Beautiful resort, amazing food, and there’s a magical massage therapist (April) at C|Spa who did wonders on my back with the fit recovery massage! Wasn’t meant to go alone - originally booked it to celebrate my birthday with my boyfriend, but then he broke up when me and I couldn’t find anyone else to join me - so I ended up there solo. Though it’s a lovely place, it’s definitely lonely for solo vacationers. There were plenty of couples and friend groups there.

Excellent hotel with great pool area and easy access to the beach. Free use of chairs and umbrellas at the beach is a nice amenity. Clean rooms with large bathroom and nice terrace overlooking the pool. The Wave restaurant has wonderful food and we enjoyed the live music by the pool. Will stay here again!

Hotel is very nice, not to many children around, restaurant food was very good, can’t say the same about in room dining, ordered a pizza and it arrived cold, self parking spaces seem limited.

Spent four days at this lovely hotel. Ocean front room was beautiful, clean with comfortable bed. Beautiful beach with lounge chair and umbrella setup. Pool bar and restaurant were amazing...fabulous food and cocktails. Hotel is in the center of Vero's charming downtown, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants.

The hotel is very pretty. Rooms are showing their age. Mold in shower and around shower doors drywall was rotted. Upon check-in we found a used tissue next to our trash can. One curtain panel missing off the shades, and the pull for the shades leaning against the wall. Could use a bit of updating and repair in the rooms.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return. We arrived around 3:30pm, and although our room wasn’t ready, the staff was accommodating—they held our bags and delivered them to our room while we waited comfortably at the bar. Nicole, the bartender, was not only friendly and attentive but also made our wait enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable, with beds that provided a great night’s sleep and excellent water pressure in the shower. However, we did notice some mold on the exterior of the walk-in shower, which was a minor drawback. Breakfast service was a mixed experience. We received a menu on our door and scheduled room service for Saturday morning. Unfortunately, our order arrived 30 minutes late and the food was cold, though it was still tasty. No breakfast menu was provided for Sunday or Monday, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel’s beach access is unbeatable, and both the pool and poolside bar were well staffed. The DJ by the pool felt a bit makeshift, but added to the lively atmosphere. As an early riser, I noticed that pool and beach chairs weren’t set up until a bit later in the morning, but the timing was reasonable. The process for getting pool towels could be improved; currently, towels are set up on chairs and fluffed for you, which sometimes leads to a line and a wait—I’d prefer a more straightforward process. The location is excellent, with easy walking distance to the wharf and other attractions.

the view is spectacular! no complaints except they never cleaned our room in 5 nights or give us fresh towels. We had to call the front desk everyday and still nothing until the last night and finally a clean towel!

This was our first stay at Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa. We loved our room -- we had a king oceanview in the south tower. Our room was 234, on the second floor, nice sized balcony with two chairs and a table. The sunrise from the balcony was stunning. Staff was wonderful from the front desk to the restaurant and bar and extended to the beach staff. Food and drinks were good -- albeit overpriced (especially the cocktails at the pool bar - $14 for a very small frozen cocktail. We will be returning for future getaways as this hotel is a short drive from our home.

I liked the view and dining experience. Staff is attentive. Rooms however need help, the doors of the cabinets in the room are not closing properly, have stains, refrigerator was dirty inside and was leaking. The AC units below are very noisy. When renting on the ocean front one expects sound of waives crushing on the beach, not the noise of ac working overtime...

Beautiful property on the smaller side which kept the pool area quiet and accessible. Very good restaurants, exceptionally friendly staff. Great oceanfront room with unobstructed views of the ocean. I would definitely stay there again.

You’re treated like gold from the valet and complimentary glass of champagne at check-in to the wait staff at the restaurant and Cabana Bar…the list goes on and on. Oh, don’t miss the frozen grapes poolside! Gloria and Emilio really know what they are doing when it comes to making your stay amazing. I can’t wait to visit again very soon. Conga!

Very relaxing property. We were treated like we were their only guests from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Very friendly staff and service was excellent. We were within walking distance of shops and wonderful restaurants. Pool area was especially nice with great deck service.

hotel was clean,comfortable and the restaurant was excellent. The room was clean well laid out the bed was comfy the shower was big and nice. pool is very nice and beach access was great.we only had one problem and that was with the front desk. Check in was disorganized and not really welcoming but there seemed to be shift change so i gave them the benefit of the doubt until check out we called front desk for bellmen and to have our car brought up by valet she said 10 minutes and 30 minutes later i had to walk down get the luggage cart myself plus valet was not informed about our car

Part of my booking included a complimentary bottle of wine . I requested this and it was confirmed but not received I requested this a further 3 times , still not received!! It then became embarrassing to request something they clearly had no intention of delivering

We had an oceanfront room and wanted to leave the door open slightly to hear the waves crashing ashore but couldn’t hear them over the constant music that lasted until slightly after 9:00 pm. Headboard over bed had visible dust accumulation.

The total experience from check in to checkout was excellent. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The Wave Restaurant was outstanding for both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!

We bought 4 $22 breakfast buffets and they charged extra for coffee? How cheap of them. For $22, you’d think you’d get salmon, prime rib, some special. All you got was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and undercooked pancakes. Just a revenue machine. Won’t go back. Not worth $300 a night.

Food at the restaurant was fantastic, service was average. No room upgrade even with a cash tip we had room next to Gym and non wrist banded kids were using as a playground and very loud . Pool side service seems also to cater to non wrists banded vs hotel guests. Loved the location, grounds were well maintained and very clean.
