Super clean room. It was hard to get past the cinder block walls and feeling like we were staying in our Aunt Becky’s remodeled garage. When we entered and exited our room through sliding glass doors that were at times hard to lock, we felt like we had been scammed. Our room looked nothing like the pics posted. It was very clean and it looks like they have made a huge attempt to make it look cute, but it is not worth the price. I’m not sure what the property fee covers, but you can stay in other places and not have to pay an additional fee. I wish I had noticed that sooner. I would have been fine at the “village” if I really knew what I was getting into, but it was pretty shocking. They have great towels and wash clothes! It is not worth the price. If you like different and cheap for a high price, this is the place for you. Again, super clean and a lot of effort has been put into making it cute, It was just a let down compared to photos and expectations. I would not stay here again.

Location, location, location. Close to Sequoia NP. Motel was old and tired. AC was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep (and it was 100 degrees one day!) Room size was good, staff helpful (they gave us a plug in hot spot when the WiFi didn’t work) and we could drive into Sequoia NP (hour drive) for hiking and temps in the 70’s.

The property is remodeling. Never heard any noise. Our room had recently been remodeled. Was clean with ceramic tile floors. Shower was good. Only thing we wished was a few hooks to hang things up.

We had a great stay, it was a nice place to stay on our journey to Sequoia Forest. Our kids loved the game room, and we were close to places to eat and nature here. The facility itself looks pretty old and isn't in the greatest shape, plus we could hear every step of the people who were staying in the unit above us, and it wasn't in any way a large place. But it served its purpose and we didn't have any bad experiences there. For a place to stay on a larger trip, it's a good choice!
