Best location in Dublin! Classic townhouse across from St.Stephen Square. The only down side was the elevator was not working. The staff were attentive to carry the luggage up and down the stairs.

The bathroom was beautifully lit, but the towel rack was confusing to use. The elevator was also out of order, making it challenging to go multiple flights of stairs. Despite the elevator being out of service, the staff kindly offered to carry our bags up, which was appreciated.

When we arrived after a long flight from California we were greeted by the news that our room had been upgraded to the staff's favorite suite. It was a wonderful room with an enormous bathroom--marble with shower and extra large soaking tub. The bed and pillows were perfect. Our first night we dined at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel. It was delicious. Breakfast was also delicious. The staff were all very warm and friendly. All in all a wonderful stay.
