Easy to find, friendly warm welcome on arrival and shown to the room. Really comfy bed. 7 minute drive from the NEC if you're attending an event.

James and Hansel were fantastic hosts, very welcoming and helpful, the property itself is in a great location and has a charming character, rooms were clean and tidy and very spacious. Communication was excellent, I would stay again and recommend
