

Great staff, except one breakfast person who has the personality of a rock. Not happy. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable room. Sketchy neighborhood. Fitness room extremely limited, no weights at all. Hot tub closed, 1 of 2 washers down, and no indication of either noted anywhere. Would not stay here again, but only because of the location. Again, staff and romm comfort were great.

Our room was clean and well kept and included mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Only thing that would have made it better would have been a waffle maker - although there is a pancake machine which were very good too! Staff was very friendly. A few repairs are needed at the hotel...the hot tub jets didn't work, half of the laundry machines were out of order as was the ice machine on our floor. Overall, great hotel in a good location. We would definitely stay there again.

We used both the laundry and the pool area, and found both to be in good order. The grounds around the back side of the hotel behind the pool are a little scruffy, but not problematic. Overall, it’s a great place for an overnight stay on our way through Tucson.

The room was nice and mostly clean. There were a few crumbs under the couch that didnt get vaccuumed up. You could hear the people above us walking around and it sounded really loud. There wasn't much water pressure in the shower. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty with good selections!

The first room we had gotten hadn’t been cleaned. We opened the door and found all the blankets from the bed and all the bathroom towels thrown on the floor. We immediately went to the front desk and informed the person working there. She apologized and assigned us another room which was clean. Overall helpful and courteous. That was the only problem we encountered. We enjoyed the pool. very clean. Breakfast in the morning was very good too.

The room and bathroom were extraordinarly clean, like I'd never seen in a long time. As soon as we walked into the room, it smelled clean. The hotel was quiet, all the noise from outside is muffled. We stayed there to spend the night so that we could continue our travel to California the next morning, and it was nice to have a quiet and silent night sleep. The breakfast had variety in options and there were 2 ladies in charge of re-stocking the food and coffee and keeping the area clean. I highly recommend this hotel. Congratulations to the Management and the Housekeeping.

Staff were great but the room has an awful mold smell. Obvious signs of water damage in the bathroom, cracked paint where they tried to paint over the damage. If we weren’t too exhausted we would have found a different hotel.

It was a good experience except the room only had a table lamp and an illumination above the armoire. The automatic blinds did not work. We called the desk clerk who came in and tried to make the remote for the blinds work but it did not . . Although he was nice . . He just said sorry guys I don’t know why this doesn't work and offered no alternative. It was disappointing because it was difficult to see which made it difficult to read. My son had to go into the lobby to use his laptop. but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was okay. Staff was good. Only biggest issue was the AC unit. Room was too hot , ac unit kept turning off due to their motion sensor thermostat. Room was 82 and never got cooled off. They need to get rid of that thermostat cause it’s HOT in AZ. If you like a cool room look somewhere else.

Overall a nice stay Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Our room backed up to an industrial area, so the noise very early in the morning wasn’t ideal, but didn’t last long. The property could use some updating and another, more efficient elevator, but overall, a good stay!

The only thing is the wall unit for heat and cooling of room is controlled by a wall thermostat. The temp goes from cold to hot and vice versa up and down constantly. It may just be a bad thermostat. All is good with the rest.

The room was decent, well layed out and spacious for two people. The faucet was crazy loose when we got there (room 233), my husband tightened it to keep it functional. The light switch for the bathroom needs attention, when you turn it on it wouldn't turn the light on unless you wiggled it. Obviously there is a loose connection somewhere. This hotel was literally the only place I've ever stayed where the AC actually went lower than what it was set at (a good thing!). Towels were pretty rough but there were enough of them. There was no big towel rack and that go old quick.

We arrived after 9pm and we were the only ones checking in. But the staff came right away and checked us in. I thought it was weird he wasn’t there at first… but I later noticed that he made regular patrols around the building and within the parking lot because he said in recent years there’s been more homeless people on the streets nearby. I was impressed with how he worked diligently to make sure our cars were not broken into etc. My auntie forgot her toothbrush and we asked for a spare and received it right away at the front desk. The rooms are neat and look more spacious in person. Loved the breakfast and appreciated the staff named Brandi’s attention to detail of refilling the foods right away and keeping the area clean! Shout out to her and the man who worked front desk on June 25, 2025! Thanks for good customer service!!

Beware if you have a service animal. Front desk wants documentation which we provided. Next morning as I am walking my dog I am approached by 2 men questioning me about the dog. I asked them to identify themselves. 1 was manager other was his lackey. Manager said he had right to ask I told I did it last night. Under ADA I do need to share in public and medical information. Very rude, please becareful with Management.

Katie, the manager, worked with us to allow us to check in early so we could get ready for a show we were attending. Our room was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the cinnamon rolls were amazing! Will definitely stay again!

It was far enough from the main cross street that there wasn't any traffic noise and close to two gas stations, the on/off ramps to I-10 were close by and my favorite breakfast place, the Waffle House, was a quick walk from the hotel.
