I couldn’t find a fault in this place it has everything a good British holidaymaker could want. Air conditioning, private large balcony with cushioned loungers, a refreshing pool, bars and restaurants on site. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for more.

A very comfortable apartment. Well equipped full kitchen, including dishwasher. Large balcony/terrace with table & chairs for 4 people & 2 sunloungers. Two great swimming pools, but sunloungers get busy, with guests queuing from 08.15 (open at 09.00). Top pool has aquafit, bingo, darts & pool. Both pool areas have good pool bars, with snacks. Apartment floors only appear to be cleaned weekly, which could be improved to prevent the cockroach issues (ours & other family member's apartment were effected), although treatment was dealt with swiftly, preventative measures should be taken within the grounds. Restaurants & bars within complex & entertaintment in square, with well stocked supermarket. Laundry facilities (charged). Pool towels provided with deposit. Free use of safe in apartment.

Been here several times. Apartment was right at the back of the resort so needed to be fit to get to it! One pool wasn’t heated and the staff did nothing about the sunbed baggers! Those in this photo were over 5 hours before they came and used them.

Great apartments in a great location, very close to beach and bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful and property kept clean. The only downside was the sunbed situation. People queueing from 7.45 and pool only open at 9am. By the time the gates opened there were about 40 people queueing for beds. You would be lucky to get a bed as people at the top of the queue had about 20 towels between 4 people and ran in throwing towels on each bed. Ridiculous situation, it was very off putting, so we decided to use the beach, which comes at a cost of €48 for 4 beds

Apartments have everything required for a long or short break. Close to beach, local shops and restaurants with own bars and shops on site. The whole facility is kept very clean and tidy with all staff being polite and friendly. We used the top pool bar the most due to the heated pool and excellent service from Julie. We would definitely recommend to others and stay again

Cleaning could have been a lot better. There was a smell & couple of cockroaches in our apartment. They came and sprayed what smelt like air freshener? We bought a plug in and some peppermint essential oil to deter creoles and smell. We did report it & mentioned a couple of times.

We have stayed here before and had a great visit. Sadly this time was poor. We were in block D…. Dingy and in need of total renovation…the bathroom sink was so near the toilet you had to sit sideways..bathroom big though just an awful design. We did ask to move as we were there for ten days…we requested this on day 4/5. We were told very unlikely. The resort appears to struggle to get cleaning staff..we were “put” on a 3 day rota so our room would only be cleaned 3 out of the 10 days…in fact we only had 2 cleans and they were poor. Having spoken to a “member” who incidentally had their room cleaned more frequently also said they would not come back. The block both sides backs onto bars playing music most of the time with intermittent bingo…one night it was so loud we literally couldn’t eat out there. We came back because we had a great stay last time. That said there was always hot water, the bed was comfy and the kitchen well equipped.

Our aortment was exceptionally clean, towels change every 2 days even though we was only staying for 4 nights cleaner still offered to clean our room, reception staff are always pleasant welcoming and helpful. Pool area well maintained overall great experience

Second time visiting Sunset Bay and still love it! Rooms are extremely clean, bit more on the basic side, and spacious. Location is ideal to visit all areas in Costa Adeje.

The apartment was excellent however we were located in Block D which is above a number of pubs and restaurants and the new Detroits music venue therefore the noise was an issue. These apartments would be better suited to younger guests who are more likely to be out late.

Hotel staff very accommodating and when checked in a lovely gentleman took us to our room, it is quite a big complex and there are some steep slopes and plenty of stairs. They also sent us a welcome email and we could contact them through what’s app if we needed, which I thought was a good idea. We had a studio room J302 which had a big balcony and 2 sun beds, the kitchen was big enough for 2, it had a dining table, plus 2 comfy chairs and a comfy double bed, can’t fault any of it. It had a filtered water tap so no carrying big plastic water bottles. In the freezer was an ice cube tray so I’d fill it up with the filtered water and it did me. It also had a recycle bin in the kitchen which was a good idea. The location was perfect, plenty of bars and restaurants on site and plenty in walking distance. There are 2 pools, 1 of which you had to book for the previous day but I didn’t really use the pool, we went in the bigger pool once which you didn’t have to book, plenty of sun beds and a lovely pool. Would definitely go back to Sunset Bay Club, this was our first time in Tenerife and it did not disappoint.

