Estuvimos en una estancia muy bien ubicada, cerca del consulado y hospital, plaza comercial, restaurantes, para ir a pie, el personal muy servicial y las instalaciones muy agradables, nos recibieron muy amables, el desayuno incluido muy rico (continental) pero suficiente, la alberca muy agradable y el jacuzzi siempre a disposición ( horario de 10am - 9 pm) si volvería a hospedarme en este lugar ❤️

Todo bien , solo faltan más sillas y camastros en la alberca , se llena y ya no alcanza uno lugar , de ahí en más todo bien si volveré , gracias

Great breakfast, walking shower in the accessible room didn’t flood, some problems regulating the water. I like the fance and gate around parking lot.

The stay was great. The room was spacious. There Im are a lot of restaurants next to the hotel. The breakfast was above average, enjoyed it. The pool was freezing. Tha jacuzzi heater didn’t work when I went. But overall great stay.

Pueden mejor, el servicio de jacuzzi y alberca no estaban disponibles por ser diciembre, pero deberían de poner en pag. Que no esta disponible, pero en general cumple con sus funciones tienen para imprimir, cuarto de lavado y el desayuno es variado. La recepcionista encargada muy amable y soluciona, el transporte de hotel si está disponible te llevan a algún lugar, y el plus en gym pequeño que tienen esta funcional para hacer cualquier rutina. Si me volvería a hospedar en general 4 estrellas porque pueden mejorar.

La alberca y jacuzzi en pesimas condiciones…. El agua muy turbia. No aceptaron la cancelacion de 2 noches con anticipación ni siquiera un porcentaje….

Actually since we got there, the person on the front desk was very kind and our room 214 on Nov. 20 was super clean. We always stay in hotels that are very clean and this one was super. Please, congratulate Tina. She is the one who did our room that day. Actually we left a Thank you letter to Tina.

We always stay at this property when in Juarez. It is immaculately clean, the service is always impressive and they are very welcoming and courteous.

Convenient location bit loud due to sports bar next door. Cleanliness was bad. 1 thing is old and another dirty. Lobby had an odor when you walked in. Shower looked like it was growing mold. Walls you could see hand marks.

Todo estuvo muy bien, la habitación y el baño limpios. Solo al día siguiente por la mañana vimos en el techo una cucaracha pequeña. Creo que deberían dar una buena fumigada ya que estábamos en las primeras habitaciones cerca del comedor.

Staff was nice and it was a very secure property . The breakfast was very good for complimentary. My only complaint was the bathroom was not cleaned properly toolet was dirty and tub had hairs in it.

Todo muy bien, solo que la regadera no drenaba y se salió el agua del baño, la regadera tenía sarro e impedía que saliera bien el agua, al bajarle al escusado se quedaba tirando agua

The WiFi doesn’t not work at all and the breakfast that they offer is always the same things. Don’t stay here at all!!!

It had good and bad. The fridge was not plugged in or was there and outlet available. Placed fridge in middle of the room to access power. Adriana (maid) was fabulous, friendly and very professional. She made our stay much better than the over all hotel experience. Breakfast was hit and miss. Three hot items everyday. No fruit enjoyed a couple of days and was less than expected others. Would stay again as there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Security is great 24 hours a day. We did not have a car but it was very secure.

Very soft and comfortable beds

We really liked this hotel, we got a renovated room everything was fine for the most part the only thing is that you can hear every little noise from the hallway. I loved the fact that the place was gated, pool is a plus in this hot weather, the place was kept cleaned there were soda and snack machines, the breakfast is also a plus and food was excellent.

