Fantastic hotel, lots of choice for food and drink. Having multiple pools is great and multiple bars open until different times. The entertainment team was fantastic, things for everyone to get involved with. Only negative a maid threw away our baby’s sterilising tablets on the 2nd to last day so that made things tricky - (assuming by mistake thinking it was rubbish)

Excellent hotel throughout. Rooms are nice, spacious and cleaned daily. Food is good with a wide variety to suit everyone. Hotel stay are exceptional and always there to help. And the entertainment team are fantastic.

As returning guests of multiple visits we can recommend the Hotel for its friendly staff with special mention to Sidi who always remembers us. The rooms are comfortable and well attended. Queues at the bars are limited to few due to some self service options. The food is varied and great quality. The pools are excellent even having to join in the madness of putting towels out and staying with them from pre 0730. But, it’s better than previously when you had to wait for chains to be unlocked. Another perfect holiday.

Excellent stay, the room was fantastic, the all-inclusive experience was excellent, the only thing was the cocktails were not good. The pre-made syrups and mixtures used are not very nice, training the bar staff to make the cocktails on the menu would definitely enhance what is already a great experience!

The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around. There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool.

From the staff , to the food and room, everything was excellent. The staff obviously enjoy their job, as this is obvious with the relationship between them all. The place was spotless , and the food was delicious. The drinks were top class with excellent service.

Lovey hotel, clean and comfortable room Staff were very nice Location is good Plenty of food choices Only downside for our trip here was waiting for lifts… As able bodied fairly young people, we didn’t really mind walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to and from our room, but for two mornings of our stay the stairs were cordoned off for vacuuming / carpet shampooing… at the busiest time of day???? Bizarre behaviour?! So we HAD to wait for a lift and the waiting times were simply ridiculous, made worse by some of the lifts being out of service…

The staff was the major highlight. They were very friendly and professional, making sure that my stay was pleasant. It's an older hotel, some of the furniture and the carpet needs to be replaced. Also, I found quite a few of bugs/insects inside the room. Overall I'd recommend it mainly because of the amazing staff and convenience to walk to the beach and shopping stores.

Room is big and clean and comfy beds, the hotel itself is dated and needs a revamp. Just a little Christmassy so a little disappointing, staff are all lovely and welcoming and work hard. lots of activities going on and the entertainment is really good. Food is just ok but could be a lot better and alot hotter but lots of choice.

Ahora bien, las habitaciones un poco mejorables: subía olor del sumidero en el baño, haciendo que la habitación entera tuviese mal olor; también me quedé con el picaporte de la puerta del baño en la mano un par de veces. The hotel was very central unfortunately the area is hilly. The room requires some new furniture and fridge as old, also a proper chair to sit and some pegs on wall to hang clothes to air at end of day. Towels were hard and at times frayed, maybe fan in bathroom

This was our 4th stay at the hotel. Staff are amazing. Very hard working,friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clran and close to beach, bars and restaurants. We had a room on 8th floor with mountain view. Room was on small side and near to motorway,although this was not a problem when door was closed. The floor in the room had wide gaps in floorining, which is ready to be replaced.

This was our 4th stay at the hotel. Staff are amazing. Very hard working,friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clran and close to beach, bars and restaurants. Excellent, as always at Las Dalias. Special praise for the staff and in particular a member of the entertainment team called Martha and also her friend whose name I don’t know. They interacted wonderfully with guests. One small observation - the variety of prepared. fruit at meals was less than usual. There were grapes, melon and watermelon at every meal but almost nothing else, for instance no grapefruit or pineapple. But that is only a small point in relation to the usual very pleasant stay I once again had.
