Super friendly and accommodating staff. Nice room.TV, mini fridge with freezer shelf, microwave, pod coffee maker Very clean. Breakfast was a plus! Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bacon, waffle maker, tater tots, drinks, cereal, etc.Pool and guy tub looked well maintained but it was chilly outside, so we didn't go in. A lot of good food places nearby. I would definitely stay here again and tell everyone to do the same.

If you’re looking for a place to sleep for the night, this is a good option. The parking lot has plenty of space and is close to all the rooms. Everything was clean in the rooms, but you can definitely see where touch ups are needed due to age. My biggest complaint would be that there were no outlets near the nightstands by the bed, so there was nowhere to charge my phone so I could leave it on the nightstand. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay.

The location is easily accessible. Parking was convenient and easy to load and unload our luggage. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the location is quiet and safe. Perfect if traveling with small children.

Sheets were clean but had a few dark spots. Floors felt clean, towels were good, tub showed average wear, but was clean as far as I could tell. Met my expectation so I left everything as average. Customer service was great. Check in was straight forward and fast. Gentleman checked me in at the front desk immediately. Pool looked clean and well cared for.

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful employees. Clean room and comfortable bed. We had also a lot of space in our room. Yummi hot breakfast. The breakfast area has not so many tables, but you can also sit outside to enjoy your breakfast. It’s quiet, even it’s close to a big street. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Its just a 15 Minute drive to Disneyland. Some of the parking spaces are very tight. Everything else was perfect.

Checked In and room was filthy and we specifically called to make sure the jacuzzi was working which they said it was and we went to use the jacuzzi and it was not working. The. Breakers were not working at the breakfast so my husband fixed the breakers so the coffee and juice bar would work.

So dirty in the room look like they didn’t clean up n change sheet , I found some long hair still in sheet and dirt ! Bathroom so messy n faucet broken piece but still work n tissue have alots eye lash in above box tissue I walk down then told staff he have me change it bc we get there too late n tired don’t want complain ! This is the first time I post anyway never book again this location !

Stayed in room 109. Blood and pee stains on the mattress. Normally I check corner of the bed for bed bugs and what not. My husband kept smelling an odd smell from the room. It wasn’t until we removed all the sheets from the bed and noticed and huge urine stain. Called front desk to notify and the gentleman at the front desk. Couldn’t get through after 2 attempts so I walked up to the front saw that he was sleeping with his feet kicked up on the desk.. After waking him up I was told to wait for morning staff. So my husband my daughter and myself slept on a full bed Went to check out at 8 am and was told I would get a call from the manger. I still have not gotten a call.

Very dirty. The first room had mold in the shower. The second room had hair on the floor and in the shower. Looks like a swifter mop is used and the just push around the dirt to the corner but don’t pick it up. Baseboards really dusty and walls were dirty. Remote had grime in between buttons.

The building ia old. The walls and windows are not well insulated. You can hear traffic noise clearly as you're outside that made it extremely difficult to sleep.

Check-in was easy and seamless. The room was basic but clean. I could appreciate the coffee maker in the refrigerator, but that was about it. The mattress was horrible. The shower valve was loose and needs to be replaced. The walls seemed paper thin. Would have liked to have used the jacuzzi but by the time the kids were done doing cannonballs it was closed.

Our stay was nice a 3 day trip. The hotel was quiet, clean and the breakfast was nice. Go early if you want to avoid the crowd. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Yes the hotel is dated and the bed was uncomfortable for me (bad back) The family slept fine. We had a nice stay.

The check in and check was ok with the front desk. But during the stay the clerk at the front seemed very bothered by me asking him to come check out the television. Just told me to unplug the television if I didn't want it coming on and off. Electricity went out around 5 am so was in a bit of panic since I didn't know what was going on outside.

I had a late night check in. Wasn’t planned to stay here but I had been driving for over 7 hrs. And needed a place to stay with my kids. I would definitely stay here again if needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And place was clean

I love how it's close to everything. Only problem was. One night the key card didn't work. Walk to the office and the front lobby was lock. Another gentleman was standing there for over 30 minutes trying to find someone to help him check in. We were both on the phone to corporate. I waited for a good 20 minute until they can figure out where is the front desk clerk. He decided to lock up and went for his lunch break at 9pm.

Front desk employee was annoyed when my family and I went to get the free breakfast and there was none left so I asked her about it and she said I would have to wait till later. We were leaving for Universal so we finished getting ready and about 30 minutes later we came out and there was still nothing it was 9am at this point so we left.

Had to check in late and waited 20 minutes while another customer haggled over reservations, there was only one attendant. Also had an early departure so wanted to make sure I could come into lobby for fresh coffee and creamer…night attendant said it would be fine and morning attendant just declined. Not too thrilled. Also a lot of homeless in the immediate area.

Remote control not correctly functioning. No solution after reporting. (got to get up and move direct in front of the TV in order to change channels). Got Food Poisoning at the hotel breakfast. Foods are way too old, (eggs, tater tot, sausage patties). Got headaches, blurry vision sweaty… and pass out after eaten…

I come to this hotel on the reception he told me the room is not ready. I’m. They give me different room. The air condition is very bad all night. I cannot sleep. I call him in the morning. I told them I need towel for me. I need to take a shower. He say come down on the breakfast is very bad. No space to sit down to eat your breakfast outside I will be call my bank to refund the money.
