The apartment was great. Very clean, spacious with adequate equipment and utensils in the kitchen. Pool area very nice and staff super friendly. Bit of a let down was the entertainment was average at best and only in the restaurant in the evening. The kids club was closed for the first 6-7 days of our trip and the opening hours of excursions office and mini market was very limited. Good laundry facilities. Despite being at the top of a very steep hill, taxi services were quick when called. Laundry facilities were good and easy to use. If you want a quiet holiday away from hustle and bustle, this is the ideal place. If you want entertained and more livelier days, probably better closer to the coast.

We had a really enjoyable 4 night stay at Wyndham Residences. From the moment we arrived we found the staff to be really friendly, helpful and cheerful. Our room/apartment was comfortable and benefited from a fabulous large balcony with plenty of furniture, overlooking the sea. The breakfast was excellent and there were plenty of options available for lunch by the pool. We didn't eat there in the evenings. The hotel is 10 minutes or so from Siam Park which we also visited and thoroughly enjoyed. The only call-outs that are anyway negative are that the hotel is stepped into the hill so there are a lot of inclines and a lot of steps (although there are lifts available in part a number of them were undergoing maintenance while we were there). I feel the steep walk up and number of steps could have been better noted in the hotel description at booking. Also the pool is a consistent 1.8m plus throughout with no graduated dept that you find in most pools as they move from shallow to deep - this wasn't ideal.

We had a great stay. The room was nice, the pools were lovely and not too crowded, and the staff were very friendly. The food at the restaurant was pretty good too. It was a great place to stay with a toddler, with the kids pool and spacious rooms. The bed was comfy and we were able to take the mattress off the sofa bed and put it on the floor for our toddler. Downsides were that it's a bit of a trek down to the beach, but taxis were quick and not too expensive. And in the evening there's a bit of noise from the water park nearby but not if you close the balcony doors.

Great price but has downsides This will be a really honest review. Price wise it was worth the price for ten days was brilliant but there is a lot to consider. - location is not great it’s on the side of the mountain or steep hill . If you cannot walk do not book here as you’ll need to order taxis everywhere. Getting to upper level may require using 3 lifts (yes three ). Walk back from the beach was a hike l. A steep hill , so many steps and lifts. The hotel apartments are really nice they have a kitchen and balcony area. They include a fridge and microwave. Note : The bed was horrible like sleeping on a flat stone not soft at all. The pool and shop had odd opening hours take note. But water and milk is always available from reception. The second pool is not available to guests staying in the main building it seems. The onsite restaurant we did not use as it was very over priced breakfast €16 pp for example.

Apartments and communal areas very clean, fantastic staff across the whole team were extremely helpful. Food and drink in pool bar and restaurant reasonably priced and good quality, even the small onsite shop wasn’t too bad with fresh bread daily. Literally the only slight issue was the hill back up to the hotel if walking back from town or the beach, especially in the heat of the day. But a taxi is only 5-6 euro from Adeje or las Americas so no big deal. A couple of issues with sun beds being reserved for hours on end but you don’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to grab a few. Lifeguard was on top of those taking liberties and reminding them on their return, rarely saw people wait too long to get them. In fact, they brought some down from the other pool reserved for those in deluxe apartments when it got too busy. Activities every day but the entertainment staff aren’t too pushy if you just want to chill out. Live music every evening in the sunset bar/restaurant too if you weren’t venturing out. Plenty of English channels & Sky sports main event on the tvs in the rooms as well as shown throughout the day in pool bar if there’s something on (had the ashes on with no sound throughout which was handy) All in all a fantastic hotel and would definitely return. Had seen reviews about the screams from Siam being a problem, but it isn’t too bad at all. If anything it reminds you there’s life out there as you are tucked away from the other hotels.

We loved our stay, our apartment had a lovely terrace with a hot tub, we also had access to a quieter pool. Staff we lovely, our meal there was delicious. Easy down hill walk to the sea/restaurants. Hopped into a taxi back as a big hill which cost between 5-7 euros. Also a 10 minute walk to Siam Park.

