Low price for a good location in Bugis. Check in was efficient and they stored my case as I was early. Room was very small and very basic but clean enough and bed reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately can hear every sound in other rooms - woken up at regular intervals from around 5am by someone's phone alarm going off incessantly. Not a good night's sleep.

Overall good value for money. Many food options nearby, restaurants/food centre. Walk to MRT station - Lavender or Bugis, buses too, convenient.
