Staff and rooms were nice. Parking was a nightmare. Not enough parking on one side to accommodate so you to park across the street in tower four. That would be my only negative. Everything else was great!

We had the 2 BR partial ocean view. The beds & pillows were SUPER comfortable and the unit was very spacious. The view was amazing. The SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH!! From check in to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and helpful. The amenities were awesome. The only thing was the pool / hot tub area smelled heavily of chlorine and was unusable due to that. However, we had a great stay here and would return! The outdoor pool looked great and they had a small lazy river. They were also right on the beach with easy access!

Room was perfect for my family. Amenities were great however all pools were not heated to same temp it was cold while there and only out door lazy River seemed warm enough to get in and enjoy. All in all I would stay here again no hesitation.

Spring Break was extra amazing because we stayed HERE! The staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. They have activities all day like tie dye, kite flying, karaoke and they even had a dance party. The facilities are spread out between multiple buildings, and that isn't clear on the website. My stay wasn't oceanside, but the short walk across the street wasn't prohibitive. They also have golf carts to shuttle people across if you don't want to walk.

Nice but a but dated. They said they were in the process of renovating. Rooms spacious but again dated. Several of the heated pools/hot tubs not heated. We were a bit out of season so that could be part of it. Staff were terrific. Overall a good place to use as a base for the area. Parking was difficult in the main garages but very easy in the overflow lot which was right behind the main garages

This is our second stay at the property... first stay was absolutely wonderful, and the Staff were amazing! This stay however was a little different... Some of the staff were a little hostile and the lady that checked us out was Very unfriendly. To top it off, our room had a weird smell and there was hardly any water pressure in the room. Otherwise, the amenities were awesome, the other Staff members we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. While the room had a weird smell (almost stale - unused) the place was gorgeous, the views were amazing and the convivence of having everything we wanted right there was AMAZING.

The staff were warm and friendly and the location is great! The unit we stayed in was a 2bd/2ba in Tower 2. The upholstered chairs and sofa were worn and faded and should be updated. The tile in the bathrooms needed the grout cleaned and the carpeting in the bedrooms should be replaced with tile or plank flooring as it smelled mildewy. The view of the ocean was wonderful. With a little bit of upgrading, this could easily be a 5-star resort!

I stayed during construction so my review is only relevant if you do as well. Plusses: The effort of the staff to communicate regarding the renovations was amazing. They called and emailed. (However, the email was super confusing.) Once I was checked in they contacted me to make sure I had everything I needed and texted throughout my stay. The check in process was quick and easy and the desk was well staffed. The suite was immaculate and had anything I could possibly want. The bed was soft and the water pressure was fantastic! Minuses: The calling and texting was over the top for me. I put the “do not disturb” on my door but they still called to see if I wanted anything. The suite was super musty (and the shower water had an odor). Once inside for a bit you don’t notice but it hit you as soon as you entered.

The facility was amazing with beautiful views of the ocean from every room. We were in tower 4 which is across the street from the ocean, but we were able to see amazing sunrises and sunsets. Our 3 bedroom-2 bath unit was more than spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Being able to do laundry was awesome! Our only issues were the occasional scary moments on the elevators and our neighbors who's children screamed and beat on the walls at all hours of the night and morning while also yelling at them constantly. They also smoked a lot of illegal substances on their balcony and played loud bumping music. We went for a nice relaxing Girls weekend where we hoped to enjoy some peace and quiet. The facility and staff were amazing at all time's, but I really wish we had been able to pick our neighbors!

Overall, it was a great place to stay! Our one complaint is that the TV doesn’t have streaming services or access to many channels, with it being rainy the whole trip it would have been nice to have some movie options. We called the front desk to ask about any Redbox options and were told that was available in tower 2. When we got to tower 2 that was not the case unless you did a tour for buying a timeshare and only during certain hours (which were not at that time we were there). It was frustrating to get such a runaround on top of no movie options available.

I love the peacefulness of the property. The only two problems I had were they didn't let me know there would be a $250 hold on my card, and they would not release it for 5-7 business days. Also, some of the electronics needed an upgrade, especially the TVs. There is a standard TV with local cable, and my wife was on a tiny relaxation getaway. We were going to order takeout and watch Christmas Movies all weekend, LOL!!! But the TV was not up today to add Netflix, Hulu, etc…..or Screen Share. I know it's a simple complaint, but more of a suggestion.

The only thing I don’t agree in is quiet time is 11pm . They will not inforce it until 11pm so if your like we were . We had people next to us playing music so loud it was shaking the room my children couldn’t sleep . So we complained and they told us they couldn’t do nothing until 11pm. But check out is 10am.

I was not aware that I’d have to sit through a sales presentation when I booked the room. When I checked in, I had to pay $60 for this presentation, which didn’t seem optional. We weren’t there for a long time and had plans so in calling ahead to inform them I wouldn’t make the presentation, I’m hoping they refund the money as they stated they would. I wouldn’t recommend booking here if you aren’t interested in sitting through a sales pitch.

North Myrtle Beach in November for the win! No crowds. Easy to park. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and the hotel was perfectly located on the beach where we enjoyed long walks and seeking shells. The timeshare staff is annoying in calling We were there four nights and received 12 calls on cell phone plus another 2-4 per day on the room phone We never answered the phone so don’t know if answering would have slowed this down It didn’t ruin the trip so all in all a good time

Place was clean and had all the amenities. The room met all our expectations, from the comfortable bed to the jetted tub. The check-in process needs to be addressed. Also, the check-in staff need to learn that not interested means not interested when pushing other promotions.

I didn’t realize this was a timeshare so check in was rather uncomfortable. If you want to use the pools, you have to pay an additional $40 or attend a 90 minute timeshare presentation. Hotels.com didn’t disclose that. I was there for business, didn’t care about pools.

The rooms are showing a bit of wear in places BUT they were clean and well-furnished. The kitchen was the best equipped unit we’ve ever stayed in. The staff were always available, helpful, and friendly. The pools are amazing. Getting from the garage across the street was confusing and risky crossing ocean blvd. Frequently, vehicles do not observe the crosswalks.

Stayed at several hotels during my visit to America from the uk and this was by far the best experience. The hotel was very clean, offered many services, directly on to the beach with ocean views and at a very reasonable price.

Very clean. The property itself was very well taken care of. Easy beach and pool access. The amenities were just enough that we never left the resort. The location was perfect for families as it was about 30 mins (driving) north from the ‘crazier’ part of Myrtle Beach.. which was what we were looking for. We will definitely be booking here again.

Outlets didnt work in cottage bathrooms, lack of decent food nearby, would of been nice if they had a list of good places that were nearby or in driving range, everytime i called for a shuttle the person acted like i was bothering them, shuttle guys were pleasant though, better communication on where you are actually located when you book on other sites

Great VIP suite but no access to streaming services via my own account. Bar and cafe were poor and the food choices minimal and taste awful. Bar closes at 9pm which is ridiculous. Timeshare presentation was a hard sell and not a great experience. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and excellent bed etc

This establishment was clean and in a nice location. What made this trip a great one for my family members and myself was Hayden & Jina. Hayden works for maintenance and he was very sweet and hardworking. Jina works for the palmetto bar and grill that is located downstairs in the hotel. Jina is very friendly and her personality is amazing. If you are in a bad mood and you are in Jina’s presence that will change. We had a good time.

The staff was amazing. Michele from guest services and Brent the bell hop helped with everything we needed to assist in getting back and forth to the room. Also Amy from the bar. It is a very nice place to stay.