Super hotel for our week long stay. Great rooms with the most amazing balconies and views. We were in 806. Pool very nice and quiet, no fighting for sunbeds. Ate dinner twice and breakfast once and used pool snack bar as well. Staff were all exceptional and food great value and highly recommended. The resort is up a steep hill and then we had 221 steps to our room. Don’t worry there are lifts but we loved it and the steps helped the waistline ! Handy shop on site baking delicious bread, croissants and pastries daily. We’ll return and highly recommend (for able bodied)

Since the day we got there we told them the drains in the bedroom were smelling, they did nothing for 3 days then the following days they would put some liquid and leave…. It continued to smell and was unbearable. We continue to complain but no action was taken and we were told hotel is full we can’t move . Hotels only changed once on day 4, we had to clean the suite. Only 2 soap and shampoo left on checkin and extra had to be got from reception. The curtains in the living room let in light and kids couldn’t sleep. My wife moved into the sitting room due to the smells of the drain in the bedroom and only after complaining did a service man tape a black bin bag to the windows. This has been the most awe full stay

I was very surprised that in a four night stay we had no one come to ur room to clean ? We had dirty sheets and no new towels ??? The lights in the walk way to our room did not work so it was creepy in the dark after we had to come up three different elevators and two stair ways to get up our room ,, the walk to the beach was no way close and going down was workable but walking all the way back up , NO way , and we could not get a late check out which was disappointing The staff at check in were very nice and the view was great

Fantastic hotel. Rooms ok. Note, however, no cleaning, unless you stay overnight for more than 8 days. It very lovely with a jacuzzi on the balcony. Aslo a neautiful view over the city and the sea. However please notice, not for those with walking difficulties unless you are willing to take a taxi into town every time. Or have rent a car.

Nous n’avons pas passé un bon séjour dans cet établissement. L’odeur du plastique sur la terrasse était si forte que nous ne pouvions pas rester à l’appartement en journée. Tous les meubles de la terrasse sont en plastique et dégagent une forte odeur dès qu’ils sont au soleil. À l’intérieur nous avons trouvé du verre brisé et le sol était sale. Nous avons du demander à nettoyer le sol ce qui a été fait sans tarder. Les lits sont inconfortables (très mous). Le revêtement du canapé présentait des taches douteuses. De plus le canapé est présenté comme un lit double mais en fait il est composé de deux lits simples qui, par ailleurs, sont inconfortables. Le bruit des voisins au dessus de nous nous a réveillé plusieurs fois. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement.

The location and evening sunsets were the best part of the hotel. The room, however, was outdated and not properly cleaned at our arrival and the sheets and towels were only scheduled to be changed once during our 7-night stay.

Lovely spot…great weather and the heated swimming pool was brilliant. It’s a bit of a mountain walk up in the evening if you’re don’t mind, but taxis aren’t too expensive! We would have liked the towels changing at least once every two days without asking & a few more mugs and glasses when there was 4 of us staying. Over all, very clean and well staffed with friendly people

Beautiful spacious apartment with fabulous large balcony and sea views. Apartment was very well equipped, immaculately clean, quiet with very comfy large beds. The complex is situated at the top of a very steep hill, which is definitely not for the faint hearted. Ample free parking on street outside. Close to Siam park and a 10-15 walk to all bars & restaurants. Staff on reception very helpful and attentive. Staff at pool bar abrupt and lacked atmosphere but apart from that minor detail, we had a very pleasant stay.

There are so many good things to say about the property such as hire great the staff are, very welcoming. Rooms were clean, loads of room and the amenities inside were excellent. The top features were that there was a great selection on the tv including sky sports, the breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent and portion size is good. The only one thing I didn’t like was that the bed was a little hard for my liking.

We had a great stay. The room was nice, the pools were lovely and not too crowded, and the staff were very friendly. The food at the restaurant was pretty good too. It was a great place to stay with a toddler, with the kids pool and spacious rooms. The bed was comfy and we were able to take the mattress off the sofa bed and put it on the floor for our toddler. Downsides were that it's a bit of a trek down to the beach, but taxis were quick and not too expensive. And in the evening there's a bit of noise from the water park nearby but not if you close the balcony doors.

This is an excellent place which I would recommend to anyone. First up - it’s not a hotel! So don’t go expecting it to be and then whinge when it isn’t. It’s a cross between a hotel and a self catering apartment, but it doesn’t suffer for it. The apartment we got was HUGE! And it was one of the smaller top end ones. There was just myself and my son but you could have easily fit a family of 2 adults and 4 kids in it. It was 913 and one of the block with the hot tubs. They’re considered special for some reason and have their own private pool, although we only ever used the main pool. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, the main one with an en-suite jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The balcony (which was smaller than the neighbours) managed to fit a table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, a parasol AND a 3 person hot tub!! There’s a full kitchen and 3 TVs. You could easily live in this for a year! Theres wifi everywhere, its all spotless, and the staff are all ridiculously friendly and helpful. The only 2 bad things I can think of are that the food isn’t great and it’s overpriced, but just go to the shop and stock up or a local restaurant. And you aren’t allowed toys or balls in the pool, so if you have young kids that’s a bit of an annoyance. You’ll definitely need a car or use taxis if you’re going anywhere. But for the price what you get here is fantastic, would definitely return. Room tip - if you have a hot tub room try to get one with the hot tub on the left for all the sun!

