The stay was lovely, very relaxing and helpful staff. We used the pool, the gym, the poolside snack service, buffet breakfast and sunset bar. Only challenge was that there was reconstruction going on near our room so we had some periods of ongoing drilling

Second stay here, I think the pool can be a bit congested but it's the only slight negative I can think of. Othere than that, an excellent hotel all round.

Der Club Las Rocas war eine Baustelle und man konnte ihn nicht buchen. Die Hotelgäste mussten daher alle am Pool sich ein Platz suchen … war seh beengt. Warum wurde auf den gesperrten Club nicht hingewiesen? Hätten wir es gewusst, hätten wir NICHT gebucht sondern hätten ein anderes Hotel gewählt. Sie werden über diesen Missstand noch ein gesondertes Schreiben über meinen Anwalt erhalten.

Für mich ist das Hotel eines der Schönsten der Insel, da mir der arabische Stil und die tropische Poollandschaft besonders gut gefallen. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings finden in der Anlage im Spa-Bereich derzeit Umbauarbeiten statt, so dass man zeitweilig auch am Pool Baulärm hat. Das SPA steht als solches momentan nicht zur Verfügung. Ein Hotelzimmer im untersten Stockwerk wurde behelfsmäßig als Massagezimmer eingerichtet, so dass Massagen weiterhin angeboten werden. Weiterhin sind die Werbefotos auf der Internetseite falsch!!! Die Poollandschaft des Hotels zwischen dem Ufer und der Uferpromenade ist dauerhaft abgesperrt, verfällt langsam und gehört wohl nicht mehr zum Hotel! Das Hotel hat somit nur einen Pool (sehr schön) und ein Planschbecken für Kleinkinder. Trotzdem kann ich das Hotel nur bestens weiterempfehlen.

The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained with the pool and outdoor lounge areas set in a tropical garden. It all makes for a quiet, relaxing and chilled-out resort feel during the daytime. In the evening, the pool area is beautifully lit with discrete uplights and lanterns. The choice, quality and variety of food available at the buffet style restaurant was excellent. Last but not least, every member of staff we met was pleasant, efficient and seemed to be genuinely happy to be working at this resort.

Have been going to the Jardine Tropical for 10 years. Feels like being home. Main problem is the tiling area around the pool is in dire need of repairs. Children running around in bare feet worries me, otherwise perfect

The hotel was a lovely clam resort. All staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were quite basic and balcony small, however all of the communal spaces compensated for this. Pool area was very nice, with a nice designed area for sunbathing and swimming. Breakfast was amazing! Rooftop bar was also a highlight- so nice to chill with a cocktail watching sunset. The best area in the hotel for me though was the gym area. This was on the roof and was partially covered- getting the sea breeze and sea views was just idyllic whilst working out.

Honestly beautiful hotel, staff so friendly and helpful they couldn’t have done more for us. Rooms cleaned and beds made everyday. Very close and convenient to everything. Some cockroaches in the poolside toilets but nature can’t be helped and they were swiftly removed. Overall lovely hotel and would stay again.

good in ways bad in another ways, it's btwn good&v good, i liked location, nice surrounded area, good AC, nice breakfast with friendly waiters, cozy bed but no wide selection of pillows just 2 options, v bad illumination in room, housekeeping needs to improve the service, amenities in toilet standard just the soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion, don't expect anything else. towels need to upgrade. i had dinner buffet once with wide variety of food but tasteless. i had an issue with guest next door& wanted to change my room,Sara from reception showed me some rooms which i didn't like then answered me back this is what we have in unprofessional way, i didn't like her attitude ,then Gloria solved the problem in delicate professional way, thanks to her, i would like to thank as well from reception Huda/Ochacha(iam sorry if it's not correct)/a german guy who did my check in he was nice( iam sorry i don't know his name).

