Really lovely hotel with amazing staff and great facilities particularly for the children with an incredible kids pool and kids club. The buffet restaurant had a fantastic range of food with lots of well marked options for dietary requirements such as vegan. Gym was well equipped and there were some nice activities arranged. The evening shows were fantastic.

Hotel had amazing sea views and was in a great location on the seafront close to bars and restaurants. There was a great selection at all meal times (we were half board but swapped dinner for lunch one day). Always lots of sun loungers available. Lots going on and the entertainment staff looked like they wanted to be there. The only negatives were the waits for the lifts and the dreadful pillows. We asked for extra pillows 3 times before we got them.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in 2 adulti e una bambina di 3 anni per una settimana a dicembre. La struttura è nuova e molto ben tenuta, la camera matrimoniale piuttosto ampia e con balcone che affaccia verso l’oceano e playa de las americas. Le piscine sono 4, delle quali 2 riscaldate; quindi anche nei giorni più ventilati e con temperature piuttosto basse, stare in piscina è piacevole. C’è animazione con anche baby-club ed attività tutto il giorno. Ogni sera poi dopo la baby-dance vengono proposti spettacoli diversi, tra musica dal vivo, musical, spettacoli ed altro. La ristorazione è molto varia, dalla colazione alla cena, con buffet che propone diverse pietanze, ma anche con cucina espressa. E’ doveroso un elogio particolare ed un ringraziamento personale a tutto lo staff dell’hotel, sempre sorridenti, amichevoli e prontamente a disposizione in caso di bisogno. Sicuramente valuteremo di poterci tornare.

What can I say, had a fab time at this hotel, staff are so pleasant and helpful, rooms and hotel areas very clean, amenities are great, kids clubs, activities for all, 4 pools that suit all ages from toddlers to the over 80s club. Food and drinks were excellent for all inclusive option. Evening entertainment was as expected, not brilliant but not that bad either. Would highly recommend this hotel to all ages without hesitation

The bad bits: Its a shame as I paid extra for a partial sea view. I could only see the sea from the balcony if I stood up and climbed on the wall as we were the 1st floor and the view was blocked by a platform. Also one night was ruined by a bunch of drunk golfing lads next door (of course the hotel isnt to blame). Due to it being an all inclusive resort, youll inevitably meet these kind of people... I found the pool area to be designed in a crowded way. The sun loungers are very close to one another. Also despite there being 2 kids pools, the kids overrun the other pool with the pyramid. For improvement, they should attempt to make one pool adults only. Another issue is the lifts. Due to many floors, everyone uses the lifts and so you end up waiting SO LONG all the time to use them and theyre always crowded. Theres 4 main lifts in total which isnt enough for a hotel that accomodated probably 1000 people. The good bits: We only had B+B but theres a decent variety for breakfast, inclusing fry ups a d healthy alternatives. Although pick the early slot as its very busy later. The hotel is very clean and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Cannot fault the staff at all. The rooms are cleaned daily to high standards. The gym clean is decent enough but needs more benches!!! One isnt enough! The hotel has good amenities with 3 pools, a games room and also great location. Easy back exit on to the beachfront.

We loved our stay at the Bouganville! The water slides in the property are one of the best I’ve ever been to on an all inclusive property. Service here is so great and you can see how hard the staff work to ensure you and your family have a great time! It was great utilizing the kids camp as well and the food was also yummy with lots of variety. The hotel has an amazing view of the sunset and a nice black sand beach very close by. We had an adjoining two rooms for our family of four which worked out great and I loved the eco friendliness of the refillable water bottles! Great stay at Iberostar Bouganville Playa!

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in Feb and the hotel itself is good. The entertainment team are fantastic and my son loved the kids club. All the kitchen / waiters are brilliant and so friendly. The hotel is also very clean and tidy and offers a great range of activities and entertainment. I also had a massage in the spa and it was the best massage I've ever had. However, the local area is very noisy. We stayed in a double room with balcony and on my first night I got to sleep at 6am because of the noise outside. Constant music, cars and people outside in the street and on the beach making noise. We asked for a quieter room, but this didn't make a lot of difference. The hotel really needs better soundproofing and for this reason I will not be returning to the hotel.

The reception desk was very helpful & accommodating as we were meeting friends for a lunchtime get together with friends . We were able to check in early . The hotel was clean , the pool area was spacious & the staff were great . Lots of choice for the all inclusive buffet meals . Good varied all inclusive drink options so in all it was a shame I was only there for 3 nights .

Although not perfect will definitely be returning.Staff very friendly and helpful. One downside was that soap dispensers didn’t work in gents toilets -3 the whole week we were there and perhaps toilet by pool should be given more attention than the others because of the floor getting so wet

Excellent hotel.. went with a 7yr old boy who loved the pool areas.. very sad leaving. The quality of food from breakfast, lunch and dinner was always top class. Went all inclusive and brillant decision. Bedroom was spotless and cleaned every day.. Staff were always polite and very professional. Already looking to book next yr

I only booked B and B as being by myself wanted to meet people by eating outside and getting to know the area . The breakfast was excellent ...catered for everyone ..plenty of seating. Staff excellent in all areas of hotel . Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas Both pools a good size Big television for sport lovers Quiet areas avaiable and a readers area. Downswere that since i was there the hotel has gone all inclusive and for 5 days we encountered professional yobs ! Golfers who after golf in the morning sat at the pool bar until it closed ...shots ...swearing ...loud ....encroaching on normal peoples holiday .One day there was an incident where they invited a lady into their company and one of them plus her ended up in the pool clothed ....!! Families were in this area !!! I am not a downer but too much for a family hotel ! Bar prices expensive ...1 bacardi and coke 8.40 euros ....opposite 5 euros ....i drank outside the hotel ..if they had been reasonable say 6 i would have drank in the hotel In the room i had ants on the side table for 4/5 days even after spraying myself and the lovely cleaner spraying .....eventually did disappear . Balcony very diappointing ..a little triangle and when you sat down you couldnt see over the balcony wall ...so a view was impossible ....quite a few people mentioned this at the pool . No drink facility in the room ...kettle etc Safe cost 3 euros a night and i thought for that type of hotel should have been included in the price of my stay

Food and food choice excellent, as were the facilities in general. The younger staff were notably no where near as good and friendly as the mature staff who were excellent. We, as usual, kept our room clean and tidy so therefore noticed the patchy cleaning. The Iberostar we stayed at earlier in the year was far better on all these fronts.