Since the day we got there we told them the drains in the bedroom were smelling, they did nothing for 3 days then the following days they would put some liquid and leave…. It continued to smell and was unbearable. We continue to complain but no action was taken and we were told hotel is full we can’t move . Hotels only changed once on day 4, we had to clean the suite. Only 2 soap and shampoo left on checkin and extra had to be got from reception. The curtains in the living room let in light and kids couldn’t sleep. My wife moved into the sitting room due to the smells of the drain in the bedroom and only after complaining did a service man tape a black bin bag to the windows. This has been the most awe full stay

Absolute 5 star staff. They were all so lovely. Evening waiters and breakfast/lunch staff in the restaurant were very service minded, smiling etc. The food in the restaurant could be improved a bit, if they want guests to prioritise to dine at “home” instead of heading out. The entertainment team helped us organise a boat trip, and activities in the afternoon was great fun. Can highly recommend it!

Apartments and communal areas very clean, fantastic staff across the whole team were extremely helpful. Food and drink in pool bar and restaurant reasonably priced and good quality, even the small onsite shop wasn’t too bad with fresh bread daily. Literally the only slight issue was the hill back up to the hotel if walking back from town or the beach, especially in the heat of the day. But a taxi is only 5-6 euro from Adeje or las Americas so no big deal. A couple of issues with sun beds being reserved for hours on end but you don’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to grab a few. Lifeguard was on top of those taking liberties and reminding them on their return, rarely saw people wait too long to get them. In fact, they brought some down from the other pool reserved for those in deluxe apartments when it got too busy. Activities every day but the entertainment staff aren’t too pushy if you just want to chill out. Live music every evening in the sunset bar/restaurant too if you weren’t venturing out. Plenty of English channels & Sky sports main event on the tvs in the rooms as well as shown throughout the day in pool bar if there’s something on (had the ashes on with no sound throughout which was handy) All in all a fantastic hotel and would definitely return. Had seen reviews about the screams from Siam being a problem, but it isn’t too bad at all. If anything it reminds you there’s life out there as you are tucked away from the other hotels.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, malgré l'accès difficile de l'hôtel pour des personnes âgées. Mais la réception nous appelait un taxi pour nous éviter de descendre et remonter la côte à pied. Nous avons bcp aimé notre appartement situé au 7eme étage et doté d'une terrasse spacieuse et d'une vue sur mer absolument extraordinaire. Le restaurant est excellent et tout le personnel de WYNDHAM est aux petits soins pour ses clients. Nous n'avons pas regretté d'avoir choisi cet hôtel car ceux du centre ville sont tres bruyants. Un seul regret, j'avais signalé que ce sejour de 10 nuits était organisé pour les 80 ans de mon mari et j'aurais aimé une petite attention pour cette occasion.

As others have noted, the walk back isn't the easiest, but if, like us, you enjoy working off a few extra holiday calories, it's spot on! Of course, taxis are always an option. It would be a nice touch if the hotel offered courtesy buses. The balconies are huge, and the on-site food is fantastic, plus there's a convenient little shop. The staff are some of the friendliest we've encountered. My only small gripe was the lack of fresh towels in the room – I’d have preferred them to be changed daily. All in all, definitely worth a stay, and we'd happily return.

Nice and quiet hotel with stunning view of the sunset, La Gomera and the sea. Most necessary facilities available at the hotel incl. pool, shop, restaurant, bar, etc. Some and demanding distance down town and quite some stairs and/or lifts within the hotel. Convenient (but maybe demanding) 15 min walk from Costa Adeje bus stn. to cities and airport. We arrived through the the bus station and viewed the walk as good exercise.

