Hair in the shower, 2 inch spider on the wall by headboard, wet carpet with huge fan blower & toenail clippings on the floor in first room before we moved, no new towels or room cleaning for second night, no juice at breakfast, torn carpet, frosted freezer in fridge, missing parts for coffee pot, smart but dismissive/rude man at desk. Broken glass table laying outside of pool area with collapsed pool cover. Very disappointed in Wyndham for leaving their name on this business. All of these issues are normal for Indian owned low cost Motels in my experience, but for Wyndham.

The room was clean, not in the best shape. The door needed painted on the inside. The Swimming pool was drained and not working. On the average for the price it wasn't bad.

The motel is very close to some nice restaurants, Texas Roadhouse and Cracker Barrel are literally within walking distance. Their breakfast was better than most. I kinda liked the room doors are to the outside. But it is very close to the Interstate and noisy. It was advertised with an outdoor pool but it was closed in the middle of June and the staff had no idea when it would open. We stayed two days but they didn't bring clean towels or make up the room.

I had a noisy air conditioner that ruined the stay, otherwise was a good overall experience. It was late July and the pool was still covered, unfortunately. Room was in very good shape. Young lady at the front desk was excellent

The staff was quick to respond when the TV wouldn’t work which was nice. The pool was covered with plants growing on the cover so it was obvious not available for use.

The mattress and shower curtains are stained. There are damaged walls with black mold. There are dirty walls and the tvs never like to work. The parking is horrible. The construction crews take it up completely. That is horrible I couldn’t even park near my room I had to park at a restaurant and walk

It was the only option available so made the best of it. Hotel was in Need of a deep clean badly, the door had a large crack in it due to not sealing right,the toilet felt like you were on a boat because it moved.The shower had soap scum and no water pressure what so ever. Had a musty smell and I know it's normal in this area due to rain and humidity but it was a bit much.Even for the price we paid should of been cleaner..Only pros of the stay the remote was cool and the mirror at sink.I will not book again.

This stay was the worst. The rooms were dirty and in the morning we found bugs throughout the room. We had originally booked for 2 nights but only stood the one because of the bugs and cleanliness of the place. We tried to get a refund for at least the night we disnt stay and one manager, the one who saw the bugs agreed but the next manager denied it. They had awful customer service. It was horrible experience

Absolute sh**hole!! Room was filthy with FULL trash can. Bathroom had grey water standing. Told no other rooms available even though I counted several the next morning. Avoid this DUMP if you can afford to.

*Room was clean, linens fresh, bathroom very clean and spacious. *There were several walls either scratched or had a towel rack replaced, without covering the old holes in the wall. *Pool wasn't opened yet, which was one reason I chose this hotel. *Price was really good. *Big screen tv was nice to have too.

Our first room was a mess. No door on the bathroom, non working door on the closet. Changed to another room. Property could use some TLC. Needs repainting and deep cleaning of carpet. Outside walkways were rough concrete. Breakfast options were sparce.

We were informed by someone staying there that some of the rooms had bedbugs so we chose not to spend the night. Our room had hand prints on one of the head boards, scufs and chips on the walls, and a cigarette burn on one of the window shades. Your staff was kind enough to issue us a refund for our room because we were uncomfortable staying there.

POSITIVES: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Manager was helpful and polite. NEGATIVES: Exterior looks terrible. Pillows flat, zero support. Towels were thin, tiny, and stained. Only half the shower head worked. Shower curtain had stains. Tub faucet leaked. Sink faucet was installed improperly and the water came out so close to the back of the sink the only way to wash your hands was above the sink and water would go all over the counter. Water pressure was terrible. Check-in staff was rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. If it weren’t for the manager stepping in we’d have had to leave the hotel because we had a disabled individual and booked an accessible room for her. Instead she was put on second floor with no elevator or ramp to access second floor. Staff was unwilling to help us and blamed us for using hotels.com to book. Thankfully, the manager finally stepped in and changed her room to a 1st floor.

Hotel is right next to a Highway. The traffic woke us up a few times. The bed was kinda hard to get into, from floor to the top of the mattress is about 3 1/2 feet. A bed shouldn't be that high off the ground. Online the hotel said there's a pool & hot tub. Pool was covered up and there was No hot tub. There was a $200 deposit that we had absolutely didn't no about. Overall not a satisfying stay at this hotel. VERY UNSATISFIED..

This place was…interesting. We made the reservation through Hotels.com. On the night of our stay, we got several phone calls from the property. They were overbooked and checking to see who was checking in and who didn’t need their room. Thankfully we were right across the street and able to quickly claim the last available room. The room was clean enough but we weren’t able to get the deadbolt to engage. The air conditioner in the room was functional but SO loud. Every time it switched on it sounded like a helicopter was in the parking lot. The location also had a lot of other noise. There were a number of parties that came in after we’d gone to bed. Since the rooms face the parking lot, all of that noise carried very well into our room.

The room was clean. The outside door had large gaps all around it allowing crickets, spiders and pill bugs into the room (I squished the ones I saw.) The guest next door had the same complaint.

Well first I paid for a ground floor room and got a 2 nd floor room. Then I’m in my room and someone else had a key to get in. I opened the door and the lady at the desk said oh I didn’t know anyone was in here. Then she calls me on the phone and says oh I put you I the wrong room but would not move me because I already walked in the room she gave me. Next I kept getting locked out of my room and had to go to the desk to get another this happened 3 times. Then to top it all off I went to take a shower and there was no shower curtain. Well I took one anyways and let them worry about the water on the floor. Would not recommend .

From the moment I checked in I had a problem with the door opening. There was something wrong with the locking mechanism in the door. Our entire stay I had to keep getting the staff to let me in. There was a male staff that came off as very arrogant and rude. Not a good place to stay. There was not a single person in the pool for days besides me and my friend. And it appeared there were a lot of open clean rooms.Very strange place with questionable service.

I like the location where there are restaurants. My room was near swimming pool so it was noisy. The slot to put the key doesn’t work consistently. The broken, punched in wall didn’t get fixed. Pillows smelled like smoke and like they didn’t get change from previous guest.

The only thing I can complement the property on is that the mattress was extremely nice in the room. The breakfast offering was absolutely the worst i've ever seen. No working juice machine, no butter for toast. The hot food offering, I wouldn't feed my dog.

Booked through hotels.com, when I arrived they wanted a $100 deposit. Then my key didn’t work so had to get the night manager to let us in, after many tries it worked. The room smelt like urine. Then breakfast was disgusting, orange juice was orange concentrate that they forgot to add water, the water jug had green mold on it, the muffins were a week old.