Great stuff ,convenient location to walk to the beach . Lots of activities to do if you are looking for that . It is not a quiet place for sure ,very family and kids friendly. Though the hotel is a bit outdated , and we had constant smell of the sewer in our room .....had to keep the door of the balcony alway open ,there was some perfume smell coming from the AC -suposevely covering the sewer smell -but NO ,it was making it worse

Essen perfekt, super Auswahl und hervorragende Qualität!!!Zimmer werden langsam renovierungsbedürftig. Matratzen könnten auch mal ausgetauscht werden. The bad bits: Its a shame as I paid extra for a partial sea view. I could only see the sea from the balcony if I stood up and climbed on the wall as we were the 1st floor and the view was blocked by a platform. Also one night was ruined by a bunch of drunk golfing lads next door (of course the hotel isnt to blame). Due to it being an all inclusive resort, youll inevitably meet these kind of people... I found the pool area to be designed in a crowded way. The sun loungers are very close to one another. Also despite there being 2 kids pools, the kids overrun the other pool with the pyramid. For improvement, they should attempt to make one pool adults only. Another issue is the lifts. Due to many floors, everyone uses the lifts and so you end up waiting SO LONG all the time to use them and theyre always crowded. Theres 4 main lifts in total which isnt enough for a hotel that accomodated probably 1000 people. The good bits: We only had B+B but theres a decent variety for breakfast, inclusing fry ups a d healthy alternatives. Although pick the early slot as its very busy later. The hotel is very clean and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Cannot fault the staff at all. The rooms are cleaned daily to high standards. The gym clean is decent enough but needs more benches!!! One isnt enough! The hotel has good amenities with 3 pools, a games room and also great location. Easy back exit on to the beachfront.

We loved our stay at the Bouganville! The water slides in the property are one of the best I’ve ever been to on an all inclusive property. Service here is so great and you can see how hard the staff work to ensure you and your family have a great time! It was great utilizing the kids camp as well and the food was also yummy with lots of variety. The hotel has an amazing view of the sunset and a nice black sand beach very close by. We had an adjoining two rooms for our family of four which worked out great and I loved the eco friendliness of the refillable water bottles! Great stay at Iberostar Bouganville Playa!

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in Feb and the hotel itself is good. The entertainment team are fantastic and my son loved the kids club. All the kitchen / waiters are brilliant and so friendly. The hotel is also very clean and tidy and offers a great range of activities and entertainment. I also had a massage in the spa and it was the best massage I've ever had. However, the local area is very noisy. We stayed in a double room with balcony and on my first night I got to sleep at 6am because of the noise outside. Constant music, cars and people outside in the street and on the beach making noise. We asked for a quieter room, but this didn't make a lot of difference. The hotel really needs better soundproofing and for this reason I will not be returning to the hotel.

Really lovely hotel with amazing staff and great facilities particularly for the children with an incredible kids pool and kids club. The buffet restaurant had a fantastic range of food with lots of well marked options for dietary requirements such as vegan. Gym was well equipped and there were some nice activities arranged. The evening shows were fantastic.

When we checked in at reception Anna told us the room wasnt ready. She took my phone number and said she would contact me when the room was ready. Hours passed and I went back to see if the room was ready and it was however Anna didnt bother phoning me as promised. Terrible service and I didnt like her attitude. The other female receptionist (dark hair, didn't get her name) was very pleasant and helpful on check out. Room 104 .... clean and comfortable bed however the foul drainage smell in the bathroom was awful. The hotel was noisy and the breakfast area was like a nursery full of unruly children.

There was a great selection at all meal times (we were half board but swapped dinner for lunch one day). Always lots of sun loungers available. We asked for extra pillows 3 times before we got them.

Staff were horrible, room was average but not for the cost of it! Breakfast was nice however finishes at 10:15, which is to early in my opinion as most other hotels finish breakfast at 11am - we had to order an extra night as was charged over 400euro!! Staff were horrible, room was average but not for the cost of it! Breakfast was nice however finishes at 10:15, which is to early in my opinion as most other hotels finish breakfast at 11am - we had to order an extra night as was charged over 400euro!! And was accused of not making the payment! Terrible place DO NOT STAY HERE

Fabulous hotel. Clean and staff were extremely nice . So close to both main area of Costa adeje and PDLA. Food with all inclusive was fantastic for all meals with a great variety to choose from . All food finishes at 9 which is a bit disappointing as we were rushed to eat when we first arrived but at least we got something. 2 negatives however lifts are extremely poor, waiting ages on them so if your above floor 2 it's a nightmare to get to the pool area. The heated pool is very deep and shallow pool was extremely cold. Only small area for younger children and adults that can't swim to play in. Overall a brilliant my hotel would recommend to families

Rooms and hotel as a whole are clean and staff are attentive and pleasant. However, I would say amenities are not on a 4 star level and the thing that lets it down the most is the food (especially if you are vegetarian). We were all inclusive and still ate out for more than half of our meals. Breakfast is the only decent meal in the hotel.
