The room itself was excellent. But I was terribly disappointed in the tv. I had only 9 available channels and 5 of them were sports channels. I am not interested in sports. I was also disappointed that there weren't any chaise lounge chairs at the pool. There were only table chairs.

Bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. Four pillows on our king size bed were completely worn out and flat smaller than a throw pillow. Pool area was not as advertised no lounge chairs and water was disgusting. Look like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast options were limited and eggs were runny every single day we stayed for seven nights hotel was clean enough and staff was friendly. Very disappointed in the pool situation as we plan to spend our days lounging by the pool, but we’re unable to even sit around the pool at all due to lack of chairs and pool water conditions.

They are good for short term stays.. the washer and dryer was out order after Hurricane Milton came through and the pool was closed after the storm.. Breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are damp which made towels harder to dry after using them and paper feels damp. Very nice staff and very attentive. Very cold Ac.

The hotel smelled dingy. Old dirty carpets. Rooms need to be refreshed. Walls look moldy/ dusty. No cleaning carts I any hallway by 830am which is unheard of in ahotel.

Check in was a bit of a hassle but it was Expedia’s fault. The lady at the front desk (mornings) was kind and worked diligently to get us checked in. The rooms were FILTHY. Dropped our things off and then went to visit my grandfather in the hospital. When we returned there was a cockroach ON MY PILLOW!! The shower walls look like they had never been scrubbed. There was soap scum, mold, and a bloody booger on them. WEAR FLIP FLOPS, TOUCH NOTHING! No trash can in bathroom. The floor in the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a good while. Even left a coffee stirrer in the middle of the floor. We paid for 3 nights and got exactly two bath towels and two wash cloths. Tried to exchange them with housekeeping and she didn’t speak a word of English. Didn’t make up the room or exchange the towels in the 3 days we stayed even though we put the card on the door asking them to. Lady at the front desk (evenings) was too busy to exchange towels so we got our own from the closet next to the elevators. I feel like you could get a roach motel for less than what this place costs.

2 fans in bathroom no way to turn on. Couldnt use the shower due to black mold, hinges on door were rusted. I took pictures. Run down in need of updating. Maintenance of room terrible. Not recommeneded.

My mattress was saturated in urine, I didn’t notice the piss smell was the bed and not the A/C until I was leaving and was kindly stripping the bed down for the maids. I want a full refund for sleeping in human urine. I have pictures of the entire room including piss mattress

The staff was wonderful and the beds were comfortable and it was good for what we needed. However, they didnt provide the basic toiletries like shampoo and the conditioner bottles were the size of my pinky. The other downside was the tv didnt work. I discovered the power cord wasnt plugged in and after looking at it, it showed possible signs of corrosion. I told the front desk and they made a note of it, but that was it. I didnt make a fuss because we didnt spend much time in the room but I also wasn't offered a different room or anything. It was the most affordable place in the area so maybe you get what you pay for.

I love this hotel, I have been raving about it to family and friends. I will be staying here again. It's a great value with excellent services. At the price I paid, surprisingly, I got more than I paid for. It exceeded my expectations!!👏 👏 👏 Its stylish, modern and is in top condition. The entire hotel is super clean, the pillows are fluffy, and the towels were soft and WHITE!!! The staff was friendly and helpful, everything thing I asked for or needed they were smiling and eager to please. Quiet and secluded, but everything is nearby. I liked that when I closed the hotel door, I could not hear what was going on outside. The wi-fi was excellent. The breakfast was also good, with hot items. There's a microwave and refrigerator, and coffee/tea station in the room. We are senior citizens so this hotel was just what we needed. We are already planning our next trip back.

Hotel person Chanel your staff member person provide to me did not have my name on reservation. Afterwards, this hotel staff member requested to be allowed to reach out to a supervisor then returned and told me that figure it out that I was not to be allowed inside the hotel or to go through with any reservation that was fully paid. Afterwards, the staff member told me that I was not gonna be able to speak to a supervisors untill possibly monday 10/07/2024. We needed to check in early and asked if room was ready. Clerk said they had a room available but charged us $25 to get it early. It was so hot and we could not leave electronics in car in the heat. We have never experienced that anywhere ever. We travel for business and leisure.

The thing that really got me is how early breakfast is over. So do not think about sleeping past 8am, because breakfast is over at 9am. Got there at about 8:30 and wasn't much left. Property was ok considering the price.

The breakfast attendant seemed like she didn’t want to be there, wasn’t friendly, and got annoyed when you ask her for items that should be available. She was cleaning around the food with air freshener spray. I had to ask every morning for hot cups and more hot food to be added. She was putting chairs up way before breakfast was supposed to be finished. The over night person Christian was nasty, unhelpful, & very short like we were annoying them by asking if we could add an extra night. I wound up having to book the extra night on line because they were rude and impatient. The mattress was an old spring mattress and the pillows were so old they were lumpy. The cleaning attendants went over and beyond folding the paper towels into roses and the towels were folded into designs. That was appreciated. The room was clean. The woman who checked me in and out at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, & very helpful.

This is a clean place. Not fancy but nice. The breakfast was a little sad...not bad but very bare minimum. My husband was disappointed at no bagels or muffins but there were slices of bread for the toaster. Typical waffle maker.
