Easy to find, quiet room with mini fridge and microwave. The king bed had the unfortunately too common sag on the sides but otherwise was comfortable. The bathroom could use some work, with an outdated shower, a poorly working toilet, and a poorly patched ceiling repair. I had to leave too early to have breakfast (a Saturday morning) but did use the computer and printer, which was very helpful.

Everything was clean and in good repair. Desk employees were prompt and kind. Beds and linens were SOOOO comfy. Pool was fun. Only disappointment was that there was no hot tub, as the picture on the website for this particular location showed. I planned to relax in it while the kids swam. Loved how close it is to everything and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town visiting my best friend.

This is a nice property but we got the wrong room. First we noticed there was about 1/8 roll of TP in the room and when I called the desk the young man told me that I could come pick up a roll rather than running it up himself. While I was downstairs I looked into the pool/spa room which was dark an hour and 15 minutes before it closed and the kid told me that the lights "blew" and he couldn\'t reset them. (The pool was fine the next AM) Not until all was quiet and we tried to get some sleep did we notice that the toilet was constantly running with a weird gurgle occasionally mixed in. Let\'s just say that it was not a restful night. Like I said, it was a nice clean property but I got the worst side of it.

Checked in to the room and found a bottle cap behind the pillow on the bed. Asked for beds to be remade and was handed two loose sheets. Ended up changing rooms…new room had dried blood stain on the curtains, shower drain and the bar you use to change it from a bath to a shower was broken. There was no fan in the bathroom and a hole on bathroom door was covered with a sticker type thing.

Our room had a hole in the floor. I stepped in it and felt like I was going to go through to the 1st floor. I stepped in it again later in the dark and almost twisted my ankle. Someone should really look into that. Other than that, no complaints. Staff was friendly and courteous. The building was clean both in and out. The room was also clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The shower curtain rod prevents the curtains from closing all the way so water gets outside the shower, and our fridge/microwave was off. Staff was wonderful at coming right in and fixing the fridge and was friendly.

This is a nice property but we got the wrong room. Everything was fine until the morning, my husband gets up very early and there was no coffee in the lobby. He went out to the lobby at 5am and the young man at the desk said he was making fresh coffee but not until 6am. There were other guests moving around in the hotel also but the young man kept saying no coffee until 6. The coffee in the room was horrible as is most coffee in hotel rooms. We ended up just packing up and leaving.

This is located on the main bypass road in Huntington with a number of restaurants nearby. The places downtown which was about one mile away were better. And are a better choice for breakfast.

What a hole. Paint peeling in bathroom, toilet was rocking on the floor broken. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting, coffee selection was nothing. I stay in best westerns all over the Western USA due to I tour on a motorcycle so this stay just cemented why I do. Comfort in should bee ashamed.
