Very clean, friendly staff. Loud radiator, and frig is also loud . It starts up and shuts off on and off all night long. Walls are very thin, not a place for restful sleep.

I can’t deny that the staff was friendly and the hotel is clean, although a smell of food lingered in the hallways which was understandable, given that the rooms are equipped with kitchens. As for breakfast, it is more of the same; there isn't much variety to choose from just the basics. Regarding the property itself, it is somewhat dated. The hallway carpets shift underfoot when walking with a suitcase, causing the wheels to get stuck. Furthermore, the facility lacks proper accessibility for people using wheelchairs or walkers; the entrance is complicated and, in fact, damaged making access difficult not only for guests with disabilities but also for anyone carrying luggage. This poses a serious issue: should an emergency arise requiring paramedics to bring a stretcher inside, the doorways are too narrow, and the entrance remains awkward to navigate due to the broken flooring. The parking lot is riddled with potholes everywhere including the accessible parking area and the space directly in front of the hotel making it, as I mentioned earlier, extremely difficult to transport someone in a wheelchair from the parking lot into the building. The same difficulty would apply to an ambulance crew needing to bring a stretcher inside. The elevator is very small, accommodating only 2 adults or a family of 4 at a time. Finally, regarding the "smoke-free"designation:they really ought to remove it, as they effectively allow people to smoke on the premises seemingly just to get $250 cleaning fee.

Kitchen was well equipped but we didn’t need to cook. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was basic, nothing exciting basics to get you started. The room was clean but dated, carper fraying at the bathroom door, pipe noises throughout the night and the HVAC was not easy to control.
