Carpet by air conditioner was soaked. Loud all night long, people walking by yelling, carts rolling on the sidewalk, went to get breakfast and there was no food

Can i give zero stars?????Do NOT stay here. Very dirty and hotel doesn't care. Won't even change bed sheets( literally visually dirty with brown spots and makeup!), dirty towels and clothing still in room from pervious occupants. Floors hadn't been vacuumed, bathroom dirty. Place smells. When asked for clean sheets or clean room, we were told " our standards are too high" and no. Ended up leaving and management said we'd get refund' but, no, they didn't do that either. Police all around property, obviously one of their normal stops. I didn't expect much other than a clean bed since that's all we needed, but there was no way we were going to sleep here. I didn't even want to sit my bags down.

Disgusting place. Room was filthy- floor hadn't been vacuumed (looked like not been done in a long time). Tables, counters were grimy, dirty/used towels in corner, someones dirty socks still on floor, sheets were not cleaned (literally spots on sheets/pillowcases, makeup on sheet). Poop on toilet seat. Refrigerator didn't work and was full of water. Room Smelled like a dirty ash tray. Police all over the property. Called management and was informed we were "looking for problems " and refused to clean or give us clean sheets. Had several other family members that were staying and had same issues. Also saw other people refusing to stay either. Told us we could get a refund- then hotels.com called them about it to process a refund and they refused to refund even though we didn't stay there. NOT HAPPY!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! BEWARE !!!