The property is in good shape and the beds are comfortable. I really liked the fact there is a shopping center with restaurants within walkable distance, which makes it super convenient. But with that comes a price, there is a restaurant/bar next to the hotel and their music is super loud, they don't close until 2 am so you won't be able to sleep well. One thing that made my stay awful was the staff and their customer service, we reserved 7 rooms and we came from different states for an event. We wanted to enjoy each other and get in the pool and hot tub. The first day we hot there the pool and hot tub were dirty. The following day it was clean but we asked the staff for the hot tub to be turned on because the water was cold. The first person said they didn't know how to turn it on, the second person we asked said they weren't sure it was working, then I asked on of the maintenance staff if ge could turn in on and he said he was going to ask I also asked who the manager was and he mentioned the manager was not there on weekends. They finally turned the jets on after waiting approx 2.5 hrs. Another thing the breaskfast they offer is awful even the coffee was really bad. The kitchen ladies have the worst attitude, the way they talk to you it's like if you are making their life miserable by eating there. Front staff wasn't great. The only staff that has good manners and treat you well are the housekeepers, big difference in their attitude. Also they lack a large seating area. 6/

En si la estancia fue buena el único inconveniente es que había mucho ruido de los restaurantes de la plaza de al lado y hasta se sentía la vibración del ruido.

No pudimos dormir no funcionó el aire acondicionado hablamos en la noche y nos dijeron que no había personal de mantenimiento hasta el Siguiente día , tampoco funcionaba el teléfono ,tuvimos que abrir las ventanas para poder descansar un poco

Mi reservación fue cancelada, sin previo aviso. Llegue al hotel a las 8:00 pm y fue ahí que me Dijeron que después de las 6:00 pm se cancelan las reservaciones, AÚN CUANDO LA MÍA YA ESTABA PAGADA. Me dieron una habitación, con un sofá camas y una cama King. Éramos 4 personas y no cabíamos bien, pasamos una mala noche. Aunque el personal trató de arreglar su error, no fue suficiente.

Staff was so rude, we booked with Expedia for a king doble room meaning it would have a couch and fridge and microwave, I had my confirmation to show 3 people. Got to the hotel and the rude staff charged me additional $100 to get the room I already paid for and charged me for an extra person that I already paid for. They said that’s what you get for booking online. My fridge didn’t work we had to call and go to the desk 5 times to get them to bring the maintenance people to fix it, we had food and medicine we booked for 4 nights. Next day the power went out to the fridge and microwave so they finally moved us to another room that had not been cleaned shower was filthy so was the sheets, the sink and shower did not drain. I didn’t have a hair dryer in the room nor did I pack one, we had to travel light for our flights. I asked for one three times before they finally brought it. They also told us the van would leave to the consulate at 650 and to be there by 630. We get there exactly at 630 and the van already left. The next day we had to use the van again so we got there before 630 and he didn’t come until 650 he also supposed to come back to the drop off every hour and that didn’t happen either , we had to walk back. The food is terrible it’s either eggs and ham or eggs and hotdogs that’s it. Overall terrible stay compared to our first visit 12 years ago. Will not recommend anyone stay here.

What a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for everything. We were happy and relaxed the entire time.

No me gustó que llegué y no tenían cuartos para mi reservación. Me dijeron que hablara a Expedia para que ellos me acomodaron en otro hotel, que porque ellos ya estaban saturados de gente y que no tenían espacio para mi reservación.

Property was great. Staff was rude, check in took so long, waited in lobby for 30 minutes.

La verdad estaba todo muy bien el único detalle es que fueron a despertarnos y tocar nuestra puerta repetidamente a las 8:00 am y preguntar si había gente en la habitación, me pareció de muy mal gusto

Location is well taken care of, next to nice restaurants and walking distance from a grocery store. 8 min far away from the US consulate and traffic is minimum in front of this hotel.

Perfecto lugar muy amplio estacionamiento muchos restaurantes cerca y el mall está muy cerca de aquí. Excelente hubicacion

The rooms were great! However, it seemed that the hotel was unprepared for large groups of guests. When we went to the pool, there were not enough chairs available. We didn’t even get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast because the small dining area was overcrowded, and there was a long line to get in. I've never experienced this issue at any other hotel I’ve visited. As a result, we ended up having breakfast elsewhere. Overall, I'm not sure if I would stay here again.

Everything was fine except for the breakfast we didn't like not even an 11-day that we stay there it was the same every single morning and it was lunch not breakfast other than that was good ant lots of noise but we just handled it but it was clean those lady was very nice and the reception was very professional and pleasant

Tienen pocas mesas para desayunar hay que esperar unos 20 minutos y los alimentos se acaban pronto.