Arrived late Sunday to find our ground floor room was outside the bar complex as the karaoke evening was in full chorus. Return to the reception and asked to move nothing available and some of their customers love a room so close to the action. I should have emailed ahead if I wanted a quiet room( pity I’m not psychic and would have known the room position) If it had been earlier I would have moved to another hotel but traveling with others I had to pay for an upgrade to a family room. The family room was fine the complex resembled a slightly dated butlins. The hotel management never made any effort to see why I upgraded and address my concerns. I’ll not be back but it’s a big complex so make sure you get a room that too get to your door you have to push through the bar tables.

excellent service. great location. we stayed there just for a few nights but I would definitely come there again. very impresses with quality of service. we arrived a bit early for the check in. the hotel offered to change the clothes and take a shower while the room is getting ready. front desk desk was very helpful. called us few times to get our feedback as to the quality of the stay. also they helped to arrange transportation back to the airport. there are bars and restaurants with mini supermarkets inside the community. we did not us them as much. but I can see them as very convenient option to spend some time outside of the room.

Sunset bay is a nice place to stay , very well located for everything you need, unfortunately this time I was in a room overlooking the reception and it was very noisy with entertainment except for Mon or Tues when there was none, I wanted to relax on this break but unfortunately I couldn't because of the noise, if I had been staying longer than a week I would of moved rooms , and I'm sure reception would of sorted this out. I have been coming to sunset bay for over 20 years and know the place very well. So I should of known about the entertainment, it does not change my mind about the place it's great and I will be back again but will try and go to a block where it is more relaxing, so my advice would be avoid d block by the bars always noisy and overlooking the reception. But everyone has there choice this time I could of done with a bit of quite. But besides that it's great.

Absolutely the best location in Costa Adeje, within walking distance of everything and 5” from the beach. The complex is spotless, all staff are super friendly and lots of bars and restaurants also on site. Rooms are also modern and spacious, all well equipped and maintained. We love it so much, we’ve been back 8 times. Enjoy your stay here, we do on every visit.

As a returning customer the Sunset Bay met our expectations. It is well positioned for access to beaches and restaurants.The 1 bedroom apartment has adequate dimensions for our needs. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are well appointed. The balcony/patio space was a good size and saw lots of sun.Though the slopes and steps present a challenge for those with mobility issues, we think its great location. We will return.

Molto bello, pulito e organizzato. Vicino alla spiaggia Playa Torviscas, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi. Molti negozi, supermercati e ristoranti/bar a due passi. Appartamento ampio con terrazza e cucina attrezzatissima, munita di lavastoviglie (!!!). Belle anche le due piscine, soprattutto la piú grande. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, d'aiuto anche se si vogliono prenotare auto o attivitá sull'isola. Consigliatissimo!

Fantastic studio, lovely large room with everything you needed & a massive patio with your own sunbeds. But sadly our room was right opposite the Irish pubs which were noisy with singing & football daily, we also had to endure the continous smell of fried food & baked beans which was most unpleasant & such a great shame

Absolutely love these apartments, this was our 3rd visit. Apartments are clean and have everything you need gor your stay. Staff are all very friendly and the onsite bars and entertainment are great. Not had a bad meal in any of the restaurants.

The staff were really friendly and most spoke very good English. The whole resort was clean and tidy and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Facilities within the resort, food outlets, bars, shops etc are owned by private enterprises but all were up to the same high standards as the main resort itself. I would have no hesitation in choosing this location for a future holiday.

Complex had many bars/restaurants inside complex and also only a matter of a 2 minute walk to beach and front promenade. Staff courteous, friendly and will do anything to help. Highly recommended.
