We were traveling on business. It is basically a truckstop hotel but the guy working the front desk was beyond rude not helpful at all. I wanted to get my money back and leave he was that bad.

Stay away from this place. The hotel has not been maintained in years and is in total decay. The beds were OK but the room was in bad condition. Not enough water pressure, no reliable internet, the soap hand dispensers had smudges bad enough to make you feel uncomfortable touching them. The bathroom door was used as a punching bag by a previous customer and had been poorly repaired. The toilet seat was not clean (disgusting) and there was dried blood on the wall. I had paid for three nights but when I went to cancel the two remaining nights, the person at the reception desk was not helpful at all (unhelpful or unqualified). I had to get Expedia to intervene to get a refund and wait for a room inspection to get my $100 security deposit back. Even Expedia had issues dealing with this hotel according to their email sent to me. In the past, I had stayed at other Red Roof Inn hotels with no problems. This might be an exception but I’m not planning to find out any time soon.

Plumbing could be updated or repaired. Room was clean and suitable for my family which included cats. Staff was very accommodating when requesting towels to replace our used towels. Did not request housekeeping as we did not want to be disturbed due to our two cats in our room.

A big thing for me is Pet Friendly and not having to pay. Some places say pet friendly but still charge....Not cool!!!! The staff was wonderful, beds and pillows very comfortable, nice towels....all and all a very nice and reasonable hotel!!

Hotel had roaches. Parking lot full of holes. $100 dollar deposit that was not advertised during vooking, but was only stated during check-in. Deposti was supposed to be back in my account with an hour. Still have not recieved my deposit. I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof again
