Check in was the worst experience, you have to download and app, yet you still need interaction with the front desk. Staff are great, super helpful but the check in is a nightmare. The building is a bit tired and worn, it all works and the location is great. Nothing in Winter Park base station you have to drive into Winter Park town for any half decent restaurants.

Room and staff were knowledgeable and helpful . The Weather cooperated and we had 32 great days of skiing and mountain fun. The Village is the place to be and the Zephyr is the place to stay.
