The front desk attendant was a young gentleman who helped us get checked in. He was very kind and informative. His wonderful attitude really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The property was very upscale and clean. There was NOTHING to complain about during my stay. The pool area was neat, and the rooms spacious. Check in and check out only took a few minutes at most. Again, the staff was wonderful. I will definitely be booking this hotel the next time I am in the area.

The room was great! The hotel advertised on website that hotel was being renovated and lobby and restaurant/bar were moved temporarily. However they did not mention that the pool was closed. I traveled with my son who went to a wedding on Saturday. I was there with no car and planned a pool day for Friday and Saturday- I would not have booked this hotel if the pool being closed was disclosed on website.

Checked in after a long drive and wanted to take a nap before meeting up with family for dinner. Could not rest due to construction noises and cleaning staff loud talking in hallway. When went down for meet with family spoke with the desk clerk about these problems. He informed us that they were doing construction on the 3rd floor but 4th floor was available. My question was why did they book us on 3rd floor if 4th did not have construction going on?

Staff was great. Check in was easy and fast. Good sundries and bar was open until 11. Only downside was our room was directly across from the ice machine. Pretty loud and very active even in the middle of the night. Again, great staff, clean, and good location.

Pool was closed. Restaurant closed. So the things we were looking for simply weren’t here and there was no mention of it at booking. The front desk said the restaurant was closed due to limited occupancy in the hotel. Not a good stay.

This was a great place! From arrival to departure the staff was great. Property was clean, beds were so comfy, and the shower was amazing. Pool was also nice to have.

I bet some prison cells are nicer than this hotel's rooms! I was given a a handicap accessible room near the elevator. upon entering the room I was overwhelmed with the stench a wonderful smell of what seemed like years of a oil deep fryer with a top note of of recent puke. The bed was filthy , sheets grimy.....I could go on. Pure hell on earth. Asked to be moved and was told no rooms. Barely slept as the elevator brought to the floor loud drunks. I had paid for two nights, walked out after one, life is too short, this place should be closed.

Do not believe the pictures! That’s where I went wrong! Those pictures are from the very beginning. My room was not the cleanest. But the breakfast which is not free was delicious! Staff was nice as well.

I requested the housekeeper to clean our room after 2pm and also the front desk at 3:30pm, but my room was never cleaned. A man just walked into the room in the morning of checkout when I was still sleeping. The checkout was indicated at 12pm on the Expedia website, but I found that it was actually 11am in the morning of check out. The front desk confirmed no additional charge from the hotel when I checked out, but $30 was charged on my credit card...................

The hotel is very nice, well decorated. The walls of the room were very thin. You could hear talking at all hours. The doors opening and closing at all hours. My shower soap and conditioner was empty. There were black long hairs on the bed and towles. Every thing seemed clean though.

The wi-fi password was nowhere to be found. Called down to lobby. was put on hold so long, I gave up. An oddity about the room, the master light had to be on to turn other lights on. This did not work for going to the bathroom in the night and wanting to turn only the bathroom light on after closing the door, so I wouldn't wake my spouse up. I understand that our rooms were recently renovated and everything else about the rooms were great. Spacious, up to date, comfortable. And we loved the little reading lights attached to the headboard.

The air didn’t work, never got below 73 in the room. Was too tired to go back to the front and ask for a different room and toughed it out. Was a little disappointed that the front desk didn’t attempt to make an concessions.

Awful! The walls are so thin you can hear everything! TV’s, housekeeping yelling down the halls & I do mean YELL! Every single day I had to hear the staff laughing, yelling at each other, even wheeling each other around & taking pics on top of crates! Crates because the place is under renovation! Which wasn’t mentioned. One guest yelled down the hall for them to shut up! But they laughed, literally laughed at her. I was there 8 days & only asked for my room to be cleaned 2. They missed my room one of those 2 days. Even with the request hanging on my door. Prob too busy riding around on crates while taking selfies. I asked for a working iron, mine wasn’t. It took 2 trips, the 2 other ones also didn’t work. Power went out while I was there. They had no TV, they had to buy a fire stick, no food service. Front desk staff were great. The white/ male day manager didn’t want to be bothered even to say hello. This was truly a nightmare!! Rates def do not reflect the renovations! I have already expressed to my traveling friends to stay away! Anywhere but the Southlake Hotel!!

Stayed here for a night, great lobby area- updated parts included elevator and hotel rooms bathrooms, something that could be updated would be the couch in the room as it was suppose to be green color but instead was brown from overuse. Love that they have premium channels.

The gentleman at the desk was great, very good customer service in every interaction. Above and beyond anywhere we've stayed before. I did not personally like the bathroom, no shower door and the barn style door on the outside was hard to stay closed. When it would fall open the toilet is directly positioned from the toilet. And since there's no door to the shower I suppose you could watch TV while you shower. Very odd choices of layout. Loved how large the towels were. Bed was comfortable, especially the soft blanket.

After MANY cancelled flights at DFW, I found this hotel on the expedia app for a last minute stay near midnight. Many customers were in the same boat. The desk agent was amazing. This nice, clean, and affordable hotel was exactly what we needed for a few hours to rest and shower. I highly recommend!

There is a huge line to check in, at least 50 others wrapped around the lobby. It is 1 am. There is only one clerk and he moves at the speed of a glacier. I will never return to this God forsaken place!!!

Andrew at the front desk is excellent! With his client service excellence, he should be in upper management. I would recommend this stay 💯 very clean, comfy beds, great linens, quiet and love the reading nook with chaise. This is a wonderful place and will be our go to every time.

Property is currently under construction so I would wait to stay. The rooms themselves are nice. If you choose to have breakfast, it is $17 for what other hotels give you at no extra charge. Most hotels add a "buffer" to your pending charge for theft or damage, but $200 is excessive and is yet to be corrected and we've been gone for 3 days. Cleaning staff took our ring of keys. Brought them back later, but why would you even pick them up? Just an odd experience all around.
