Plumbing could be updated or repaired. Room was clean and suitable for my family which included cats. Staff was very accommodating when requesting towels to replace our used towels. Did not request housekeeping as we did not want to be disturbed due to our two cats in our room.

Hotel had roaches. Parking lot full of holes. $100 dollar deposit that was not advertised during vooking, but was only stated during check-in. Deposti was supposed to be back in my account with an hour. Still have not recieved my deposit. I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof again

Was not told about deposit prior to rental then when I'm there with my 1year old begging and asking if there is anything I can do completely blown off. I never even got to use my reservation nor was I refunded
