Room was not as clean as the trim we had Nov 25. The bathroom was very clean,but main room could have had another vacuum and wipe down of walls. Tag on the floor by chair and cobwebs in the corner

Convenient location, free breakfast was pretty good, (liked the pumpkin waffles). Would have liked the room to have a microwave and the hotel does not have an elevator (stairs were hard for my elderly mother).

The hotel has a pleasant front desk manager with a can do attitude. It is close to the highway (I-90) and to downtown. There are some restaurants close by, so, the burger place with the arches and taco joint, are not your only options. The room was clean, but dated and a bit dark (could use more light). Breakfast was uninspiring. The usual sugar fare of cereals, waffles (whitone makes), eggs with velvets (yuck…. this is a state with decent cheese and yet this is dished out). So, in sum, it is a surprisingly quiet place and a stop along I90 that seems to have competent staff but hotel is dated and is show its years.

Nice big room. 2 queen beds, comfy chair, table and chairs. Big bathroom with room to spread out all my “stuff.” Cable TV with free HBO. We used the hot tub and pool. Free breakfast was good. We had sausage and eggs. A great value! We would definitely stay here again.

Only disappointment was the pool being out if service. I was told it was removed from the amenities section of the website, but when you have stayed there before this, you don't look at the AMENITIES. Shame on Choice Hotels for not putting it in LARGE BOLD LETTERS on the home page of the Fairmont location! Front desk employee was OUTSTANDING!

The girl on duty was rude when she was laid back in a chair reading a book and acted like I was an inconvenience to get up and check me in. Then didn’t have a twin bed room like I had booked.

Poor Management!! Really no one in charge. All standing around, getting paid, eating breakfast, etc. We travel all the time! You can tell in two minutes if the place has someone in charge or not...this one is NOT. Totally separate...curtains had rips large enough to pass a child through...easily.

The room was fine and served our needs. I liked that it was pet friendly. The breakfast was the exact same both days and it was just “meh”. They were out of syrup one day and the next day ran out of waffle batter when we were there. The eggs and sausage were just ok. Other various items like yogurt and cereal were good.

Our room at Quality Inn Fairmont was clean and quiet, nice bathroom and TV, and the heat was easy to regulate. The staff members were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel was lacking in certain areas: no elevator, no microwave in the room, minimal breakfast with no whole grain bread options. The worst part for us is that we were looking forward to using the hot tub only to find out on arrival that the pool and hot tub were out of service.

This was a nice place to spend the night. The only complaint about the room was the tub drained slow. Breakfast had quite a few options but we only had time for a muffin and pastry which was good! Lady working front desk in the morning wasn’t very friendly☹️

Was just looking for a quick, inexpensive, not-badly rated hotel...this fit the bill. Nothing special, but nothing horrible - except the breakfast! If you're getting it because breakfast is included, it's just a prepackaged sausage sandwich to throw in a microwave, or small boxes of cereal and a packaged muffin.

We were not pleased with this hotel. It really needs to be updated. Upon entry the flower pot was not full of plants, it is August and they should have been maintained. The entry should have been swept. Overall, not a good first impression. The ceiling in our room had water stains on it and the sheer curtains had a tear in them. The doors to the rooms looked like they had been painted just to try to update them but they were marked up and dinged quite a bit. They were in need of replacement. It was not until we checked in that we were told there was no elevator to the second floor. We almost cancelled the reservation because my husband uses a walker and could not do the stairs, let alone carry our luggage up the stairs. The desk clerk found us a room on the first floor. If she had not, we would have left. We had not stayed at a Quality Inn before, but based on this experience, we would not choose them again, nor recommend them. Sorry for the negative comments, but just trying to be honest and help you to improve.
