This property had no hot water on my first night but the next day the issue was fixed. The hotel was clean and fresh smelling every day I was there. It was no problems whatsoever and I most definitely would recommend Red Roof Inn to anyone staying in Panama City Beach.

I really enjoy taking a hot shower after a long day at work and was disappointed that my shower had barely any water pressure. I should probably have requested a new room but was exhausted and went to sleep. In the morning the elevator wasn’t working so I had to hike my luggage down the stairs wishing I had packed lighter. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Check in was easy and staff was super nice. There was not hot water, only lukewarm. The room was hot no matter what temp we set it to. The toilet felt like it was coming loose from the floor.

We stayed here for a family trip but couldn’t go swimming due to drunks and weed smokers smoking weed at the pool. Only one person on staff that evening so even after they tried getting people out of the pool, they were outnumbered so they just gave up and left them there instead of calling the cops to come to the premises. There was a man abusing a child next door to our room and we told front staff about it and all they said was there shouldn’t be a child in that room. It was budget friendly, but not family friendly.

This place has bed bugs!! My two children’s and husband are covered in bites from one night! I just had to leave all of our belongings these bedbugs are huge too! Tons of poop

My room was infested with roaches. I got in late Friday night and there were roaches all over the bathroom. They were up the walls by the sink and around the door. Then when I threw the covers back they were in the bed and on the pillows. I was so disgusted. I had to go get spray and remove all the bedding. It was to late to find a new hotel, and they were supposed to refund me some of my money back but it still hasn’t come. I will never stay there again, and would not under any circumstances refer anyone else. I slept with the lights on the entire night because I was so uncomfortable and my three-year-old was scared to sleep in the bed.

The room was absolutely disgusting. There were hairs in the bed and the pillow cases had stains on them. The toilet kept clogging and we went to the front desk. We were given a plunger and had to use it every time someone used the bathroom. Breakfast was the only highlight… it was clean and the lady running breakfast was very pleasant. But due to the quality of cleanliness we will never stay again.

The sheets and pillow cases did not seem clean because I found two long strands of hair that were not mine under the pillows. I also felt extremely itchy all night perhaps due to whatever detergent is used to clean the linens or they may not have actually been layered after the previous guests. The staff were really great. They were polite and helpful. The room, however, could have used a little help. My sheets felt dirty and the blanket had a burn hole and stains in several places. My son's bed was damp and so was mine? The A/C filter needed to be changed so the room was musty and that cold humid feel...and it smelled like musty yuck!!! But the staff were really nice and helpful I appreciated their professionalism.

I travel around the United States a lot. All for business and a few for pleasure. This trip was for pleasure for my family. After finding a Hotel with a pool and booking it, Red Roof Inn Panama City, FL, I reached out through email to the Red Roof Inn asking if I could check in early. Well I never got a response. Two days prior to showing up that is. Disappointing but not a game changer. Problem: When checking in I was told just a minute so HE could answer a phone call. The phone call was about a customer trying to cancel his reservation! Hmmm.. I’m a customer that was trying to sign into your establishment, not trying to get out of paying for establishment. Hmmm.. 5 min later! We started the process. He tells me he needs my ID and I give him my VA ID on which I use a lot at Red Roof Inns, and he tells me he can’t use that! I tells me that it’s a Red Roof Inn policy! I tell him that it was not a problem at the other 13 times I used it across the United States! I do not think it’s a Red Roof Inn policy. He then told me that it was a on site policy and I gave him my DL. Shame on him for saying that. Bullying is not well like across America. Zero tolerance. The room itself was not the one shown on its advertisement that I prepaid for. The room was dirty. Dirty in the way of food on the walls, floor not cleaned and the bed comforter had stains on it. As far as the other service members, maintenance, morning desk, morning cafe were great people.

Male front desk person just sat at front desk and didn't address guest coming to the counter. We rented 2 rooms and one smelled like mold/mildew and urine is the best to describe it! One room did not have the freezer attached to the refrigerator and the other room did not have the USB charger mounted to the desk. Looked like mascara and waxed was left on the sink in one room. Both rooms had dirty/smeared TV's (in which I ask for my brother's TV to be cleaned. Then it was cleaned. I talked to a lovely front desk lady (who was working Friday evening) about the bad smell in one room and she gave me a bottle of Febreeze and said that there is not any other rooms available.

Christy at check in was able to arrange for me to have the room I requested. The person in the morning did not get her name. Was also very accommodating. The choices at breakfast was perfect. The only concerned I had was the bed. Did have some concerns. Otherwise the room was clean and welcoming. Will stay there when I visit Panama City.

This was a nice stop as a midway stopover for a road trip from Dallas to Fort Lauderdale. The room was comfortable and staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The location of the motel was not too far from the highway and had gas stations nearby. I'm not sure I saw too many restaurants in short proximity.

This hotel is great, for a two-star hotel. Breakfast is included. Microwave and fridge in room. Friendly staff. Good central location. Clean. Bed could have been more comfortable. Only one elevator and it is slow.

I absolutely loved staying at the red roof, breakfast was great, great selection, included in price. Clean and very nice rooms. Comparable hotels I look at was $20.00 more a day. Room was clean, and big, front desk very helpful and polite. Bed very comfortable. Downside, breakfast was the usual Packaged stuff ( no hot food unless you count the waffle you make yourself) and the bathroom towels were very thin. Lucky there was two so I could dry myself.