Firstly, all the staff we saw and spoke with were lovely and very helpful. The singer at the buffet dinner was fantastic. We booked a standard room but it was much more basic than expected for the price, felt clinical like a hospital or Travelodge, very sparse, with surfaces that can be easily wiped down, chairs with plastic type cushion covers, rather than being designed for comfort, cosyness and style. The toilet seat was chipped and scratched making me wonder how it could have been cleaned hygeinically. The buffet food at dinner and breakfast was unfortunately very, very poor. Most of what we tried was tasteless and over-chewy/greasy, with much of it having the same blandness & texture. There were lots of attractive-looking desserts but again mostly tasteless, chewy & sugary/sickly. The fruit was a good variety but sadly much was over-ripe and fizzy. Don't stay here if you are veggie or vegan, there is very little besides the bare basics for veggies and vegans, with nearly all dishes and salads having dairy/eggs meat/fish mixed in. The food & allergen labelling was really poor and there was lots of cross-contamination happening with people using the same utensils between dishes incl meats. Lots of waste sadly generated by people leaving tasteless food on their plates. Lots of ultra-processed foods and drinks on offer. Some cockroaches by the pool/dinner area. Sunbeds looked grubby & packed in like sardines. The pool looked pretty but grounds felt a little rundown.

The exterior and pool are great. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as I saw many reviews mentioning it's good and the hotel boasts as one of their features. Location is good. I was not happy with the room we got - outdated, mainly bathroom was not in good condition, damp, moulded. Once one staff didn't even knock the door and came into our bedroom, which was shocking. I complained about the bathroom condition, they moved us to another room, which was better than the first room. Shower was fine but the basin still had mould. Some staff were friendly but not all of them. Overall, I was not too happy during the stay. Hopefully they improve their room condition and services.

This hotel, the whole experience was amazing. The staff were welcoming, attentive and so helpful. The rooms were so clean, fresh modern deco and the touch of the fresh flower in the bathroom was special. The food, the po, the breakfast, the sunsets…. I shall be dreaming about this place for a long time.

Highly recommend. Just enjoyed a stay here myself with 2 female friends. We felt safe and well accommodated. The rooms were bigger than expected and the pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the resort is. Helpful and friendly staff and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. Food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing and we also ate at the Trattoria which was the best Italian food we'd had outside of Italy! I had a brilliant massage at the spa in the open air gym overlooking the sea - it was just perfect! Staff were super helpful and welcoming - really couldn't fault anything about our stay here.

This was our second visit to jardin tropical. It was just as lovely as we remembered. It's very conveniently located on the promenade so there are plenty of restaurant choices within a five minute walk. When we visited the salt water lagoon on the sea front was closed. There was no mention of this on the website or any of the emails we received prior to our stay. This was my favourite swimming pool of the two so I was disappointed. Building work appears to be going on but we're unsure what was happening. I recommend you bring something to tie the beds together if you're a couple. They're two singles pushed together. Even turning over in the night and they would move on the tile floor and create a lot of noise. The sinks in the bathrooms are ridiculous, too high, small and impractical. Overall we had a lovely time and everything you need can be found in the hotel or very close by.

Lovely looking hotel in a great location with lovely views, but does not have air con. It’s basically a blower/fan and is falsely advertised as air con. You can only control the speed 0/1/2/3 and it has no power at all, you can buy a better fan from the alehop shop for 10 euros. My room was boiling and barely slept for my entire visit. Was tossing and turning constantly. They offered me another room which also had poor air con. So if like me and you really like having a cold room/air con then avoid this hotel. If you don’t care about being hot in a room then you’ll love it it’s a lovely hotel. While not being able to sleep i found many other reviews of the same nature. I usually check out reviews but this one time I didn’t due to the look of the hotel.

Pool area was very nice, with a nice designed area for sunbathing and swimming. Breakfast was amazing! Rooftop bar was also a highlight- so nice to chill with a cocktail watching sunset. The best area in the hotel for me though was the gym area. This was on the roof and was partially covered- getting the sea breeze and sea views was just idyllic whilst working out.

That photo was the view from our room! Beautifully clean lovely staff. I would have liked a later checkout and was happy to pay but unfortunately the room was already booked for someone coming in. But still fabulous facility and an amazing view as you can see!

The gardens and planting were beautiful and a lot of work went into maintenance. - The food was very good – on par with Four Seasons and Constance Hotels. The breakfast buffet choice was enormous and exceptionally good quality with freshly made food and fresh fruits available. The lunch and dinners were exceptional with a range of choice from chips and burgers to local Tenerife cuisine, salads, fresh vegetables etc. The menus catered to all tastes. - The cocktails were good quality and well priced – €9 for a mojito for example - The hotel’s design and pool were both brilliant. You could see the architect had tried to balance a very large hotel with the feeling of something more boutique and interesting. Lots of quirky spaces and interesting details to look at made the hotel feel more personable. Areas to note: - The staff were fairly brusque. We were told off immediately on arrival for parking our car in the wrong place for example. We arrived 15 minutes late for our dinner reservation and again were told off. We were never asked how our day had been or had a “good morning” or smile from anyone. While staff were smiley and jokey with each other this was never reflected with guests at all – our experience was not uncommon. I enjoyed staying at the property. However, I had an incident in front of the main hotel entrance, and my knee was injured, and no one of the hotel staff came to help, even though they saw me falling and lying on the floor. I was so shocked and disappointed that no one cared to come and help me.