Great price but has downsides This will be a really honest review. Price wise it was worth the price for ten days was brilliant but there is a lot to consider. - location is not great it’s on the side of the mountain or steep hill . If you cannot walk do not book here as you’ll need to order taxis everywhere. Getting to upper level may require using 3 lifts (yes three ). Walk back from the beach was a hike l. A steep hill , so many steps and lifts. The hotel apartments are really nice they have a kitchen and balcony area. They include a fridge and microwave. Note : The bed was horrible like sleeping on a flat stone not soft at all. The pool and shop had odd opening hours take note. But water and milk is always available from reception. The second pool is not available to guests staying in the main building it seems. The onsite restaurant we did not use as it was very over priced breakfast €16 pp for example.

Apartments and communal areas very clean, fantastic staff across the whole team were extremely helpful. Food and drink in pool bar and restaurant reasonably priced and good quality, even the small onsite shop wasn’t too bad with fresh bread daily. Literally the only slight issue was the hill back up to the hotel if walking back from town or the beach, especially in the heat of the day. But a taxi is only 5-6 euro from Adeje or las Americas so no big deal. A couple of issues with sun beds being reserved for hours on end but you don’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to grab a few. Lifeguard was on top of those taking liberties and reminding them on their return, rarely saw people wait too long to get them. In fact, they brought some down from the other pool reserved for those in deluxe apartments when it got too busy. Activities every day but the entertainment staff aren’t too pushy if you just want to chill out. Live music every evening in the sunset bar/restaurant too if you weren’t venturing out. Plenty of English channels & Sky sports main event on the tvs in the rooms as well as shown throughout the day in pool bar if there’s something on (had the ashes on with no sound throughout which was handy) All in all a fantastic hotel and would definitely return. Had seen reviews about the screams from Siam being a problem, but it isn’t too bad at all. If anything it reminds you there’s life out there as you are tucked away from the other hotels.

There are so many good things to say about the property such as hire great the staff are, very welcoming. Rooms were clean, loads of room and the amenities inside were excellent. The top features were that there was a great selection on the tv including sky sports, the breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent and portion size is good. The only one thing I didn’t like was that the bed was a little hard for my liking.

Ideal location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close enough nothing feels too far away. As others have noted, the walk back isn't the easiest, but if, like us, you enjoy working off a few extra holiday calories, it's spot on! Of course, taxis are always an option. It would be a nice touch if the hotel offered courtesy buses. The balconies are huge, and the on-site food is fantastic, plus there's a convenient little shop. The staff are some of the friendliest we've encountered. My only small gripe was the lack of fresh towels in the room – I’d have preferred them to be changed daily. All in all, definitely worth a stay, and we'd happily return.

We had a really enjoyable 4 night stay at Wyndham Residences. From the moment we arrived we found the staff to be really friendly, helpful and cheerful. Our room/apartment was comfortable and benefited from a fabulous large balcony with plenty of furniture, overlooking the sea. The breakfast was excellent and there were plenty of options available for lunch by the pool. We didn't eat there in the evenings. The hotel is 10 minutes or so from Siam Park which we also visited and thoroughly enjoyed. The only call-outs that are anyway negative are that the hotel is stepped into the hill so there are a lot of inclines and a lot of steps (although there are lifts available in part a number of them were undergoing maintenance while we were there). I feel the steep walk up and number of steps could have been better noted in the hotel description at booking. Also the pool is a consistent 1.8m plus throughout with no graduated dept that you find in most pools as they move from shallow to deep - this wasn't ideal.

We had a great stay. The room was nice, the pools were lovely and not too crowded, and the staff were very friendly. The food at the restaurant was pretty good too. It was a great place to stay with a toddler, with the kids pool and spacious rooms. The bed was comfy and we were able to take the mattress off the sofa bed and put it on the floor for our toddler. Downsides were that it's a bit of a trek down to the beach, but taxis were quick and not too expensive. And in the evening there's a bit of noise from the water park nearby but not if you close the balcony doors.

Wonderful stay December 24/25 couldn’t fault the place. The pool is a little chilly. Food great. It is hilly so be prepared to walk and get your steps in. We had a car so found it easy accessible to everything.

The hotel is ideal for families with children. Staff is very friendly. The location is great because Siam park and many nice restaurants are within 20 minutes of walking distance. The pool restaurant may improve the quality of the food and drinks.

This was our 4th or 5th time staying here and as usual we love it. The only thing I would say is try not to stay in room H297 as it's too close to the upstairs pool and everyone can see in and it gets loud with people coming and going. Also it's hot-tub isn't the best and it's had the worst view we've had so far. But apart from that it's great as usual and we will be back again.
