The hotel doesn’t have a space to relax outside of your room and I tried to go to the restaurant which was empty the whole time and the waiter stopped me and did let me in so i can sit outside I was going to have a beer so i talk to the manager in turn and he was so rude expecting this from a hilton was unbelievable

This hotels decor is outstanding!! Very bohemian chic! Everyone was very attentive especially Mertcan (John) at the front desk! The breakfast in the morning was amazing as well with great service and options, conveniently located just walking distance from Taksim Square

The staff went above and beyond! They were very kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had a great variety of food. When I checked out, the gave me a business card and offered help and/or assistance if I needed it while in the city. That was very comforting since I am a woman traveling alone. Great hotel and great staff. Thank you Canopy by Hilton!