We arrived at the hotel and car parking was not available. We had to pay for it. Surely clients staying at the hotel should have free parking. One night daughter was cold so rang the receptionist for a blanket the receptionist was really rude on the phone and said they did not have any. Surely the size of the hotel would have spare. The rooms did not have efficient light so had to ask for a lamp. Will not be going there again. We had booked not one room but two but both rooms were the same. The windows were small so not enough daylight would come through. We asked for tea bags and mugs they arrived when we went bed.

Highly recommend. Just enjoyed a stay here myself with 2 female friends. We felt safe and well accommodated. The rooms were bigger than expected and the pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the resort is. Helpful and friendly staff and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel having also stayed for a week last year in Sept too. We had a brilliant experience first time and equally as good this time too. We absolutely love staying at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The breakfast is delicious with everything you can think of to eat, so much choice !! The pool is lovely and the staff so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is so good being right on the sea front close to lovely restaurants, bars, beach etc and just a 10 min walk away from the brilliant Siam Park that you must go to as it’s fantastic !! As I’ve already said we highly recommend the Dreams Jardín and will definitely be coming back next year !! Love it !!!

The hotel and property was very nice. We stayed for four nights. Check in and check out was smooth. We rented a car while here and the parking was good no problems with that. The restaurant options were good although I would not recommend an all inclusive package for this. We got the all inclusive package and although it included food and drinks, it seemed that you would get better service if you did not have the all inclusive option for food. There was a menu for all inclusive and personally the food that was not on that menu looked better. The environment was very relaxing; mostly older people and very few children were there, which was honestly so nice. We paid for a couples spa option, it was okay, I don’t think I would recommend doing it. If you’re traveling here and need to do work or school online, the wifi was good enough to be able to do that. I had a few classes and the wifi did not cut out at all even with three devices connected. I recommend this hotel. It’s in a very walkable area. Everything you need is a short walk away. The beach is a short walk down. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice. Housekeeping came by every day, the cleaning was good.

Firstly, all the staff we saw and spoke with were lovely and very helpful. The singer at the buffet dinner was fantastic. We booked a standard room but it was much more basic than expected for the price, felt clinical like a hospital or Travelodge, very sparse, with surfaces that can be easily wiped down, chairs with plastic type cushion covers, rather than being designed for comfort, cosyness and style. The toilet seat was chipped and scratched making me wonder how it could have been cleaned hygeinically. The buffet food at dinner and breakfast was unfortunately very, very poor. Most of what we tried was tasteless and over-chewy/greasy, with much of it having the same blandness & texture. There were lots of attractive-looking desserts but again mostly tasteless, chewy & sugary/sickly. The fruit was a good variety but sadly much was over-ripe and fizzy. Don't stay here if you are veggie or vegan, there is very little besides the bare basics for veggies and vegans, with nearly all dishes and salads having dairy/eggs meat/fish mixed in. The food & allergen labelling was really poor and there was lots of cross-contamination happening with people using the same utensils between dishes incl meats. Lots of waste sadly generated by people leaving tasteless food on their plates. Lots of ultra-processed foods and drinks on offer. Some cockroaches by the pool/dinner area. Sunbeds looked grubby & packed in like sardines. The pool looked pretty but grounds felt a little rundown.

We were blown away by our first trip to Tenerife and just got lucky I guess to stay here. Couldn’t have been happier. Next time may even go half board as the food at the hotel was as good or better than the individual restaurants.

The food ingredients were not marked. There were no smoking & no e-cigarette signs around the pool (but the lifeguards did ask the smokers to leave the pool area. ) Otherwise all very clean, nice area, safe location.

We enjoyed our stay during our Honeymoon at Hyatt Ziva Jardin Tropical Resort! We were welcomed by smiling and accommodating staff, ate good food and lounged by the pool. We visited as a family and loved the resort. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful and resort amenities were fantastic. Location provided great access to beaches and boardwalk as well as restaurants and stores.
